Probably I have 16, I remember that I do not bend much. The last time I saw him was when I made soft cheese last year.
Thanks for the idea to use it as a brush - I really don't like the process of washing oil from brushes. But it turns out you can have a knife, and probably a piece of a rug or a flexible spatula. In general, thanks for dropping off the beaten path, otherwise a brush-brush ...

InnaReading your first pizza report, my first impression was that you did not turn the switch to full power, 30 minutes is something a lot. I always bake pizza for 12-15 minutes, from a cold state at full power. Then I turn it off and another 10-15 minutes. After 10 minutes I open it and see what state it is in. She baked pizza both on parchment and on the surface. But all my other baked goods are baked mainly in a silicone mold. Baking that is on the surface, that in silicone turns out to be rosy. But even in a silicone mold, if you overexpose a bit of a sweet cake, it can grab the bottom.
Judging by the photo, the top surface is rather weak, the sides are for some reason completely white. But you can see that you didn't roll out the dough thinly? Did your top surface heat up well? Frozen cucumbers do not think it's to blame. I laid out tomatoes and bell peppers directly from the freezer, without defrosting.
In short, we still need to test the princess, observe. I thought that my temper was weak, and sinned on our low voltage in winter.

Lera Dnipro, thanks for showing the form. How long have you bought this form? It's just that Epicenter is far from us, and I go there once a year, or even less often. I don't want to travel in vain. But of course I would like a form with smooth edges, with corrugated I have silicone Purex.
Although I don’t know if she’s nada, while I’m getting around. But this is more "to bulo", but suddenly it will come in handy.

And I'm afraid so wet. It seems to me that it will release a lot of moisture and the dough will cook. Well, or such a slimy surface will be between the layer of dough and the filling.

I am sitting now, thinking about the presence of dry food - everything is wet or from the freezer. And the fish is wet - a small piece, a tail and a head. I don’t know what to do with her ... I don’t want to have potatoes. I want a pie. The dough is yeast, and there is no sour cream or eggs on the jellied pie. Only kefir with mayonnaise

nila, the switch is at maximum in both the first and second cases! Voltage 220 is clear - a stabilizer specially in the kitchen.
Yes, the sides are fried here and there, the rest is white. But after the pressure cooker we got used to this kind of pizza.
I don't know how the top surface got hot - I didn't touch it with my finger. ))) Probably sucks ... (((

Inessa, but in my opinion the dough should be tried something else. In my opinion, in the Princess, it turns out great from Anise and from Lerel.
Once upon a time I tried a new recipe for pizza loya dough, many liked it, but I got it .., sorry, a real byaka ... and I don’t understand why, the cheese behaved very strangely.

Anise made a good dough, yes.
True, unpredictable. Well, that is, I am like that, and not the dough, I make it not for the first time and each in its own way. Either the flour is different, then sour cream instead of yogurt, then in general whey with kefir. It costs differently in the refrigerator. This time it did not rise at all and in three days managed to ferment so that it was already in my nose when I opened the can. Nothing, kneaded, added flour - a delicious cake in the GF turned out, the smell was like fried in oil. It turned out big in the whole area ...
Recycling also came out with the filling: the very head and fish tail, plus carrots on a coarse grater, dried fried onions and sweet rice porridge in milk

Dough of 300 gr flour + 0.5 dry yeast + 1 tsp salt + 0.5 tbsp. l. sugar + 15 grams of butter + 200 grams of water. From HP. Kneading is also in it.

Thank you girls, I'll try to make another dough.

I want to wind up like croissants with jam today. Prompt unpretentious yeast dough, which turns out in the princess of norms. Maybe someone has a good one?

And yesterday I still tried to fry potatoes in Princesse. Initially, I made a portion for 2, but it turned out so tasty that I ... was able to do the whole thing ... first half, then another half!
I grated the potatoes with a Berner grater, mixed them in a bowl with a small amount of vegetable oil (I have corn oil), salt and pepper. I put it in the Princess, turned it on ... After 10-12 minutes I opened it, turned it over with a spatula and closed it again for 5 minutes. No problems with mixing. It turned out to be a very beautiful and very tasty potato! Thank you girls for teaching!

And I cut the potatoes large, only sprinkle the oven with oil. And at the very end of the Adyghe salt. Mmmm. We haven't eaten so many potatoes in our life ...

Tell me, in paper muffin tins, you can immediately bake, pouring the dough into it (do not grind it), or should they be inserted into more durable ones?

Vikus, I did it according to the recipe: peeled, cut, chopped on a blender, then warmed it up in a saucepan on the stove with butter and sugar, at the end I added cornstarch. I took 2 large and one medium bull's-eye. Sugar, of course, you need less, not lemons.

Baked Madelens today in my Princess on prescription julifera, 15 min. in a preheated pizza maker. Well. we liked them very much! As they say, you can't tear off the ears. I prepared the dough exactly according to the recipe, it is not liquid and I laid it out with two teaspoons, everything very quickly, without fuss. It turned out for 3 tabs in the form, 27 pieces.

400 g flour (I have Macfa), 230 ml of water, 3-4 tbsp. l. rast. oil, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 1 tsp. yeast.
This is the amount of dough for 2-3 pizzas, depending on the desired thickness. I have enough for 4) Only flour, if not Makfa, I give a little more. And the kneading is the most common: dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in warm water, pour into flour, add grows. butter and knead soft dough. Let it rise for 1-1.5 hours and you can mold the pizza.

Nelya, here... Only I did not bake the cake at the maximum, in the position of the regulator about 3/4, in time 25 minutes. But my stove fries strongly, all baked goods are in this mode ... Yours seems to be more delicate, right?
Lush charlotte which turned out, however, as always I also like to mix berries in pies. Well, fish cakes are my weakness, they teased)

nila
Oksana, thanks for sending, I must try. I have not seen this recipe.
The knob position is 3/4, is it 13 o'clock? I bake everything at full power and only occasionally, after 10-15 minutes, reduce it.
I baked this charlotte for 15 minutes at full power, then transferred it to 13 hours. Too much fruit, and even frozen, was badly baked inside.
When a whole chest is filled with berries and fruits, why not mix? And charlotte is my lifesaver when you need to be super fast or too lazy to cook.
Oksana, please, come on!
inka_kot
nila, nothing fried charlotte. Class!

And I made croissants and pies. Croissants without silicone mat. The bottom is very fried, the top is barely browned. She put the pies on the rug. Better, but still somehow the top is not actively fried. ((

Kseny @, we now have this pizza dough is the most important thing. Previously, the family quietly ate pies (such as pizza) with various fillings (including onions, mayonnaise, boiled eggs) from the oven. Now. when the pizza maker appears, serve them crispy pizza with mozzarella, tomatoes, olives, and so on.
