Babushka
Svetlana, you can, in manual mode. I made the filling on the "roast". https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=391336.0 Does not whip in manual mode. It is possible on a program where not quite puree (chunky).
Lisichkalal
If you can also cook an ordinary soup, then it is a very interesting unit !!! And outwardly I like him)
I hope both models have this manual mode, not just the expensive one.
As I understood, these models differ in the presence of a steam basket and in the expensive one there is another kind of additional program.
Babushka
Svetlana, right.
Lerele
My friend has such a soup cooker. The mashed potatoes do not turn out normal. Dairy is welded to the bottom. Good for soups like Grandma describes.
Lisichkalal
Lerele, thanks for the info!
So it will not work for mashed potatoes (
Let's think further))
Kokoschka
Lisichkalal, I really like the soup cooker!
Before the soup, I made tomato, ketchup, whipped milk drinks, rubbed berries with sugar, - vitamin.
Very handy and blender and soup cooker.
The tomato is generally beautiful, and whips and boils.
Lisichkalal
In principle, this is a repetition of devices.
I cooked soup in a pressure cooker, and then blended it with a plastic foot in the same place (until the blender died)
Now I would have to pour everything from the pressure cooker bowl into a regular blender, which is very inconvenient in my opinion. I don't want to do that.
And in a soup cooker, you just don't need to take out a blender and blender for 1-2 minutes.
Is it worth giving 150 euros for this convenience? ))
Kokoschka
I gave the blender to my son, so even this question was not raised. And I really wanted to mix cocktails in a glass ...
Babushka
And now I'm cooking beetroot based on Julia Vysotskaya .. She made it with goat cheese, but I like it with Adyghe cheese ...

Kokoschka
Babushka., I wanted to try !!!
Did Tatiana cook at one time or for several days?
Babushka

Beetroot with Adyghe Cheese (Stationary Blender Soup Cooker Moulinex) (Babushka)

Moulinex Soup & Co stationary blender-soup maker

I prepared a full bowl (1.8 L). We ate today with a toaster crouton.
Enough for tomorrow too ...
Kokoschka
Babushka, made pea soup today.
First, on the second program, and then I switched on the first cycle
Structure:
1 cup peas (soaked overnight)
1 onion,
1 carrot
Fried bacon with onion and there too
Frozen mix, carrots, peas, zucchini, a handful of them
Filled everything with water / broth 1: 1.
I added 1 coffee spoon of smoked hotbeds, a little ginger, salt pepper.
It turned out very tasty,
I love Tatiana more and more.

I made croutons for soups and mixed hot as you started with crushed garlic.
I didn't have time to take a picture .......
Babushka
Lily, amazing! And I made tilapia fish terrine in it yesterday
Kokoschka
Tatyana, from this place for more details please .... I am writing down ....
Babushka
Have already eaten ... They want more ... If I am going to repeat one of these days, I will show the pictures ...
Kokoschka
Fine!
Lisichkalal
I want this soup cooker more and more))
Babushka
Svetlana, the right wish!
Soon Alexander will need to be fed.
Kokoschka
That's for sure, yesterday I cooked peas again!
Lisichkalal
There is a babyikuk for Sasha
but for the rest the mulka would fit))) buy !!!! I just think that the model is without a steamer, but who knows ...
Babushka
Svetlana, to be honest, I use a steamer not only to steam, but also to leave pieces of vegetables, meat or fish whole during cooking on automatic programs. Not everyone likes mashed soups with me. And with this alignment, everyone is fine.

I have not tried mashed potatoes yet, but so that the milk does not weld, you need to set the correct temperature (90 degrees) and stir at 1 or 2 speeds. This is for semolina porridge, I wrote in this topic how to cook it. Other porridge should be tried, but I am sure that you can cook any porridge normally, this is just not a problem.

That's what I really lack in this soup cooker, it's the ability to grind and fry from onions and carrots, having such a unit it's dumb for me to somehow separately cook frying in a frying pan. Therefore, I ordered myself such a combine, if it suits me, then I will give the Mulinex soup cooker to my son https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=412280.0
Mirabel
Tanya. Good luck with your purchase!
And don't forget to share your impressions and comparison with us.
Surprised that you can't do frying in Moulinex ... like Grandma showed. how I made a filling for some kind of pie, chopped something there and fried.
TanyaG
she threw the already chopped vegetables into a heated soup cooker and immediately turned it off - this is like languor, not real frying, besides, you need to cut it by hand or on another unit, that is, you get dances with tambourines. Finely chop the onions and carrots, and then fry with stirring at low speed in this soup cooker, I did not succeed.
Mirabel
Tanya, Aaaa understandable!
well, let's test the Proficuk! I want it too!
TanyaG
I should like to come before the end of the week, I'm waiting

In one case, so, and in the other, fried:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=391336.0
There will be no such frying as in a frying pan, it's true.
TanyaG
I got a proficook and left my review here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=412280.new#new
in comparison with the Mulinek soup cooker, proficuc is more bulky and heavy. Of course, there are more functions, but I like the design of the soup cooker more (this is what French goods generally differ, both cars and household appliances).

In general, if the bottom and knives of the soup cooker were such that one could grind and fry, then I would not need a proficuc (for the dough I have a Boshik combine, there is also a brown double boiler), but maybe over time I will appreciate the advantages.
TanyaG
I sent the proficook back, not where to put it, and I don’t want to throw away the other equipment that I already have. Although it is quite a worthy aggregate, who is interested in an inexpensive replacement of the thermomix, it may well buy, it is made with high quality, the plastic is good. I don't know what about durability, it seems to have been released not so long ago, but on German sites the reviews for proficouk are good, and the Germans are picky about technical people.

I already wrote, I personally did not like the proficiency that they do not recommend washing any parts in the dishwasher. This is important for me, I even always wash the lid of the Mulinex soup cooker in the dishwasher so that the gum does not tug again. And in the dishwasher, it washes out so well.
So you will have to train further to fry in mulinex.
Lisichkalal
Tanya, I hope that the frying will work out and you will teach us later)
TanyaG
It seems to have already adapted, I do this:

- I cut the onion into quarters, put it in a soup cooker, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil, close, put 100 degrees. and 1 minute, I open it, mix it by hand with a spoon and again 100 degrees. and 1 minute, and then it just costs another couple of minutes.
- then I cut the carrots with medium rings, add to the stewed onions, scroll on the turbo for a couple of seconds, open the soup cooker, pick the vegetables down with a spoon and, if necessary, scroll on the turbo again, as a rule, this is enough for frying.
- I add another spoonful of oil, set the time to 5 minutes, speed 1 or 2, temperature 100 degrees.and fry the onions and carrots, let stand after that for a couple of minutes.

The result is more or less frying, at least for the soup it will do, the taste of fried onions and the color of the carrots will be. Since I do not like the taste of raw or boiled onions in the soup, and without onions, too, "not very".
Mirabel
Tanya, Super! Well done, thank you!
Lisichkalal, Chanterelle! So you can do frying, copy argent!
Lisichkalal
Tanyusha, thanks !!!
Vikul, saving up)))))
That's because this soup cooker is my passion)))
Mirabel
Svetlana, Light, the cost of Profic and this Mul are almost the same
I have not fully understood what I like more and what I NEED !!! more. It's good that there are things that are more important: lol: I will think ...
In general, I like both cars very much.
TanyaG
Vika, if you have a place, then the proficouk (the one with the combine with the double boiler) is, of course, cooler.
In the topic, they called some of the disadvantages of profikuk, but most of all I did not like that the steamer is not recommended to be washed in the dishwasher, although apart from losing the color of the plastic, I do not think that something bad would have happened to it. In general, I would rate the quality of the device at 4.

On the other hand, I read in several places that the term of the thermomix license has already expired, and therefore such devices will most likely be produced by many manufacturers, respectively, and there will be even more choice over time. Literally today I saw another "brother"
Moreover, the Severin firm, in theory, is much more expensive than Profiquk should not be. That is, today, based on the price / quality, Proficuk (with a price in Germany of about 300 Euros) is still in the lead. But if Phillips or Bosch appears tomorrow with a price of up to 400 - 500 Euro, then I will still find a place for him and probably buy it. For a mulinex harvester, giving 800 is dumb somehow, even without a double boiler.

Tanya, if you meant Moulinex Cuisine Companion, then it has a steamer mode, roughly similar to a stainless steel basket like the Moulinex soup cooker.
TanyaG
Yes, I meant it, the fact that there is a basket is good, but for such a price it would not hurt to have a two-level double boiler at the top, like a Thermomix (well, a proficook too).
Matilda_81
But there is such a price for a cloud of sewn-in recipes, three removable knives (for different purposes), 6 standard programs, free choice of mixing speed and temperature, and of course for the brand

Vic, profikuk under 300, moulinex I am considering a model without a steamer for 150 euros.
Moulinex is made in France, the quality is always good.
Proficus is most likely in China.
Outwardly, I like Moulinex more, although in terms of functionality (it's still just a soup cooker), it most likely loses much to the proficiency.
TanyaG
Without a steamer in vain, maybe they will become cheaper anyway, or take some other company, you have much more choice in France than in Germany. But a double boiler is not superfluous there, you can not only cook in it, like terrine, for example, but also leave some of the products unmilled in the soup is also not bad.
Mirabel
TanyaG, Tan, I really like Profic, but if you buy it, there will be duplication (if not trailing) of my kitchen appliances. But he's very cool! On Masha-Masinen, the video looks great at work! Of course, it is cooler than Mulinex in terms of functionality.
With regards to Moulinex, I absolutely agree that the option with a double boiler is better.
Lisichkalal, Light, do not rush to grab! Listen to advice. And indeed you have such a choice of these combine soup cookers. Pick more.
Lisichkalal
I am still without a soup maker.
Moulinex wanted again, but reread the topic and again "hung up", embarrassed the frying.
I thought, cut the onion into small worms, coarse carrots, threw it into the moulinex, blended it and put it on frying and mustache ...
but it seems that everything is not so ((

Zebra
Hello!
I found an advertisement for the sale of a Moulinex LM9021BE Soup & Co soup cooker for 5 thousand, allegedly used 1 time. This is a lot, a little, okay?
Does it make a lot of noise at takeoffwhen does the blender turn on?
Kokoschka
Zebra, I do not remember the price but I think the rules !!! The thing is very classy soup puree like silk. So it does not make noise, but when blender at the end of 1 minute it makes noise.
We really like to use it all the time for mashed soups and for applesauce.
Zebra
Kokoschka, do you have a metal or plastic steamer bowl?
