I also have a Panasonic, and I knead this dough in Panas, without changing the proportions.

Bought the European model SD-ZB2502
I compared the instructions (attached and Russian from the site), it turned out that in Russian there are 3 fewer modes, but in European there is not even a hint of a mode of mixing unleavened dough.
I wonder if this is such a feature for Russian models?

I bought a Panasonic 2502 the other day, this is the second oven in my house (the first Vites, has been under repair for a year, the bucket has leaked.) So I make this dough: Pour 2.5-3 cups of flour into the bucket, two eggs separately + 0.5 hours. l. salt (or without), 1-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil = stir with a fork and gently pour 1 glass of boiling water (NOT cool) in a trickle (so that the eggs do not curl) pour everything into flour, and dumplings or dough on the program. You can sculpt immediately, you can freeze (even better). Suitable as for dumplings, dumplings, mantas, but you can also cook pasties (thinly rolled out) and fry over high heat in boiling oil.
