1 kg 9% cottage cheese
140 gr. Sahara
2 medium eggs
140 gr. decoys
120 ml milk (1/2 cup)
100 g butter.
180 g raisins + dried cherries

The form is almost filled to the brim. The honeycomb also has a volume of 2.4 liters, so this amount is quite possible in a lily. I did not venture into a deep form precisely because of the volume of the dough. And it is without baking powder, so it does not rise almost. I was afraid that it would not be baked. Maybe in vain. Baked for 1 hour at 180 degrees (upper and lower ten, no convection). It was possible to hold it longer, so that it would brown a little. But I really like this one too.
The mold was sprayed with baking spray (the remnants of the old pre-sanctioned luxury ...), so I didn't sprinkle it with anything. With this lubrication, the baked goods pops out of the mold instantly. I didn't even hold it for 10 minutes, it immediately fell out.

The grooves were poured with caramel decor from Parfait. More for beauty and definition of the relief. It could have been with jam ... In general, I put the recipe in a booklet.
