Ingredients

Rice 50 grams dry

Tomato 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Dry adjika 1 teaspoon

Hops-suneli, coriander, red pepper taste

Cooking method

  • There is already a recipe for kharcho soup in a blender soup maker. But I decided to cook it according to my recipe. I cook a similar one in a pressure cooker, but I don't grind the ingredients in it, but here I decided to make a cream soup.
  • Separate the chicken meat from the bones and use the pulp. Cut it into small pieces. Cut carrots and onions into small cubes, finely chop the garlic. Rinse the rice with warm water until the water is transparent.
  • Install a filter in a soup blender. Put pieces of meat around it. Put the ingredients in the filter in this order: onions, carrots, garlic, washed rice. Pour water up to the “soup max” mark. Add tomato, soy sauce and wine. Add salt, dry adjika, red pepper, coriander, suneli hops.
  • Start program P1. When the soup is cooked, take out the filter and mix everything well with what is left in the filter. Pour the prepared soup into bowls, into which you can add chopped fresh herbs.
  • This is delicious. I usually cook soups in this soup maker for myself for 3 days. But today I could not resist and an hour after the first one I ate another bowl of soup, and scraped the empty plate with a spoon, collecting the remains.

Yes, raw. During this time, the chicken cooked perfectly, but I think that the meat will cook in small pieces, but I have not tried it. In extreme cases, you can fry the meat a little. My main recipe is kharcho, where the meat is first fried in butter, and here it is simplified.
