Dukan tuna poured pie

Poured tuna pie according to Ducan

Ingredients

dough:
fat-free soft curd 250 g
egg 1 PC
vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp. l
egg powder 1 tbsp. l with a slide
oat bran isolate / flour 1 tbsp. l with a slide
corn starch 1 tbsp. l with a slide
salt 0.5 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
kefir about 100 ml
filling:
tuna in its own juice 2 banks
bulb onions 1 PC
vegetable oil 0.5 tbsp. l for frying
egg 2 pcs

Cooking method

  • Dough: mix all the ingredients, stirring thoroughly so that there are no lumps, bring the dough with kefir to the desired consistency (thicker than pancakes).
  • Filling: boil 2 eggs and chop finely, fry the onion in vegetable oil, mash the tuna, mix everything.
  • Put part of the dough into a mold, fill it with filling and pour the remaining dough.
  • Lay out the dough depending on the form, if the cake does not turn over after baking, then 2/3 of the dough at the bottom of the form. On the contrary, I poured most of the dough over the filling.
  • Bake in the oven at 170-180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes (we look at our oven).

I love a thin crust and more filling in the dough, the amount of dough suited me, for dough lovers, the number of loose ingredients can be increased. The density is corrected with kefir :)
