Ingredients

Vanilla sugar 2h l.
Salt pinch
Sugar 210g.
Ground hazelnuts 125g.
Lemon zest 1/2 part
Butter 250g.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Filling
Jam apricot 200g.
Powdered sugar for dusting.

Cooking method

  • Mix all dry ingredients:
