  • I bring to your attention a healthy dessert cream soup "Yellow Mood", prepared by me for breakfast.
  • Cut the pumpkin, pear and apricots, put them in the bowl of the soup cooker, add the spice "Apple Pie Seasoning" from Kotanyi (cinnamon, sugar, lemon powder, cloves, ginger). Add a tablespoon of butter, pour in water (depending on the desired thickness).
  • We choose the "Soup-puree" program. After 15 minutes, add 2-3 tablespoons of mascarpone through the feed hole, 2-3 tablespoons of instant oatmeal (I used NORDIC flakes).
  • We select the Blender program.
  • Pour cream soup into a soup cup, decorate with chopped apricots.
  • Serve the fried egg dessert sandwich with the soup.

  • Spread the Seven Cereals crispbread with mascarpone and place half an apricot in the center. The sandwich is good in itself, but it goes well with this soup.

This is a very healthy soup. I think no one doubts the benefits of pumpkin, pear and apricot. Somewhere on the Internet I read that pears after heat treatment become much more useful. Oil and mascarpone are very appropriate here not only to improve the taste: yellow foods contain carotene, which is absorbed only in a fatty medium.
Bread (wheat, buckwheat, rice, millet, corn, oats, barley) contain a lot of dietary fiber and will bring many benefits to our body.
