Aygul, for example, I subscribed to the topic only because at first I sincerely laid eyes on this cartoon and it was for cereals. What confuses:
1. Of the testers, only Marina works for everyone
2. The representatives of the "BRAND" company are not heard. Not a single problem has been debunked. Dasha, Marina and Manna take the rap for them, although usually they (representatives of Br) actively participate in the life of the forum. It feels like they have nothing to say
3. I'm really looking forward to Zhenya's impression after eliminating the defect of her multicooker
Maybe Brandik is excellent, but for some reason the impression is blurred. Maybe some time will pass, everything will fall into place and I will become the happy owner of this device

Never posted on the forums. I couldn't stand it. I have three multicooker Brand 37502 37501 502. Now four. Tempted by 701. Sometimes you need less capacity. For porridge, soup, yogurt, cereals. I bought it a week after they appeared and I do not regret it at all. Nothing escapes (I cook milk porridge 1; 5 (3 parts milk 2 water) The multicooker is great! The only thing I don't really like is the lid latch. even if something is fried, pour water for 15-20 minutes and let it stand and everything is perfectly washed.

Since all the programs have been tested by me, I would like to report preliminary conclusions on testing the Brand 701 multicooker - an excellent model.

In general, everything in it suits me - there are many advantages. I got, apparently, a higher quality copy of the multicooker than the others.
I have been using it constantly since January 13 - I cook 2-3 times a day. The inner and outer surfaces of the bowl remained unchanged.
The lentil soup was boiling - this is the only incident during the use.
The bean soup was cooked without any problems (too, after all, legumes), there was not even any inclination to flow out. The dishes are delicious.
Detailed conclusions will be made a little later.

With my passion for sweets ... the first thing I decided to try in mv ... is BAKERY
I was terribly worried when it came to turning the pie, but it turned out to be not so scary. coped. The smell during baking was delicious, the cake turned out to be worthy - delicious, delicate, shokoooooooolad. I was planning to pour chocolate or ganache on top of it ..... it did not succeed, it disappeared

Question: as you can see in the photo of a whole cake that is still cooling, the middle has sunk in a little. I can't say that the cake is not baked. Wet - yes, but it should be so, it was not damp. A flaw in the ingredients? Or turned it over? Or did you have to bake longer?

Apples (I have Golden) 300 g (~ 2 pcs)
Butter 130 g
Eggs 105 g (~ 2 pcs)
Unrefined beet sugar 120 g
Milk 2.5% 60 g
Wheat flour, premium 180 g
Cocoa powder 30 g
Baking powder 6 g
Corn starch 30 g
Chocolate drops 100 g
Baking mode 1 hour + 30 more minutes after the coup

Anyut, in my opinion, there are a lot of liquid ingredients, from this the middle is boiled and on the cut the cake looks like a bit dull. Although there is no particular twist on the fault. Also ... for what purpose did you turn the pie? By removing it from the bowl and turning it over too early, it could deform.
um .. but I don't know why) due to the fact that I have no experience with a multicooker, I completely trusted the author of the recipe from which I started. Gasha says to turn it over, so I obeyed. It will be necessary to try not turning it over. Let's see what comes out

Good day! The board for the 701 multicooker was created for several months, and the optimal temperatures were deduced for each mode and sub-mode separately. Why is porridge or soup running? Firstly, because of the very volume of the bowl. "Three-ruble" was created specifically for small portions, and even a small overkill of liquid can cause this process. Proportions: if in a 5-liter bowl, we could cook porridge, say 1: 6 or 1: 7 (milk) - the supply of the bowl was enough so that the porridge would not run - in "Three-ruble" one must strictly observe the proportions (no more than 1: 5 measuring cups of 160 ml.) From users with "runaway" problem we received their samples of multicooker and are now testing them. Wait a bit, and we will write why this is happening. Due to a banal search for volume or incorrect proportions, or for some technical reason. The problem with rubber feet is sometimes encountered - they are not very well fixed, and may pop out during transportation, claims on this issue were sent to the factory. Wait for the announcement of the test results!

I follow the topic from the first message. I also really liked the mule, both in volume and in functionality, like a big one, but the question of cereals and bowls is very annoying, especially since I'm lucky as a drowned man. I would like to be able to choose what bowl to use for what, I personally am fed up with ceramics. The 502 sold because the normal Teflon-coated non-stick bowls were never released. At 37501 it is problematic for a one-year-old daughter to cook one portion of porridge, I put my porridge for my boys at night. I want to buy a little one for my daughters and me, but here such problems come up. (I'm already starting to despair (

Denis, maybe there will be an opportunity to modify these very bowls? I really want to have a normal one and not worry about its safety! Strengthen this very ceramic coating, I generally keep quiet about chips and scratches

Olga, this mode, as I understand it, is tuned for cereals such as rice, buckwheat, it is not tuned for cereals. And the cereals "run" in many multicooker. Apparently, they need to be cooked at 95 ° C

But what about the recipe for Herculean porridge from Elena Bo ??? Yes, and everything was fine with me (although Nordic is smaller, but I have not tried these yet)

Quote: MariV

If the program "Milk Porridge" is set up for cooking buckwheat and rice, what are the programs "Krupa" set up for in this case?
I, too, had a strong boil, almost boiling over, I didn't really like it on "Stew". I got into old culinary reference books - yes, stewing also means boiling until the liquid is almost completely evaporated, which means that everything is correct. Only there, in the books, it is recommended to add water when evaporating the liquid so that it does not burn. And a multicooker is such a device to minimize the participation of the hostess - isn't it?
Olga, I meant rice and buckwheat in milk, i.e. rice and / or buckwheat milk porridge. And the "Groats" mode is set for cooking rice and buckwheat for a side dish. I tried to say that, perhaps, the mode was not designed for cooking milk porridge from heavily foaming cereals, chops, and flakes.

If we consider extinguishing as a process, and not as the name of a regime, then, in my opinion, extinguishing occurs in the "Soup" mode. And the "Quenching" mode is set for constant boiling. Of course, this is no longer extinguishing. But this mode can also be used. Just not for stewing as such, but for dishes with an abundance of liquid that needs to be evaporated during the stewing process. She was confused, perhaps?

Personally, I have no complaints about the modes for this multicooker (although, of course, I did not try to cook rolled oats in it in milk, but this is not relevant to me). Perhaps this was influenced by the fact that I came across a successful copy, I don't know
Quote: Tyafa

I also noticed that in the Porridge mode (in comparison with my 502), the evaporation of liquid is much stronger, that is, with the same data in 502, a thinner porridge is obtained, and in 701 it is much thicker

The site has recently published two recipes for yeast-free pizza from Shelen and Pulisyan. I combined them and got the third option.

Mix 50 g c / h flour, 75 g premium flour, kefir 125 g, 1 egg (large), salt 0.5 tsp, soda 0.5 tsp. and leave for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, grease the multicooker bowl with butter and prepare the filling for every taste.
I only have doctor's sausage, tomatoes in my own juice and cheese.
Pour the dough (the consistency of thick pancakes) into a bowl.
Additionally: 1 tsp. ketchup + 1 tsp. mix mayonnaise and coat the surface of the dough.
We spread the filling and sprinkle with cheese (leave the edges free so that the cheese does not burn).
We bake until tender. It took me 30 minutes.
It was very easy to spread it - a little forged with a silicone spatula and transferred it to the dish on it.
The bottom of the bowl remained completely clean - nothing was burnt!

Pork stew with potatoes

Pork 550 g
Bulb onions 140 g (~ 1 pc)
Potatoes 870 g (~ 8 pcs)
Granulated garlic 1/2 tsp
Fine sea salt 2 tsp
Freshly ground white pepper 1/2 tsp.
Refined sunflower oil 40 g
Chopped greens (I have frozen dill + onion + parsley) 2 tbsp. l.

Everything except herbs in a saucepan, mixed, STEWING mode 45 + 15 minutes.
After 45 minutes, I opened the lid for the first time. The instructions say that the stewing mode replaces cooking in pots, and then I don't mix anything, so I didn't interfere. Opening the lid, there was a small amount of liquid, at the bottom the meat and potatoes were a little fried (in the last photo, the top piece of meat is fried on the right). The potatoes were already ready, but I still didn't quite like the meat. I added greens, mixed and set for another 15 minutes.
After the end of the cooking process before serving, the dish was still kept under the closed lid with the mv turned off for about 15 minutes. Everything was ready.
From the notes in the margins - meat should be cut smaller, potatoes are larger. And stir. I'm afraid that if I hadn't stirred it once in an hour, the bottom would have fried thoroughly

I poured liquid, added salt, sugar, turned on the express cereal mode. After 10 minutes, I opened the lid - the milk was boiling well, the cap of foam rose, not reaching the edge of the pan by about 2/3 of the volume. I fell asleep the cobweb, mixed it, closed the lid. A minute later, by the sound of the valve, I realized that an escape was planned. I opened the lid, turned it off, mixed the contents. Attempts to find a way out were visible on the pot and lid. With the mv turned off, under a closed lid, I left the soup for 10 minutes and poured it into plates. Ready, but thick for us. It is necessary to reduce the number of cobwebs.

The question is about the regime ... maybe it's better here as with compote? Select STEAM mode for 1-2 minutes? When the liquid boils, the countdown turns on, then throw a cobweb. Have any of you cooked milk soups not with cereals? Or is it not a task for a mule?

About modes. I watched the shortest. According to the instructions, the first 20 minutes on express groats and on porridge, the maximum temperature is the same - 98aboutS. And I don't need to cook this soup anymore. The cobweb needs only 3 minutes ... that is, it takes the milk to boil and not run away.
but with the steam, yes, I got excited. I already looked that there is 100. I was simply bribed by the fact that the countdown begins after boiling. That is, I will know exactly when it is already possible to throw a cobweb

I decided today to experiment, maybe someone will come in handy. There was village milk, they drank and drank, there was still a lot left. What to do? I decided to freeze it in silicone molds. Milk is VERY running, it is not ultra, not paste ... just milk! In my 5-liter, when I cooked porridge on it, it went straight to the edge of the side.Remembering the discussions about what is possible and better not to cook porridge on the mode, I found oatmeal with a 20-minute cooking! Oh how! I was very worried about how 701 would behave, was already ready to escape. So:

Oatmeal, milk hearts (1 heart - 1 m / st) without defrosting and put 1 m / st of water in a bowl. I added a piece of butter and, with a sinking heart, turned on the cartoon. Time set 30 min., PURPOSE mode!

I walked around the cartoon, worried, listened, but did not open, judging by the sounds, everything is good. Raisins fell asleep 10 minutes before the end of the program. Mulka looked decent !!! The lid was slightly stained. After the end of the program, I added honey and turned on the heating for 10 minutes (the child refused to have breakfast). Well, that's all! Kashka is a success!

This is how it looked after cooking. Just in case, I removed the lid and the valve, suddenly porridge was hidden somewhere inside, but no valve was clean.

In general, I like the multicooker. A very unusual mode of Extinguishing, more active than in other models, which is convenient when extinguishing products that give a lot of liquid. In the mode Milk porridge, only millet (why I don't understand) rises (but does not run away), but the quality of the porridge itself is very good. The pastries are also wonderful, the bottom has a beautiful golden crust, and it bakes well. The soup is working properly, the full bowl of liquid does not escape. Sour cream is obtained even from ordinary milk with sourdough, but it is clear that it is thin. I like the frying too. Manual, out of habit, seemed complicated, since the numbers go in a row - stage and temperature, stage and time. You need to get used to it. I got a good bowl, there are no problems with it and it is very easy to clean. Minus one - a hinged double boiler. You cannot cook in it, because when heated, a smell appears. But there is a great steamer with legs.

I cook for a child, so I don't want any "surprises"
Quote: Manna

Then the option with 95 ° C is definitely not suitable for you. In general ... you can try empirically to pick up the algorithm on the "Manual": 3-8 minutes 100 ° C (to boil, but did not have time to "run away"), and after 95 ° C 30-50-60 minutes.
And here comes the surprise ...
Today I decided to measure the temperature on the "Milk porridge" mode in Redmond 01. And what do you think? There, the maximum temperature according to my measurements was 93 ° C, well, even if due to heat loss (when opening the lid for a few seconds) I lost a couple of degrees, let it be 95 ° C, but 98 ° C (i.e. the boiling point of milk) definitely not. And I reached 1 liter of water at this temperature (at 93 ° C) at 25 minutes from the start of the regime, and after five minutes (i.e. at 30 minutes) the temperature was already approx. 90 ° C. Why am I all this? And besides, the porridge at 01 is simply languishing, not boiling. Of course, it will not "run" anywhere at such temperatures. And since the porridge at 01 everyone is satisfied. Then you can easily cook them on Manual at 701 at 95 ° C.

So, once every 01 temperature is 95 ° С during the whole approx. 3 minutes is enough for boiling milk porridge, then 95 ° C during the entire cooking mode, I think, will be enough for boiling porridge in Manual mode.
Yes, by the way, in parallel, I measured the temperature in the "Porridge" mode at 701, also 1 liter of water, the temperature was approx. 95-98 ° С almost all the time of the regime (which corresponds to the declared temperatures), by the end of the regime (in 30 minutes) the temperature dropped to 93 ° С.

Quote: RepeShock

Is the boiling point of water and milk the same?
Quote: RepeShock

I found here that the temperature of boiling milk is 100.2 degrees. And it immediately runs, in fact, in the 701st, this is exactly what happens.
On the other hand, at a temperature of 85 degrees, the so-called instant pasteurization of milk takes place in 8-10 seconds.

In general, it turns out that cooking porridge at a temperature of 95-98 gr. quite acceptable for children.
Maybe there will be biologists here and will explain it more competently.
Simply, measuring the temperature in water and applying it to milk or something else is not entirely correct.
Quote: RepeShock
Is the boiling point of water and milk the same?
At normal atmospheric pressure, milk boils at 98 ° C, water at 100 ° C. Only I didn't understand what this question was about

At 100 ° C the milk will run very violently.
Quote: RepeShock
milk boils at a temperature of 100.2 degrees
At this temperature, milk actively "runs", and it boils at 98 ° C. Usually at this stage it is disconnected from heating so as not to wash the whole kitchen of milk later.
Quote: RepeShock

At a temperature of 100.2 grams, the milk boils and, of course, immediately runs. Everyone knows this from the slab)
And at 98 gr. it can only just boil, on the verge, so to speak. Apparently, that is why in MV-kah they set such a temperature for milk porridge. If milk was already boiling at 98 degrees, there would be no stopping it.
Yes, yes, it is

Quote: Rick

Yes, unexpectedly. Thanks for the information.
Quote: RepeShock

Zhenya, you can get rid of bad microflora in milk only at a boiling point of 100 degrees and above. So, you'd better boil milk for the child before boiling the porridge.
In 701, this is exactly what happens (apparently, because the "running" cereals "run" (), but in 01 not.

So ... yes, I agree with Irina, for a baby, I would first boil milk, and then calmly cook porridge at 95 ° C.
Quote: Rick

I usually boil milk. Only if it's freshly bought, then I can pour unboiled it. There was not even such a thought that milk at 01 does not boil, especially since Redmond advertises this multicooker precisely as intended for baby food.
And for me it was a discovery. I think their goal was to create a "non-running" regime for any milk porridge (including chops and flakes). And, apparently, this is possible only if the temperature does not reach the boiling point of milk. Although ... basically Irina right, milk at lower temperatures is pasteurized, but this requires 70-80 ° C for 20 minutes. Instant pasteurization occurs at temperatures close to the boiling point, ie 90-95 ° C.
Quote: Elena Bo

If you use store milk, then you can safely cook porridge at 95 degrees. After all, we do not boil this milk before drinking ... I do not see any problem here.
Quote: Rick

We're actually boiling.
Yes? I thought you were talking about boiling milk that was open and left in the refrigerator for several days. Why boil freshly opened pasteurized or UHT milk?
Quote: Elena Bo

Why boil it? It has already been processed.
Quote: Rick

I can't say why. Well, I do not trust our producers, how well it was processed and how it was stored after that ... But we do not use milk in its raw form. I talked about boiling milk, I meant that if I just opened a bag of fresh milk, then I pour it unboiled into a slow cooker to cook porridge. And the rest I boil.
Quote: Elena Bo

Well, it's just your troubles. If it was poorly processed, it would simply turn sour.
Quote: Rick

I think that it is not only me who distrust the producers and that I am not the only mother who prefers to boil milk before giving it to her child. And the question of the temperature at which porridge is cooked in a multicooker becomes fundamental in this case.
Yes, but, Zhenechka, if the temperature in the "Porridge" mode corresponds to the boiling temperature, and not close to boiling, of milk, then any porridge will "run". Therefore, the temperature is set to approx. 98 ° C. But at this temperature, as practice has shown, foaming cereals "run" (such as chops, rolled oats, flakes). For them, 95 ° C is better. At least, I made just such conclusions for myself. By the way, if the temperature of the milk is 95 ° C for at least a couple of minutes, it is immediately pasteurized. And even more so within 30 minutes or an hour.
Quote: Rick

In general, there is only one conclusion. For children, it is better to cook porridge in pre-boiled milk

I consider my testing of the multicooker finished - the daily use of the multicooker for two weeks allowed me to draw my conclusions.

1. Evaluation of the appearance, additional accessories and their quality.

The multicooker design and color scheme create a pleasant impression. Its dimensions and weight are also convenient - it is easy to place in the kitchen space.
I am pleased with the accessories that the multicooker is equipped with. Especially the soup spoon and steam basket and rack. Despite the fact that the spoon and spatula are not silicone, they did not scratch the surface of the bowl.

Very user-friendly LCD display and its location at the top of the multicooker.
Removable lid plate and steam valve, if necessary, can be conveniently removed and reinserted.

The non-stick ceramic coating of the bowl has not changed at all during the testing of the multicooker, that is, no scratches or chips have appeared (the exception is the scratch in the upper part of the bowl, which was originally). This is what the bowl looks like after two weeks of use.
Multicooker Brand 701 Multicooker Brand 701

Initially I had problems closing the lid. To close it, it required pressing with force. After a few days, this problem disappeared.

2. Evaluation of the multicooker programs and modes.

The multicooker was tested several times a day every day for two weeks. And in the process of using it, I liked it more and more.
Ability to disable the mode HEATING immediately obvious.
Very convenient mode functions FRY, KRUPA and YOGHURT make it possible to cook using, at your discretion, any of the 3 sub-modes.

On mode KRUPA-1 and 2 I got delicious side dishes from cereals and pasta, and on the KRUPA-3 I was making risotto. I am very pleased with the programs - they work correctly and there have never been any burns.

Program Roasting I used it every day - its sub-modes (1, 2 and 3 for frying vegetables, fish and meat) have different temperature conditions and are therefore very convenient.

YOGURT - I really like this program with its sub-modes and the ability to prepare yogurt, sour cream and cottage cheese.

Liked the modes MANUAL, which allows you to set up to five cooking stages, i.e. set different cooking temperatures, and the DOUGHwhich works quite correctly. The dough always rose perfectly on it.

The regime Steam the countdown is very convenient - from the moment of boiling, so you can cook both steamed and in water. I cooked dumplings on water and it was easy to control the moment of boiling.

On mode PORRIDGE I cooked milk porridge and they turned out great for me, even the "running" corn porridge. She just went up high in the bowl and splattered a little on the lid (her removable plate).
I am especially pleased with the rice porridge on this program. Using the proportion of porridge and milk 1: 5, I got porridge of the consistency I needed.

Modes SOUP and EXTINGUISHING... I used them daily and they suit me perfectly. The SOUP mode can also be used for extinguishing, since after boiling, a lower temperature regime is set in it, which is well suited for extinguishing.
Using the SOUP program for its intended purpose, I got very tasty soups.
There was some problem with the lentil soup - it boiled out and had to continue cooking with the lid open.
But the next time I rehabilitated this program by repeating the preparation of the same soup with a more thorough washing of the lentils. This time, the lentil soup was cooked with the lid closed and the bowl with the inner plate was only slightly splattered.
I think this is quite normal.

Program HEATING convenient in that you can turn it on at will, even during the operation of other modes.

Function tested repeatedly COOKING STITCH... It is very convenient to use it - this is how I prepare milk porridge for breakfast.

BAKERY PRODUCTS - a program on which you can cook both pies and casseroles, and also make excellent omelets.
For the entire time of using the multicooker, I have never burned anything, since the modes are gentle.

And now the general conclusions:
the multicooker works well, all programs correspond to the set parameters, and very tasty dishes are obtained in it.

Expressing my subjective opinion, I want to say that I am quite happy with the multicooker and did not have any disappointments in the process of working with it.

For the further development of this model, I want to express my wish:

- adjust the porridge program for the convenient use of any cereals, including cereals, in order to completely exclude them from boiling away;
- to make the coating of the bowl inside and outside more durable, eliminating defects in new products;
- in the EXTINGUISHING mode, set a gradual temperature change.

Quote: Manna
Marish, can you clarify what you mean by that?
I can assume the following algorithm: first boiling for 10 minutes, then lowering the temperature to 90 *, then boiling again for 10 minutes. Well, something like that.
It is possible with a different algorithm, but in order not to repeat the SOF program.
Quote: Manna

Marish, I still did not understand what this algorithm is for. That is, what exactly did you dislike about the existing one?
Yes, by the way, I remembered that I did not indicate this in my conclusions (I will have to add it): for me personally, it would be ideal if, on modes where the temperature should not exceed 100 ° C (for example, Stewing, Soup), the temperature is still exceeded this threshold (say, the water has completely boiled away), the multicooker would switch to Heating, otherwise it turns out in such conditions not stewing, but frying until the error of overheating the bowl appears, and this, as I understand it, is far from 100 ° C.

Marin, thank you very much for testing. We've learned a lot from you)))) I'm pretty MV too. The only thing is that I have problems with milk porridge chicks. I got out of this situation by putting them on manual mode at 95 C. Yesterday I cooked milk buckwheat porridge with a specialist for testing (although we are indifferent to it), the porridge did not rise a centimeter)) So, as the representatives of the Brand said, our MV is not intended for saws. They very much apologized for not writing it in the instructions, but simply copied it from somewhere.
MariS
Thank you, Olya! If I helped anyone with my conclusions in the testing process, then I think that I did not work in vain ...
At the expense of the croup. Corn, isn't it? In my case, it turned out without problems. Well, in general, if this problem exists among other users and, as a result, the Brandovites solve it, then the multicooker will receive another plus! Let's hope so!

the bread did not smell of anything. and from hot baskets .. smell

I have the same as Elena Bo, the top has a smell when heated, and the bottom does not.
Quote: MariS

I have no complaints about smells, so I did not indicate it.
Then it is more accurate to examine the materials from which the multicooker is made, but this is not our competence.

I have both odorless steamers.
Quote: Manna

Daria, i.e. top steamer when it heats up has no smell?
Quote: Tyafa

Yes! I cooked broccoli and other vegetables, there is no smell at all. Although when I unpacked the new smell, of course, there was. Then, on your advice with a lemon, the Steam program for 10 minutes - and that's it !!!
Quote: Elena Bo

I didn't smell from either the multicooker or the steamers. And this double boiler was aired for a month, it was not needed (I used the lower one). But how it got hot ... I didn't even immediately understand where it came from. And a lemon will not help here, because the smell is from heating, which is not good. I'll make do with the bottom.

Yes, but, Zhenechka, if the temperature on the "Porridge" mode corresponds to the boiling temperature, and not close to boiling, of milk, then any porridge will "run". Therefore, the temperature is set to approx. 98 ° C. But at this temperature, as practice has shown, foaming cereals (such as chaff, rolled oats, flakes) "run". For them, 95 ° C is better. At least, I made just such conclusions for myself. By the way, if the temperature of the milk is 95 ° C for at least a couple of minutes, it is immediately pasteurized. And even more so within 30 minutes or an hour.
That's right! The program "Milk Porridge" has just such an algorithm for working on temperature (98C and languishing at least 80C).Manna, you've made the right conclusions! Today we are having our last day of cereal testing at Brand 701. We will publish the results soon. We succeed!
Quote: RepeShock

To be fair, these conclusions about milk porridge were not made by Manna first.
Dear forum users, it doesn't matter who made the right conclusions first! What is important is that the idea of expanding automatic algorithms for subroutines in Milk Porridge is being developed. In Brand 701, of course, you can use the "Manual" mode for preparing milk porridges that try to run when heated to 98C, but the idea to develop automatic milk porridge routines, for more convenient programming in future devices, with an accurate temperature algorithm, will be considered.

When cooking on the "Porridge" mode, we recommend you:
1. Cook in proportions: 1 measuring cup of cereals, 1 measuring cup of water, 4 measuring cups of milk - for foaming whole cereals (millet, rice).
2. Cook in the proportions: 1 measuring cup of cereal, 2.5 measuring cups of water, 2.5 measuring cups of milk - for oatmeal porridge.
3. Cook in the proportion: 3/4 measuring cups of cereals, 2.5 measuring cups of water, 2.5 measuring cups of milk - for chopping (barley, wheat, corn).
4. Prepare porridge from fine grinding in water (without adding milk), if you want to use the delay on the "Porridge" mode.
5. Cook porridge from fine grinding in the "Manual" mode at a temperature of 90 - 95 ⁰С with the addition of boiled milk.
6. Use milk no more than 3.2% fat
We do not recommend opening the lid when the "Porridge" mode is running, since the settings of the sensors get confused and because of this the operation of the "Porridge" mode is interrupted.
We thank all forum participants for your observation! For further development, we will take into account your comments.

The instructions on page 21 read: "For this mode, the recommended proportions of cereals and milk are 1: 5" Nothing is said about water. What about those users who, like us, prefer porridge with pure undiluted milk? And why do other users not run away with pure milk porridge?
Quote: denirim

I fully support the question! What if you are used to cooking porridge only on milk?
Quote: Manna

Cook them on "Manual" at 95 ° C. So it probably won't "run".
Quote: denirim

So why do we need the "Kasha" regime then? Eliminate as unnecessary!
Quote: Manna

I really enjoy cooking dairy and creamy sauces with this setting. Not nada to liquidate And also cook porridge, milk + water (only on milk I do not like).

Mannochka! We are talking about the "Porridge" mode.Ksenia also writes about him, the quote from the instructions in my post refers to the same regime, let's talk about it.

But in Brand 37501 porridge does not run. Why can't they regulate it the same way here? It's a shame! According to your tests, I like it very much, and they promised spare bowls in February-March ...
Quote: Manna

So porridge can be cooked in Manual, and in Porridge, excellent meat in a creamy sauce is obtained. It seems to me that it is not at all necessary to be attached to the name of the mode - the capabilities of the multicooker allow you to do this. For example, the Stewing mode is more active than the usual stewing, but this is also very convenient for stewing juicy products, namely, you can stew it and conveniently on Soup. All this I mean is that the modes can be varied based on their temperatures, and not from the name. And, thus, in this multicooker you can cook, and milk porridge, and sauces, and stew, and fry, and bake, etc. - temperature conditions allow you to do this, no matter how they are called

I can say that I like this multicooker the way it is. The only thing is that she would have a better bowl and the ability to switch to Heating when overheating at 100-degree modes with complete evaporation of the liquid. Then she would be perfect for me.
Quote: landuch

Girls. what is it about ... Well, you like to cook only in milk. cook ... who's in the way ..
I cook small portions only in milk, mostly 1/2 m. cereals on the Kasha mode, nothing runs. even with stitching for the morning ..
Well, I'm used to it, not to dilute the milk with 2.5% more water ..
At the beginning I tried to cook porridge with water, now only with milk 2.5%
I do not get stuck ... I do on different modes as I like.
Here in my pressure cooker. she does not have a baking mode, I bake perfectly on a soup mode ...
So what .. most importantly, the pastries are excellent!

Not having MV 701 and talking agully, eliminate the Kas regime, it seems to me that this is not very correct.
Quote: denirim

So this is sarcasm! I mean, why the Porridge mode, if everything is offered to be cooked by hand ... Instead of debugging the porridge.

Of course, I want all modes to be and work correctly. After all, the torment that the girls demonstrated is horror!

And so all modes can be manually replaced, but not for the same we buy a cartoon! I was not going to seriously talk about the liquidation of the regime - I have such a bitter humor
Quote: Rick

The point is that the "Kasha" regime does not work according to the instructions stated in the instructions. And the employees of the Brand company do not want to admit this and debug the work of the multicooker, but begin to say that we are cooking porridge incorrectly. At the same time, they contradict their own instructions. And our girls protect them. Correctly say, "The well-fed does not understand the hungry." If someone does not have such a problem, this does not mean that it does not exist in principle.

Good day everyone!

These couple of months I rarely looked at the forum, there is a lot of work. Well, without reading the debate, I bought this mule for my mother. Should send today or tomorrow (plus a couple of weeks on the road). Mom lives 1000 km away from me (in another city), she will have the first mullet. So my mommy will master it on her own. And today I went to the forum, read it, and here it is! In general, now I sit quietly worrying whether my pensioner will be able to cope with such a whim ...

I want to tell you the following: yesterday I learned from a friend - a user "Brand 501", that her milk porridge is flowing. I tried to find out everything from her thoroughly, and it turned out that she had tried all the cooking options, including diluting with water and not diluting, as well as in the SEWING mode.
She just got such a copy of the multicooker. And in the reviews, everyone had wonderful porridge. She was simply unlucky, but she resigned herself and realizes that she cannot change anything in this case - she somehow adapted to cooking.

And I still have all the cereals with milk + water work well. Here is millet porridge.
Has risen quite a bit.

Multicooker Brand 701 Multicooker Brand 701

I will also try all the cereals in pure milk, without diluting. I will report the results a little later. But, if Brandovtsy do not recommend cooking pure milk (not diluted with water) porridge on the PORSE mode, you must indicate this in the instructions!
Denis BR
... Groats are different, and according to a single algorithm, of course, it will not cook without problems. The correct proportions must be calculated taking into account the maximum working volume of the bowl. Pure milk will have one density, milk diluted with water will have another density. The multicooker cannot take all this into account automatically on one program "Milk porridge", which is designed for whole grains, taking into account the addition of a small amount of water. An inactive boil is needed, and then languor. This prevents unboiled milk and cereals from entering the child's body.
It is necessary to understand that the correct algorithm of the program is carried out only when the lid of the multicooker is closed.By opening the lid in operation mode, you can change this algorithm, temperature processes can change.

And our girls protect them.
Well, well, well ... I can't speak for everyone, I will speak for myself. I'm only talking about the instance of the multicooker that I have. And I honestly told and showed all its features. And the "Porridge" mode in my copy works the way it suits me. Yes, the millet rose (not "running away"), but I don't cook porridge only with milk, I like porridge with milk and water. And I don’t understand what the problem is to cook porridge in Manual, and not in Porridge, if you want porridge with milk.

I understand that the conclusion of the company was not very pleasant and the options for cooking porridge on water, too, but, girls, I beg you not to throw accusations at those who are pleased with their multicooker. We are all different, we have different tastes in food, and we have different requirements for multicooker. let's live in peace

This multicooker model is currently in beta testing. Therefore, we can express to Brand the wishes of its first users: in subsequent batches, adjust the "Porridge" mode so that it would be possible to cook porridge on it only with milk from foaming cereals. In fact, you will have to lower the temperature to somewhere around 95 ° C, and the porridge will cook a little longer.
RepeShock

Everything is well and beautifully signed. However, it is completely ignored that users have several mv and sv, in which ANY porridge (for example, mine) is cooked, from any cereal, from just milk, from a mixture of milk and water. Moreover, I do not need to make any ADDITIONAL calculations EVERY time. I do not adhere to the recommended proportions, I am making the porridge that I need in terms of density today.

And, the only thing that was required in this topic was to admit by the company that in THIS MV, a jamb came out with this regime. Recognize and change MV for girls, as has always been done before, and not paint us dances with tambourines when preparing an elementary dish.

It is hard to earn the credibility and favor of the consumer, but it is so easy to lose it.
And, yes, you can cook in Manual mode, and absolutely EVERYTHING. But do not forget that the cooking algorithm for the configured mode and the manual mode is completely different. and specifically, milk porridge turns out to be different in these modes. Moreover, the user has to determine the time and temperature himself, for someone it is good and elementary, but for someone a dark forest and dances with tambourines. We must not forget about such users. And make a product with correctly configured modes, without exception.
MariV
To admit that there are unsuccessful copies, to make a replacement - there were no problems, and this earned great authority.

And clumsy attempts to teach porridge to cook, or to write about chips on the bowl and scratches on the heating element that it happens - of course it happens, but not on the first day of operation.

I, the CEO, of the Brand company. My name is Vadim Solynin.
Our company came to the forum several years ago and since then we have been cooperating with the administration of the forum.

1. This forum has nothing to do with our company and due to some problems in the work of several
instances of multicooker, do not draw conclusions about the forum as a whole!

2. Nobody used anyone. Our company is here to listen and hear our customers. We are in dialogue.
From our point of view, this dialogue is beneficial to both parties - both buyers and the manufacturer. Our company is not perfect, I am not perfect, our people are not perfect, but who is perfect? Let the first one throw a bowl from a multicooker at me!

3. Nobody pushed anyone aside. I admit some flaws of the Brand employees, but the essence of all actions was, remains and will remain unchanged - we are here to exchange experiences, ideas, thoughts, to support and help each other. To hear each other.

I don't know how stupid it is of me to expect the same reciprocal attitude from EVERYONE, but I will not lose faith.

I will write about the 701 directly in the next message.
