Ingredients

Dough
wheat flour / grade 130-150 grams
buckwheat flour 50 grams
boiling water 140 grams
salt 0.5 tsp
vegetable oil b / s 1 tsp
water as needed 10-15 grams
Filling
peeled potatoes 900 gram
turnip onion 1 piece
vegetable oil 4-5 st. spoons

Cooking method

  • Dough

Therefore, only the color remained from the buckwheat flour. Maybe it was not necessary to knead in x / p? But it still turned out very tasty. The boys cracked both cheeks.
