Good day!
And who, how and with what washes inside the HP? And then Cho in 3 months I have it inside it begins to brown, and apparently sometimes splashes inside it stained. Than this soot is washed off, otherwise in a year there will probably be a guard.
Mandraik Ludmila
Alexander, I wipe my household appliances both inside and outside with baby wipes, I buy the cheapest ones. Very convenient and efficient. I rub the same cup from the outside with them, sometimes I wash it inside, but very rarely.

Guys, Panasik 2511 I have had it since 2017, and only now I wondered why I could add a gluten-free and one-grain regime? (I read all sorts of branches and googled, except for xn there is nothing anywhere) in my concept of one-grain, which is almost the same gluten-free, if we start from the fact that spelled contains little gluten, it means that, respectively, both processes are sparing kneading and there are no delays (? ) ... Gluten-free is essentially the same quick basic, but only baking in time as on rye (does this mean that it can be used with pre-mix for wheat rye to bypass the temperature equalization time?) And single-grain is similar to dietary. .. And in terms of time intervals and characteristics of flour (in theory), only the mode is shorter, and baking is 5 minutes longer (that is, again, one-grain is more preferable for rye-wheat bread with a higher content of "heavy" flour?)
In general, what can you bake in these modes, except for gluten-free mixes and spelled flour?
And what is better to drive sweet pastries for? Well, of course, if this is a cupcake, then the baking mode, and if it is yeast, which mode is better than the normal dietary or the fast diet?
And in general, why is imitation of Italian better than dietary rather than single-grain? It also seems to be near ...
and the brioche regimen is similar to the dietary fast? here there is also one stirring, and proofing after 35 minutes (on a brioche tode 1 stirring and after a stirring of 30 minutes, proofing) and baking a difference of 5 minutes (brioche 50 minutes, dietary fast 45)
And the "sandwich" is straight out of our dietary one in everything (here you have to look directly into the program, who has it when and how much does it interfere, crush, defuse?) ...
In general, correct who knows
Mandraik Ludmila
DashaWhat a fine fellow you are, you have studied all the programs, and I am so lazy, I use several that I need and understand, and that's it.

As far as I remember about gluten-free, someone here used rye like rye, but I don’t remember who and how I won’t say

Yes, and I mostly also: basic, dietary both, rye, French and pizza dumplings. But I wonder, "why is the money so paid"

Mandraik Ludmila
I have to start saving yeast, otherwise I’m too lazy to use low-yeast yeast, I’m "sick", I track all the processes, but low-yeast days are different, and I’m too lazy to bother for so much time .. Yesterday I was on dietary baking, so after the last crush I switched to service heating, so that it would rise longer than it should be according to the program, and the time was already two o'clock in the morning, I wanted to sleep, even put matches in my eyes ... So I promise to put on the night .. and again

Luda, remind you the recipe, otherwise there are a lot of them on the site, and how much should you put the cover on? From the very beginning ? 120 °? baking will also turn out 1 hour 30 minutes? I have a cartoon redmond fm91 (there is a poor fellow, but I hardly use it), there is a bread program in it, there it immediately goes with proofing, but you can also set different time on it. It would be necessary to dig deeper into it to understand. I also wanted a round one

From the main difference in a reduced amount of yeast and a longer proofing. And from the French there is sugar with the same amount of yeast, so the proofing is shorter than the French one.

My favorite mode is French, and I use the low yeast mode when I want to portray Italian bread, while I take olive oil and add sugar.

Yes, I have a permanent recipe for white bread, but I change the ingredients.

Wheat flour, premium 200 gr
Wheat flour 1 s 150 gr
Water 240 ml (if available, add serum)
Salt 0.8 tsp
Butter 15 gr
Sugar 0.8 tbsp l. (if low-yeast)
Pressed yeast 4 gr.

Yes, Frenchman, butter and sugar-free, you can replace some of the water with milk (30-40 ml).

I forgot to write there that pressed yeast 4 gr.

I love this mode very much, I have it the most demanded. I bake all the recipes that are suitable for the Basic mode, only I put less yeast. Most often these are variations based on the Milk Bread recipe from Panas's recipe book. I replace milk with sour milk and other liquids in different proportions, replace some of the flour with semolina, corn flour, oatmeal, etc. I also put different types of butter - vegetable, butter, lard. Almost always successful fluffy bread with a characteristic fine-pored, uniform crumb.

Nifiga is not washed by anything! The first time I tried, worried, now I don't pay attention. I wipe the bottom of the crumbs and soot shades with a damp cloth. I wash my bucket under the tap, sometimes with dishwashing detergents, and more often without them.

I do not work at Panasonic, but this is not the first time I have been writing about this. Official site of Panasonic. do not look at the price, register, and do a couple of procedures, well, like, fill in all the columns about yourself. I don’t remember what else, see for yourself there, do not be afraid, after all, the official site, and after all the manipulations, they like give discount points, the price is the same as in stores, but there is a guarantee that you will buy the original, and they also have that some models are not available, but it happens that there is everything. look. now there is everything, the cheapest 2510 at the price of 11250

jawar, Thank you.

Happy Easter everyone!
I am to you for advice and help
This year I have a complete failure with Pekla Easter cakes according to proven recipes, last year there were enchantingly chic results.
Now it's half a bucket, overdried and overburned
Flour and yeast were bought not in the super, but let's say, from hands.
with the same products, bread in the x-oven and in the oven and other products turned out to be quite normal
What do you think? The bread maker started to mow on Easter cakes? it was bought from hands for a penny, there is an even newer one, so skat, in reserve
I'm waiting for advice ... to try stirring up the cake on the same products in the oven or not transfer the products?
get a new bakery and try in it?
or ... well, in general, I'm waiting for advice, what would you do in my place?

jawar, I registered, chose the 2nd bread maker, now I'm waiting for profitable applications.
Mandraik Ludmila
Vika, I also think it's about products. Our ovens usually do not mow, and baking is always more difficult in baking than bread, so the bread turns out, but there is no baking
jawar
Cupcake, fill out the profile, and what else they offer. In general, the price from the site immediately drops by 5000 rubles, in my case, and becomes like in a store, in the same MVideo or Eldorado. They have some strange pricing policy. But now everything is a model. The 2512 is the most popular model and often does not exist. And for 4 months of my registration there, for some reason, there were no shares on the HP, now there is an air cleaner. And the system for shares is also incomprehensible, just the price from the site (I repeat, it is too high there) is equalized with chain stores. Along the way, look at the Yandex market, there you can also pick up.

Our stoves usually do not mow
Lyudochka, to my great regret, sometimes our Panasiks also mow. This year I almost ruined the test cake. It's good that I came over to see how the kneading was going and whether the raisins had spilled out of the dispenser, and drew attention to the time remaining on the display until the end of the program, it was much less than it should have been, and the raisins were in the dispenser. I turned off the stove and checked all the programs, none of the programs showed the correct time. I don’t know what to do now. Bread from Makfa with the addition of c / z flour was then baked on the first program, baked normally.

For Easter, the cakes were kneaded by hand and baked in the oven.
Mandraik Ludmila
Galya, well, how can it be ... It's a shame! You will have to repair the electronics at home. Although ask in the topic about breakdowns, we have a good specialist sazalexter.

Colleagues, hello everyone! I'm not overjoyed with my beauty 2511!)))
So far, due to the cramped conditions in connection with the repair, I have not tried anything like that, but! All breads are just wonderful !! The Frenchman is so gentle, that's something !! Today I tried the low-yeast basic. Pretty boy! Bread makers Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502, SD-2510, SD-2511, SD-2512 ... (4)
The husband was a little skeptical, but admitted that Panasik is a completely different bread! Another level))))

And I ask for your advice. What is the best rye flour to taste? Pudov or Garnets? Malt seems to be on the WB too ...

compared 2 types of flour - one more grainy and coarsely sandy, so to speak, the other is tender and airy
From the first one baked failed cakes and quite decent bread. So it is a lower grade, maybe 2 grade?

I think yes. The second is the sun, and the first whole-ground can even, maybe 1 s, maybe the 2nd. Is it uniform in color? Without dark inclusions? Or plain? You live over the hill, you have all sorts of semolins, durums for sale, as we all probably do. They just turn out to be grainy

Cirre, again I repeat, the official has everything.
Regarding the second HP. Sorry, I didn't mean to offend anyone. Confused by the phrase "in reserve." I am aware that people have 2 HP, and I myself thought about the 2nd one.

Dasha, no. It ended everywhere. Yesterday my son and I walked for an hour - we went around shops. There is no flour. I ordered it to the Metro - they brought everything except flour. Not in the Globe either.

A. And WB also only has whole grains. No rough

We have the same problem with flour in our suburbs, I buy in "secret" places: we have a small trailer with vegetables on the market in the regional center and there you can buy Divinka's products, rye flour and rye malt 1kg 65r. This is how I save myself.

But no, it's deficient (I live in a small town near Saratov, usually there is always rye flour, nobody needs it , and here it is)
