Telapia Terrine with Salmon (Moulinex Stationary Soup Blender)

Ingredients

Tilapia fillet 400 g
Smoked salmon 60 g
Fat cream or sour cream 150 g
Egg 1 PC
Chopped dill 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon seasoning
Grated nutmeg
Baking paper

Cooking method

  • Terrine's recipe scared me until I purchased the Moulinex Stationary Blender-Soup Cooker. Now I cook this dish regularly. Terrine can be fish, game, poultry, regular meat, liver ...
  • I would like to bring to your attention a fish terrine. Here's what I had:
  • Telapia Terrine with Salmon (Moulinex Stationary Soup Blender)
  • Load all the ingredients into the bowl of the soup cooker, except for the salmon. Better to pour the cream or sour cream first, and then everything else. Beat on the "pulse" mode. It will look like this.

  • Chop the salmon into small cubes.

  • Spoon into the fish mixture. Take a sheet of baking paper, wet it under the tap, wring it out. The paper becomes soft and conforms to any container. This is what I learned from Jamie Oliver. Straighten the paper and line it on the steamer basket of the soup cooker.

  • Pour the fish mixture into the basket and cover it with the edges of the paper.

  • Wash the soup cooker bowl, pour water, insert the steam basket, close the lid, place the bowl on the base and select the p3 (steam cooking) program, setting the time to 40 minutes.

  • When the program ends, carefully remove the soup bowl from the base, open the lid, and pull the basket out onto the plate using the handle. Allow to cool slightly, open the paper and turn the terrine onto a plate, covering the basket with it. Remove paper. You can decorate with caviar.
  • Bon Appetit!

Babushka, and I suddenly got hooked on mashed potatoes, today we ate cream soup with mushrooms, but my favorite is the first pumpkin soup !!!
Babushka
Lily, I am also partial to soups. I just love beetroot most of all and potato with smoked meat.
Kokoschka
Beetroot is my favorite soup, just on the water, beets, garlic, dill, lemon. The juice.
But she made mashed potatoes, not that ...
Better on program 2.

I made a terrine from chicken fillet with mushrooms, I didn't have sour cream or cream, so I took mayonnaise, I took mushrooms ready-made from the jar. It turned out very tasty. The baking paper method is cool, of course. The next in line is my liver, but I just haven't decided whether I'm going to make terrine with carrot cubes or make a paste.
Babushka
Tanya, bravo! It's nice that my proposals are being understood!
TanyaG
I made terrine from the liver, it turned out to be a paste, probably for the liver you needed cream not 150 grams, but 50 grams. take, and for some reason he did not prepare for 40 minutes, was still damp and pink, added another 15 minutes. and also seemed not ready. I had to throw this "terrine" into the bowl of the soup cooker and cook for 15 minutes. at 95 degrees and speed 1-2 (changed). As a result, the pate turned out to be tasty. Next time I'll try to make liver pate right away.
Babushka
Tanya, when I make it out of chicken, I add the liver in pieces, I don't grind it ...
