Jelly-yoghurt cake

Ingredients

ASSEMBLY:
Ready-made biscuit - your favorite 1 PC.
Oranges, bananas, cons. fruits
Orange juice 1 tbsp.
Gelatin 30 g
Sweet yoghurt 750 ml.

Cooking method

  • 1. Pour gelatin with orange juice, let it swell well.
  • 2. Peel the oranges, cut into circles.
  • 3. Biscuit, bananas and pineapples cut into small cubes.
  • 4. Swollen gelatin is put on fire, heated and completely dissolved. Cool and add to yogurt.
  • 5. Cover the smooth shape of a suitable size with cling film.
  • Put mugs of oranges on the walls, lay out
  • chopped fruit and biscuit, then pour yogurt over everything.
  • 6. Put the mold in the refrigerator until the jelly solidifies completely,
  • then carefully take out and remove the film.
  • A gorgeous refreshing yoghurt and orange jelly cake is ready.
  • You may feel that the recipe is lacking in sugar. In this case, just add it to taste.
  • This recipe is taken as a basis. I didn't use oranges and bananas.
  • I like peaches more, and I took them for the cake.
  • My yogurt is "Creme brulee"
  • Not all of the biscuit was crushed, I cut off one cake for the bottom)))
