Vasily K., I found such a bowl in our store, you can take it, but this one is interesting, REDMOND RIP-C2 (RB-C502)? In appearance, it seems to be more like ours, although it may be taller, there are no dimensions in the characteristics (height, etc.) What do you think?

LarissaAs far as I know, the rb-c502 bowl is 145 mm high. It seems to me that this is too high for our multicooker. May not close. And it seems like it is also ceramic.
Larra
Vasily K., well, here it seemed to me that she was too tall. So I'll take RB-A523 (RIP-A4), and the coating there is also non-stick like. But what's the difference, the main thing is that you can fry in it without problems)))

As for the coating, daikin is a very good coating, almost the best non-stick coating.

Vasily K., well, great, right tomorrow I'll go buy))) thanks again.

Recently purchased Redmond RB-A523 (RIP-A4) bowl with daikin non-stick coating.
Have you bought for a black or white cartoon? I have a white one, I am tormented by the selection of a spare bowl.
Vasily K.
I have a black slow cooker. It seems to me that these models have the same bowls.
Another stainless steel bowl Redmond RB-S520 (RIP-S4) fits.

Larissa, a stainless steel bowl is good for environmental friendliness, no doubt, and very functional, but you can't bake in it, the girls here wrote about this a little earlier. And, of course, it is durable and reliable.
Ceramics are also good, but not durable in terms of non-stickiness. So, the best option is to have a non-stick bowl and a stainless steel bowl. IMHO.
I think to do this in the future.

I also had a se4000 before, but it broke down and I took a long time to choose it or take a new one. It seems to me that the se4000 is faster. The oven can be adapted to it. For me personally, the new one is comfortable with yoghurt and multishev for making cottage cheese. I am scared to use a delay in a mule. There is probably no point in buying in addition

I have a question about programs in a white multicooker:

What is the difference between the Stew and Roast programs? The instructions for both indicate the same temperatures, pressures and times.
I already cooked on stewing, but I can't get to Zharkiy in any way - the similarity confuses me.
lsveta33
It seems to me that there is less liquid on hot

The girls, as promised, I am telling you how I cooked beef tongue, weight 1100. I set the stew-meat-texture program to the softest. Time 40 min. After the signal, the pressure was not forcibly released. I opened the lid, there was a layer of foam on the inside. The tongue is digested for my taste. Was very soft, especially the tip. I like it a little bit more. Perhaps it was necessary to make less time or a different texture. In general, you have to try.
I took advantage of your idea and cooked up my tongue.
My tongue was big, I don't know exactly the weight.
Beef tongue, one peeled onion, one peeled carrot, put in a multicooker and pour water so that the tongue hides one centimeter (but not higher than the upper mark).
Set the mode "stewing" - meat-texture medium (more precisely the third division from the bottom) 35 minutes.
At the end of the time we take out the tongue. We cleanse the skin under running cold water.
Add 3-4 tablespoons of salt to the broth (without a slide), put the tongue again and set the same parameters for only 10-15 minutes.
All!
I added 4 tablespoons of salt and cooked for 10 minutes. We like to keep the tongue a little stiff.

Hello everyone! Accept replenishment. Olga. I'll start with thanks: I didn't know how to cook at all, but life forced me to. Thanks to your forum, the problem has been solved: a black "Mulya" has been purchased, stew-porridge-pilaf-soup has been mastered, the family is fed! A huge thank you: they helped me decide on the choice of the mules, and saved them from many mistakes (nothing ever burned out, did not run away, did not clog). Thank you!!!
Please tell me: 1) my control panel was quickly scratched, maybe there is a protective film? 2) in frying mode, the mule often requires you to close the lid (especially when frying at a low temperature) So is it necessary or is it odd? or me? 3) how about defrosting? has anyone tried putting frozen food in?
Larra
Olga. Welcome to contact us. Congratulations on your assistant and answering your questions:
1. there is really a protective film on the control panel, I took it off about a month later, when I also scratched it.
2. In general, according to the instructions, the "frying" mode only works! with the lid open, so I think it's not worth closing it, I tried to close it a couple of times, so it throws it back, I don’t know how you will if you try, it scares me when it leans back with a bang.
3. Frozen foods can be cooked, sometimes I put meat on broth directly from the freezer, fill it with water, salt, etc. etc., I put the "cooking" mode - 50 minutes, it turns out great. You can put more time, depending on the meat. So I think any frozen food can be cooked the way you need it.

Vasily K., I have one more thanks, the bowl was bought, tested, everything works fine. I am so pleased that now there is a spare bowl, and even with a non-stick coating, girls who need it, feel free to buy.

Good evening! Thanks for the answer. Maybe my mule has something with brains. It turns on for frying with the lid closed, and if you open it to prevent it, after a while it starts beeping and showing E0. True, as a result, everything fries.
Has anyone found a way to deal with odors? (The silicone O-ring smelled like cumin after pilaf, and it seemed to me that it was transferred to millet porridge.) Or should I buy a second ring?

We must buy a second! Nothing helps.

For me, too, for the first time, the ring absorbed odors, but the smell did not affect the food, and now the ring is then just washed with the product and that's it, nothing smells. Over time, it will pass, although everyone's sensitivity to odors is different, some still buy a second ring and use it mainly for cereals. So see for yourself, maybe you need to buy a spare.

I wanted to order Teflon coated black mule passes Redmond RIP-A4 (RB-A523)

Bowl (5 liters), on this site the price is great, but not available there for a long time. I have a linen mule, I don't know yet if it will fit

lsveta33 , and what is the height of the white multicooker bowl? The native bowl of the black multicooker has a height of 140 mm and the rb-A523 bowl fits.

The same height 140, diameter vn / bunk 220/240, just a double boiler fits in black, but not in white, I'm afraid I can't guess with a saucepan

Good afternoon everyone! Girls, please tell me where in Ukraine you can buy just such an insert for a double boiler Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832
I really want to buy one, I'm looking on the Internet, but it only gives out links in Russia.
What's the catch with such a steamer? Does it lie at the bottom of the cup?
Vasily K.
lsveta33 , probably the steamer rests against the handle on the inner removable lid, so it does not fit. This does not threaten the cup. And the height of the rb-a523 is about 3 mm less, when closing it should not interfere. I took a chance and made the right decision. My black multicooker with the new bowl is working fine.

Florisimo , no fun, at the bottom of the steamer has legs. They are simply not visible in the picture.

And it's good that we took a chance, and we are already on the beaten path. The rb-a523 bowl fits into the black mule perfectly, and it also works fine under pressure, now you can fry and bake without problems. and save ceramic for cooking soups, stewing and similar dishes. And such a steamer in black is also well suited, I don't use it very often (due to the fact that I rarely cook steamed food), but in general it is very convenient, there are small legs below, just pour some water. If the steamer does not fit the white mule (the valve does not block normally), then the bowl will probably not fit either.

Another stainless steel bowl Redmond RB-S520 (RIP-S4) fits.
Who already uses such a cup? how did she behave? How is pressure gaining? For porridge, I need to cook their child in a ceramic pot and every time I'm afraid to ruin the bowl.

It seems to me that the problem is that the handle of the steamer rests on the inner lid of the multicooker, which interferes with the lock. When using the bowl without a steamer, such an obstacle cannot arise. So, think and decide, hostesses.
kotenok_ , I have little experience of using the RB-S520 (RIP-S4) bowl, I bought it for three days. The size of this bowl is quite suitable, here are a few pictures Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832

I cooked jellied meat in this bowl Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832 on the program Extinguishing... The pressure was collected for 20 minutes, then it was extinguished for an hour and a half and for 40 minutes the pressure was released by itself, it did not forcibly release. No E-shek appeared during the operation of the regime. That's all for now.

Thank you . The photo shows that just below. On my old dex with stainless steel, the scoreboard was stuck. How about this? Steam does not go out where it should not go out.
Vasily K.
Julia, I have checked only one mode so far, extinguishing... The steam did not come out anywhere except from the valve sometimes. The display did not fog up.
Bes7vetrov
Can you check the bottom of both bowls? Is it straight or concave?

Good afternoon, hostesses! We continue to test new bowls. We used a steel bowl when cooking buckwheat with mushrooms by this recipe... When frying, the onions did not stick to the bottom of the bowl, but when the mushrooms were added, they began to fry. But still they continued to cook further, according to the recipe, and after the end of the regime rice / cereals (the default time is 9 minutes) it turned out like this:Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832... The bottom of the bowl without any sticking. The multicooker itself worked normally, steam came out only from the valve before the start of the countdown.
Larra
Vasily K., well done, experiments continue))) I'm not yet ready for one more purchase in the form of a stainless steel bowl, while I am very pleased with the new non-stick bowl (and it fries everything so gorgeous), where else is the third one, do I need it or not , there is nowhere to put, and how many more are in the plans ... the kitchen needs to be expanded, but where is the question, so for now let's wait with the purchase.
Vasily K.
Larissa, in fact, if there is no specific need, then you can completely do without a steel bowl. We often cook jellied meat, which is why we bought it. The non-stick bowl plus native ceramic is quite a reliable kit, so don't worry.
Larra
Vasily K., yes I'm not grieving))), just as always, how can you buy a new cup, it seems that you don't need to, but suddenly it will come in handy, here the thought crept in and begins to sharpen the brain, I love everything that is connected with kitchen utensils that facilitate the difficult female labor, since my husband does not like to cook at all, it is better not to let me into the kitchen in order to avoid the consequences))) There is no specific need, I don’t like to mess with jellied meat, so I’ll calm down and continue to cook with two pots
