We spread the dough (I have about 2 tablespoons), cover and bake until tender. if you bake in a frying pan like mine, do not forget to grease the pan. We take out and let cool on a wire rack. Waffle-cookies are very soft at first, then crunch, but not for long. They become very soft again. But I really liked their taste.
