Kulebyaka in a bread maker

Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 470 g
Water 300 ml
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Cheese 2 tbsp. l.
Filling:
Chicken, mushrooms, rice,
carrots, cheese, mayonnaise, green peas.

Cooking method

  • First start the dough, I have program 13 - dough.
  • In parallel, make the filling (fry all the ingredients until fully cooked).
  • Divide the dough into 4 parts (the bottom is larger, the top and middle are smaller, and a little less strips for decoration).
  • Spread the bottom of the bread machine (without stirrers) with dough, filling on it, then dough, then filling again, dough again.
  • With the remaining dough we decorate our kulebyaka (divide the dough into strips and lay out the braid). You can hide pieces of cheese under the wicker. Grease the top with an egg. We wait 40 minutes and bake (I have program 14 - baking).
