Gourmets have never bought mozzarella at all, I don't care what kind of cheese, as long as it melts. But even the one that is made simply with rubber I can fry and eat separately.
Alenka212
Anna67, I bought the first time when I bought pizza makers, so that everything was according to the rules. It was impossible with new assistants in the mud face. The family has become too picky.
Anna67
And, well, now you have to keep the bar. I basically just bake a cake. With cheese and / or sesame seeds. For pizza, there has never been all the products at the same time, that is, cheese and no sausage, that is, sausages, no cheese, then ketchup is disgusting.

Girls, good morning everyone! Tell me, did you have such a situation when you bake two pizzas in a row, does your second one burn to the top? Today in the morning I baked two in a row, one straight into the stove without rugs and molds, and the second in a mold so that it would be more convenient to carry and for the second time my top burns, you open it and she pulls cheese somewhere. Do I need to cool for the second time or wash already. How are you doing?
M @ rtochka
Maybe the second one rises strongly over a longer period (it also stands for a longer proofing)
How much test do you have? Once they wrote that it is better not to put more than 300 grams in the Princess. It is about yeast speech.
LarisaS
I make the dough from 400gr. flour for two pizzas, the proofing can really affect, but there is not much time, I will try to put it in the refrigerator when I put everything out.
Vasilica
Everything is correct
1) While the first one is baking, the second one takes longer to leave, respectively, higher, more magnificent.
2) The oven is already hot, which means the pizza rises even faster and better.

Conclusion: either let the oven cool down a little, or make the second pizza thinner / smaller, or try to bake it for less time.

LarisaS, and what is the form in which you bake the second pizza?
LarisaS
Yes, probably either to cool it or not to let the pizza rise, baking is less suitable; I looked in and stuck before

when you bake two pizzas in a row
the first into a cold princess (I have a simple princess) = 15-20 minutes for on / 10-15 minutes for off, the time depends on the filling and the thickness of the dough

while baking, I roll out the rug on Teflon and collect the next one, it is no longer put into the fire princess, which has slightly paused, I turn it on again

even though all day long, the princess will not overheat

I think, due to the shape, it is closer to the upper heating element. Try shaping a second pizza on a nonstick mat and dumping it into the oven.
While writing, Irina answered the same.
LarisaS
The second form is silicone 30cm in diameter and 3cm in height from the Regent it seems.
M @ rtochka
And try to divide this amount of dough into 3 parts. Or 2.5. Little something can be made from the leftovers.

LarisaS, baking pizza in the form?
LarisaS
Thank you girls, I'll try again on the rug, it's thin.

Added on Friday 03 Feb 2017 10:42 am

I'm afraid it will be quite thin on 3 parts, I bake the first without rugs and molds for 14-15 minutes, and the second only in a mold for 13 minutes. I have an ordinary Princess.

Nelya, I would not say that the photo is a low pie But yes, evenly ruddy, even the sides. Did you lubricate it with something? Does the pizza on the sides also blush normally?

Elena, You are asking about pizza, right? I shape it on a silicone mat, put it in a stove preheated to maximum for 5 minutes, turn it off, let it stand for another 2 minutes and take it out.

Quote: Anna67

I turned the stove upside down, and in general later put a grid. And the bottom is not burnt, and the top is rosy. The sides are just pale, but they also turned out to be yellow, not white.
Anna, I would not have thought of
Anna67
Kseny @, here someone has already turned over. And my GF does not need to be thought out, because it unfolds 180 degrees and is absolutely equally stable in any position

Oksana, it seems that she did not grease the cake, I will not say for sure. Because when there is an extra yolk, I grease it. But it is in this recipe cake that there is no lubrication, so it did not lubricate.
Pizza when it turns out, but mostly ruddy, I always grease the side with ketchup.
Here is an old photo that is loaded in the gallery, this is most likely the first pizza. But then I got a lot of liquid. Here and Volume. sauce and mayonnaise, and I also put in the marin. grated cucumbers and tomatoes, sl. frozen peppers. Now I do not grease with mayonnaise.

Good day! I'm new to the site, today is the first day I registered =) I want to share two recipes for the princess.

On puff pastry, raw filling of mashed and squeezed zucchini, small potatoes, onions and half a chicken breast fillet. I baked on a preheated princess, 5 minutes, another 5 minutes after turning off. Not lubricated.

And pizza on Italian dough

Pizza makers Princess 115000, Travola SW302T, Fagor MG-300
I put the dough on a preheated oven (did not grease it with anything), baked it for 5-7 minutes, after turning it off, held it for another 5 minutes.
I greased the dough with homemade tomato, put the cervelat and sprinkled with cheese.

It is prepared very quickly, it is not hot in the kitchen, it tastes different from that in the oven, tastier.

I did that once too. After turning it off, I immediately opened it, and left it for 10-15 minutes in the closed one. So it got damp, or something, got soaked and became all wet.In general, I didn't like it, I like it with a crispy crust, but it turned out like boiled
Anna67
It is good to leave closed cakes. They are just soft. And the pizza needs to be pulled out while the oven is not very cool, otherwise it will damp from the wet filling like a ready-made purchase in a box on the way ...
Irgata

So she got damp
yes, and the truth really depends on the specific unit

but - as I say, the time depends on the thickness of the dough, what kind of dough and on the filling, so your pizza, for sure, was thin

by the way, turning it on for 5 minutes - dry it, with the lid slightly open, well, if such an incident happens

princess is hot min 15 after off, and begins to cool down only after half an hour

If you lubricate, then it is clear that it is the unlubricated dough that is interested in how it turns red.

AlisaZ,
Alice, welcome to our forum!
It's nice that with the first message and immediately came to our Temka. Yes, and not empty-handed, she brought such delicious
An interesting recipe on puff pastry. Fast and simple, but satisfying and tasty!
I used to bake pizza, still in the oven, very often on puff yeast dough. But I haven’t tried it in PR yet, although my husband always asks for an “old” old pizza. He likes pizza on puff pastry more than yeast dough. But buying is not hunting, the price is not humane for it, and in the freezer there is a package of frozen food, but at the very bottom of the chest. While it was full, it was not possible to get to the bottom of that package, now I freed it a little, I'll try to get to the bottom and make such a pie.
And I understood the pizza correctly - first I baked one base for 5 minutes, and then I laid out the filling? Someone from our girls did this too, you have to try it, you might like it. Only the filling does not move out? It is probably necessary to grind cheese on the lowest layer to keep it.
Anna67
Yeah, that's what I did in the oven - cheese on top and cheese on top. I really didn't like yeast dough, it's crunchier. At first I cooked a little without filling. We must really try ...

Nelya, I heat up the oven, spread out the rolled dough, immediately grease it with tomato and spread the rest of the ingredients. I close the oven and then bake for 5 minutes. The fillings do not slide out.

Recipe attracted by the ratio of water and flour. There is less flour here than in other recipes. In general, I want to try different focacci from our forum
I did it 3 times. A portion of the dough is enough for 2 tortillas - one with herbs and cheese, the second with sesame seeds. It is convenient for my son to give to school instead of a sandwich - I cut the sausage in half, inside. Very tasty sesame with honey. It is better to distribute in warmth, I have turned out more magnificently.

And you just put more dough so that it rested against the lid. Here in the photo, it seems, is 400 grams of flour. Can be done at 350, it will be a little fluffier. At 300, holes in the roof are already possible, the view is more untidy - it's rosy here, not very much here.

It turns out very pleasant bread. It is sprinkled with rosemary, olive oil and sea salt, the kids immediately tear off half of it and kill it with coffee / tea. True, the next day it is not so tasty, but while it is being baked, you can die from aromas and impatience!)))

unlikely...

every girl calls her frying pan by name, why should we call our favorite in a foreign way
Anna67
She assumed that she was the most common.

Arranged a bathing day for my stoves. Turning on the light brighter. The surface of the pans is more or less amenable to washing over the sink, but how many squiggles are there in the place where the top and bottom are attached ... Already with a toothpick and ear sticks. Are all stoves like this or is it so lucky with GF?
