Ingredients

flour (do not overdo it, the dough should be creamy 270-300 gr
baking powder 3 h l
(I have soda -5 g + 2 g starch + 3 g citric acid)
sugar 100 g
salt 0.5 h l
vanillin option

Cooking method

  • Cupcake with dried fruits - Soak dried fruits for 20 minutes (you can in cognac), then drain the liquid and cut the prunes and dried apricots. Beat eggs with sugar. Mix all the other ingredients, add dried fruits and beaten eggs. Put in the form. Then we wait ... Baking in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 *, in a bread machine -1h 20 minutes. After it has cooled, sprinkle with sugar. powder (or, you can grind sugar in a coffee grinder ...) In the photo, baked in a bread machine Scarlet - indigo in a non-standard form L-10 (Length-21.5 cm, width -10.5 cm, height-10.5 cm.

The cupcake is not very sweet, but tasty. The weight of the finished cake came out 1 kg 180 gr.
