Trying pizza number 2 was today. After all, the dough is left. This time she sprinkled the cold surface of the pan, rolled the dough in it.in a simple way, without any edging and foil. Butter, ketchup, filling, cheese and turned on for 15 minutes, then added 10 minutes. The result is great yyyyyyy The bottom is not burned, the top is fried. Now I'm glad. Photo report the other day.
