Chocolate cupcake with cherry

Ingredients

butter 200 g
egg 4 pcs (260 g)
sugar 180 g
flour 240
baking powder 2 tsp
sour cream 4 tbsp. l. with a slide
vanilla
pitted cherry 1 stkn
cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l
grated cocoa or chocolate 100 g

Cooking method

  • Defrost the cherries in advance and drain the juice.
  • Sift flour and mix with baking powder.
  • Beat the softened butter with sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat. Add sour cream, flour with baking powder, vanilla, cocoa + grated cocoa (or chocolate). We spread part of the dough into a mold. We place the cherries in a circle, but try not to go to the edge so as not to come into contact with the shape. Then we spread another part of the dough + cherry. And fill in the rest of the test. Flatten and set to bake at 180oC for 50-60 minutes.
