Ingredients

Minced fish
A tomato 1 PC
Pumpkin puree 4 tbsp
Potatoes medium 2 pcs
Celery stalk 1 PC
Small marrow 1 PC
Yellow onion medium 1 PC
A mixture of frozen vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, bell peppers, green peas) 150 ml
Spices (Provencal herbs) 1 tsp
Rosemary 1 branch
Mint 1 branch
Salt
Water 1 liter
Bay leaf 1 PC

Cooking method

  • 1. Pour sunflower oil into a blender, spread the chopped onions - lightly sauté, stirring occasionally.
  • 2. Pour frozen vegetables + pumpkin (frozen pumpkin puree). We pour water. Bring the contents of the blender to a boil!
  • 3. After the water boils, lay out the rest of the vegetables. We mix. Bring to a boil. Stir again at 2 speeds, chopping vegetables a little. Pour in Provencal herbs, rosemary and mint leaves.
  • 4. Put the minced fish meatballs + bay leaf and stalks of mint and rosemary into a special strainer). Place the strainer in the blender and fix it on the blender bowl. Cook for 20 minutes with the cap open.
  • 5. As soon as the soup is cooked, take out the strainer and beat the soup until smooth, pre-salting to taste.
