Raisin muffins

Ingredients

Eggs 3 pcs
Sugar 1 stkn
Wheat flour, premium 1 stkn
Baking powder 1 measured tsp
Raisins 1/2 stkn
glass = 200 ml

Cooking method

  • 1. Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer until sugar is completely dissolved and an air mass is obtained.
  • 2. Rinse and dry the raisins.
  • 3. Add flour, baking powder, raisins to the beaten eggs and stir quickly until smooth.
  • 4. Grease the molds with butter (vegetable oil or butter) and fill about 2/3 of the dough.
  • 5. Place in an oven preheated to 200 * C and bake for about 20 minutes.
  • Forms are silicone "Tefal". The output in these forms is 18 pcs.
