Ingredients

For one cake:
Wheat flour 1 tbsp. (150 g)
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Egg 1 PC.
Sour cream 1 tbsp.
Soda 1/2 tsp
Cream:
Yolks 3 pcs.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Flour 1 tbsp. l.
Milk 1 tbsp.
Butter 150 g
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet

Cooking method

  • Cakes:
  • We bake three cakes with different fillings.
  • Grind an egg with sugar, + sour cream with soda, + filler, + flour.
  • 1 filler - 1 tsp topped with cinnamon
  • 2 filler - 1 large lemon (grated zest and a little juice),
  • 3 filler - 1 tbsp. toasted and finely chopped walnuts.
  • Do not prepare the dough in advance, just before baking!
  • Bake the cakes at T 180 * C for 30 - 35 minutes.
  • Cream% 1:
  • Boil 3 yolks with sugar, flour and milk, cool.
  • Whisk the butter with a packet of vanilla sugar. Add cream% 1, continue whisking.
  • Glaze:
  • I melted 200 g of dark chocolate + 50 g of plums. oil. [/ b]
  • Assembly:
  • Lay the cakes in the following sequence:
  • 1) nutty
  • 2) a layer of cream
  • 3) lemon
  • 4) a layer of cream
  • 5) with cinnamon
  • Cover the top and sides of the cake with icing.
