Low calorie biscuits with apple and raisins

Low calorie biscuits with apple and raisins

Ingredients

Flour 60 grams
Butter 10 grams
Egg ½ pieces - 25 grams
Apple 1 medium - 100 grams
Raisins 20 grams
Salt little pinch
Sugar substitute Crush 9 tablets
Baking powder ½ tablespoon

Cooking method

  • Grate the apple on a coarse grater (you can not peel the skin), melt the butter. Combine flour, salt, butter, apple, raisins and sweetener. Then add the egg (add a little later so that it does not curdle from the hot oil) and baking powder. Mix well and leave to stand for 30 minutes. Then mold the balls with wet hands, flatten them and place them on a silicone mat. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with melted dark chocolate on top. At first I did so (that's why the photo is like that), but I was convinced that it was unnecessary. Calorie content was counted without chocolate.
  • It turns out a delicate tasty cookie. And few calories.
  • You can use oatmeal instead of flour, but the taste will be worse and rougher, and the calorie content is almost the same, slightly less.
