At first, I just liked the taste, seemed natural, and when I bothered to read the composition, I was convinced that the taste did not disappoint. As for the shelf life: the main preservative in mayonnaise is vegetable oil. The correct mayonnaise does not need a preservative. But as for the harm of synthetic vinegar, "In some foreign countries (for example, the USA, France, Bulgaria) the production of vinegar for food purposes from synthetic acetic acid is prohibited" (from Wikipedia). It's just that, of course, I reassure myself that the amount there is not enough, and as in advertising, we do not eat with spoons. And our town-forming petrochemical plant writes off all this harm "to naught". But the new "Ryaba" made me happy all the same, however :-)
