There were no flakes, I decided to add semolina to the dough, and to sprinkle - nuts and coconut. They went up, of course, not much, but baked well. Delicious. Especially probably with a coffee. I rarely bake bread, so it suits me - bread and muffins. The grandchildren will be happy.
