Hello girls! Take another happy owner of Phillips 9020 into your slender ranks. Before that I had another Philips 9040 stove, but I gave it to my friends, for a long time after that there was nothing, and now my husband-sun gave 9020. I still get bread, but I did the usual, without any special additives. And today I decided to make an egg with mayonnaise (I just don't remember whose recipe it is), now the dough is kneading, the bun is good so far, let's see what happens. My question is, I found a couple of recipes that need to be done on the "Italian bread" program, but there is no such program in our oven. Maybe someone has already done this and knows? And then the recipes are interesting, but I don't want to spoil the products by choosing the wrong program. Thanks in advance for the answers

By the way, my mayonnaise bread was baked, it turned out, only the "roof" burst a little: rolleyes: Green is all sorts of herbs, I really like their aroma in bread

Hello, friends! There is a small problem. Please look at your oven in kneading mode. Does your bucket dangle a lot? And then when I bought only a bucket it snapped into place with difficulty and stood like a glove during kneading. Now it is calmly inserted and during kneading it is robust sausage. Tell us how you are, or maybe you should take advantage of the guarantee?

Hello everybody! My husband and I bought a bread maker yesterday! I did French, it turned out to be some small and plump, but tasty))) Today we tried program 7 super fast. The dough has risen, but fell off when baked. The crust is good fried! I like it. Tell me how to make dough on dumplings !!!

Hello dear forum users, bakers! Your regiment has arrived. Having accumulated a certain amount of points under the Malina program, I got myself "free" HP Philips. There was no problem of choice, there is only one stove on the Raspberry website. For 5 days of operation, baked:
1) Borodinsky (ready-made set) - 4 points (not baked, but very tasty, and my daughter squeaked from the crust) - 1 program;
2) Darnitskiy (recipe from vusya) - 5+ points (baked twice already, the second time added st / l of dry garlic and st / l of dry dill) - 1 program;
3) Rye (the recipe was found on the Internet) on custard rye malt - 4 points (the taste is awesome, "fell" due to an error in choosing the "French" bread program, damp);
4) Mustard - I'm baking at the moment, the hat reaches the glass - I hope it will be delicious.
In general, the machine leaves only good impressions (this is my first bread maker), the only thing that is not clear is where to find the "hours" of programs? There is nothing like this in the description. Can someone tell me?

In my opinion, on the program quickly and super quickly, the yeast does not have time to work correctly, so the crown falls off. In general, I always soak the yeast in warm water for 10-15 minutes, then mix and pour it into flour, after that I immediately start the program. If dry yeast is poured, then every other time the bread rises. Find the dumplings dough recipe on the website

These data can be viewed and downloaded on the M-Video website, There, in the specification for our bread maker on the left, there is an instruction for the Philips HD9020 / 40. All this is detailed there.

I, too, did not immediately, but when I found it I was very happy, there are even recipes for 500g, 750g and 1000g for each baking program, and there is no need to recount. The beauty.

Good day to all!
HURRAH! And I bought a PHILIPS 9020 stove. I tried to persuade my husband for 4 years, in the end I found this wonderful site - I gave him to read it! happened.
I baked the first bread according to the standard 1st program - everything is fine!
But sweet - not at all what I wanted, although I baked according to the recipe book that came with the kit. I think the recipes are not very good there. How to bake a delicious bun without eggs and in vegetable oil? So, off the recipe book, I'll bake recipes from the site!
And the stove is excellent! During kneading, of course, the bun was shaking against the walls, shaking the apparatus, but not so that it did not slide off the table very much. The noise is also moderate, you close the door to the kitchen and you can no longer hear it in the Kridor - somewhere at the level of ordinary speech. When baking - there is no smell of plastic, only it smells like bread. The crust turned out to be golden, ruddy, although the mode was "the darkest crust", but I didn't have to bother. On the window, while baking, I put a kitchen pot holder and a towel.
When I baked a sweet roll, I added raisins - it flattened it, of course, great, but it can be seen in the bread, I probably need to add it later.
The knife is easily pulled out of the finished bread, the bucket did not even have to be washed, it only wiped it with a napkin.
The only negative - when kneading and proving the dough - the window from the inside fogs up so much that you can't see anything, when baking - everything is fine.
But I am very happy with the purchase. Recommend

Hello everyone!

Has anyone baked on program 7 "very fast"? I tried twice according to the standard recipe from the instructions for 750 grams and both times it turned out to be something unbaked, raw, heavy, inedible ...
What's the matter, a recipe error? Did anyone get something similar to bread on program 7?
Thank you!
bumer04
and it will never be baked properly on this program, the yeast does not have time to work. Only if you try some special recipe, but this is already from another opera

You can mix rye flour in half with ordinary flour, but I didn't like this bread - it crumbles and is very coarse.

Hi girls!
Yesterday I baked for the first time (well, not me, a bread maker) white bread, on kefir and eggs.
1 kg is a lot. The main thing turned out!
Today, now, rye bread is baked.
It will work out, I will write a recipe!
Ha!

It didn't work out. However...
It is necessary to "joke" another recipe here on the site.

Hello everyone, take me to the slender ranks of the owners! Yesterday I tried to bake bread according to the first program, there is really nothing to take pictures And immediately questions arose. It seems that the bun, in my inexperienced glance, was dull, and the bread turned out to be heavy. I would like more airy or something. Somehow it turned out very satisfying. I'm a lover of bread, I can't eat more than a piece at a time, I'm full. I measured everything exactly according to the recipe. what could be the problem, tell me. I will work on mistakes.
bumer04
Much depends on flour, I personally prefer Altai bread, the bread is good and is stored for a long time. I took Novosibirsk flour, so the bread was heavy and on the second day it all crumbled.
In general, try to bake again, you never know

Mustard bread with oatmeal

Water-250 ml
Table mustard-3 tbsp. l (I used "Moscow" from a tube)
Vegetable oil-1 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour -470 ml (used a measuring cup for flour)
Peeled rye flour - 235 ml
Oatmeal-3 tbsp. l.
Sugar sand-2 tbsp. l.
Salt-1 tsp
Dry yeast (Saf-Moment) -2 tsp.

When I put all this in the specified sequence and started program 1, set the weight to 1 kg and the crust was dark, then in the process of mixing I saw that there was not enough water and immediately added 150 ml of water (100 + 50) (there was at hand min. Water " Holy spring "sparkling, that's what it added)
"Kolobok" began to form correctly.
It looks like the recipe originally indicated the wrong water-flour ratio.
Here in the course and corrected.
Result-see. above. The taste is
The bread turned out to be large, heavy (over 1 kg), but well baked.
Cooking time 4 hours 10 minutes (well, according to the 1st program)
I put the finished bread (and the smell ... I'll tell you ...) on a linen towel, on a microwave oven rack.
Top of the hot bread was sprinkled with water and covered with a linen towel.
Well, something like this. Good luck!
Bon Appetit!

Hello everyone, lovely chefs! I want to share with you a recipe for Easter cake (or Easter bread, you can call it that) for the PHILIPS bread machine. Itself personally baked.
1.200 ml warm water
2.2 eggs
3.100 gr butter
4.500 gr flour
5.1 tsp. salt
6.5 tbsp. l. Sahara
7 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
8 1/2 tsp cinnamon with sugar (to taste, you can not add as you like)
9.1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
10.200 gr of raisins (less), you can have pieces of apples, candied fruits, I even threw a bar of chocolate, after kneading it (then it turns out just a divine chocolate taste)
Program 6 (sweets), 1 kg, dark crust.

Bon Appetit!

The same problem. I noticed it after a year of operation (I used it at most once a week for a year).
I won't say that she walks straight, but it is noticeable that he (the bucket) has become freer.

We gave ours for warranty repairs, we changed the whole mechanism where the bucket is inserted with a motor. It also dangles, but the non-native motor works worse. The pizza dough was hampered by a burnt smell, and he mixes more slowly, it is felt that he is straining. There is an idea to knead the dough thicker and with the smell of burning again for repair. For the rest, the stove suits completely

I'll just clarify, otherwise many at the beginning confuse milligrams and milliliters
And I somehow learned without weights, I almost remember the translation table by heart.

Tell me why my bread didn't rise?
Mb because you poured cold milk or is the yeast bad?
Yesterday we baked for the first time and it turned out garbage.
bumer04
Anything can happen, my first pancake also came out lumpy. Maybe the proportions were not respected, maybe yeast, maybe the flour is bad. Try again, each stove needs an approach
My advice is not to throw dry yeast into flour, but to dilute some of the warm water from the recipe and pour in before kneading, then they work as they should. Good luck!

Good evening everyone. Today I sent it to the owner of a bread machine. Hurrah!!! Baked an English muffin. I can't insert the photo yet (my daughter took the camera down). Hell on program 6 (express). But then I put prog 12 (only baking) for 50 minutes. It was baked well, but the crust on top is light and the cake is dense.
bumer04
We also have a dense cake, in my opinion it depends on the quality of the margarine. Sometimes a little more luxuriant, sometimes tight

Thanks for the information!

And no one will say more precisely the volume of the bucket in the Philips HD9020? I downloaded the instruction - there is no ...
I choose x / n, while such options are Philips HD9020, LG 206CE, Binaton 2068
(here LG immediately write on the case - 1.5 or 2 liters.)
As far as I understand, Philips HD9020 appeared on the market about a year ago and there is no data on long-term operation yet? I'm talking about the reliability of the bucket; about LG they often write that they flow in a year - two for almost all ... and Philips in this regard? and generally on the reliability of the apparatus?

Hello everybody.

I can say that the bucket is leaking after about a year.

We had about a month left until the end of the warranty, took it to the SC. Changed the bucket under warranty. The new one looked better than in terms of design, or so it seemed to me. But almost a year has passed and a new bucket has flowed, that is, it has served as much as the previous one, only now it needs to be bought, which is about 1,500 rubles.

Maybe someone repaired the bucket, or read information about the repair, tell me. As I understand it, the oil seal has worked its way, maybe it can be replaced?

I had to add flour .. 2 hours left and there will be bread. I hope it works.

PS. It turned out! Delicious and everything is good with it!
