Zinfandel
Stewed green beans. First, I fry the onions on the Zharka-3 program. This is the maximum frying temperature. Then I simply switched to the maximum temperature of 150 degrees in manual mode. The onions were browning, but not quickly. I compare it with the Frying mode in the Brand 6060 pressure cooker-smoker. It is understandable, a slow cooker of lower power and in a plastic case. There is no way to compare with another multicooker.
I put the frozen beans and, without closing the lids, defrost the vegetables at the maximum temperature. Then she switched to the Extinguishing mode, setting the time, and closing the lid.
It is valuable that even preset modes can be adjusted in time.

Smell.
The smell from the bowl was negligible. After thorough washing and boiling with lemon, and then another wash completely disappeared.
The smell from silicones is much sharper. Thorough washing, boiling with lemon, washing again - the smell has diminished, but remained. Airing at night - the smell has decreased significantly, but is still perceptible. I think after washing and another preparation, it will pass.

In general, the multicooker has a good impression. The handling was unusual for me, I need to adapt to it. I'll tell you more about this later, as I get used to it.

The cable is tight in the socket.

Bowl as a whole (not counting a small chip) made a good impression, the coating is glossy, almost mirrored (reminded me of Redmond bowls with a "ceramic" coating additional to 4502 - I don't have one, but judging by the descriptions of the girls). I think if you take care of him correctly, then in the near future it should not stick. Well, this, of course, is all theory, but what will happen in reality, practice will show. But more on that later.

Delayed milk rice porridge

Multicooker Brand 701
In the night I put porridge in a ratio of 1: 6, 3 tbsp. l. sugar, butter. The porridge turned out to be excellent, you can see from the bowl that nothing was going to run away. The rice has boiled perfectly, the milk does not flake off the cereal.
The only thing I didn't figure out was how I set a delay, got completely confused by pressing Time and Settings.

Pilaf with pork, Groats mode (3)

Multicooker Brand 701

I prepared pilaf according to my previous recipe: 400-500g of meat, 1m. Art. steamed rice, onions, carrots, 1 tsp each. turmeric, barberry, cumin, salt, garlic.
Fried meat and onions on the fry. First incl. Fry meat (3) by default. During this time, liquid evaporated from the meat. Then I decided to try the default Fry Vegetables (1). Added vegetable oil, onions. For 10 minutes, the meat is beautifully browned, adding carrots, left until the end of the regime.

Multicooker Brand 701
After the end of Frying, I put spices, rice and covered with hot water. Has included Krupa-pilaf.
After 40 minutes, the end signal sounded. Five minutes before that, the sound in the multicooker had dropped noticeably. She opened the lid at once. There was no liquid in the bowl, the rice was crumbly and well cooked. After mixing the pilaf, I collected it in a small hill, put a head of garlic in it and turned on the Heating.
Very little condensation has collected on the side of the multicooker. I didn't wipe it, after heating I saw that there was no condensation.
Nothing burnt at the bottom of the bowl, the bowl is clean.
And the most important thing can be said! There is no foreign smell in milk porridge and in pilaf.

Test one. Milk porridge rice and millet

Multicooker Brand 701

Round rice - 1/4 mst
Millet - 1/4 mst
Milk - 1 mst (better than 2 mst)
Cold water - 1.5 mst
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.

Rinse the groats thoroughly (especially millet).
Multicooker Brand 701

Add sugar, pour over liquid.
Mode "Porridge" 50 minutes.
Multicooker Brand 701 Multicooker Brand 701

The porridge is too thick, even for me. So the ratio of 1: 6 is the minimum for such a porridge. On the walls of the bowl there were traces of boiling milk (perhaps the millet was not washed well enough), apparently for this reason there was not enough liquid. Porridge has no extraneous odors. Silicones have also lost their new scent. Then she poured water over the cup while still warm. Washed off great.
Quote: MariV

... toist, Man, has the silicone smell gone? Fair?
Not, Olga, does not smell vapsche. The slight aroma of porridge remained. I even removed the valve to appreciate its silicone - it only smells like porridge.
---
Quote: vernisag

Mannochka, and what proportions did you get? 1: 5 yes? It seems to me that it is 0.5 multi-glass and 1: 5 will work out normally if you cook porridge for 40 minutes.
I also had such a thought. In fact, I'm already used to boiling porridge in Redmond 01 in this proportion for just 50 minutes. But it doesn't happen so thick there
Manna
By the way, in the valve, indeed, condensate accumulates, spilled slightly when it was opened.

Quote: MariV

Probably, it also accumulates, as, for example, in a binatoshka. Or creeps along the rim.
It spreads along the side - that's for sure, but there was a lot of moisture in the valve (it's like a box), apparently, after the "Steam" mode, I didn't check it after that.

The Brand 701 bowl has a "ceramic" coating and a honeycomb bottom. The coating is glossy. My copy has a small chip at the side. Outside gold-tone coating
that is, the integrity of the coating is broken?
I wonder if this counts as a marriage? And is it possible to use such a bowl, in the sense, is it not harmful to health?
Quote: Manna

Chipping at the very top of the bowl. No contact with food. If the chip was inside the bottom of the bowl, I would not risk cooking in it.
And about marriage. In principle, yes, this can be considered a marriage, but only if this chip is found immediately upon purchase (while still in the store).

I cooked potatoes in cream twice, on Stew and Baking. I didn’t understand how much I cooked at Stew, about an hour or so, maybe I didn’t understand how much time I set. Something I can not make friends with the scoreboard.
I liked the potatoes on the Bakery better. The potatoes are softer.

Multicooker Brand 701

the recipe is very simple.

1 kg of potatoes, 1-2 carrots (without carrots), 50-100ml of cream, 30-40g of cheese, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 hour. l. nutmeg, a mixture of dried vegetables, butter.

Fry the chopped garlic in a pressure cooker in butter.
Cut the potatoes into thin rings, grate the carrots or cut them into thin rings like the potatoes, grate the cheese.
Put vegetables in a bowl, add spices, stir, pour cream over potatoes.

Today the potatoes were without cheese, delicious too.

Cream is only preferably fatty, it turns out tastier.

The second test. Pilaf.

Multicooker Brand 701

The heating in this multicooker itself (automatically) does not turn on after the end of the mode, if it is not turned on in advance when programming its operation. You can turn on the heating after the end of the mode by pressing the "Heat / Cancel" button.

There was a lot of condensation. He stacks on the side

Multicooker Brand 701

The peculiarity of the "Krupa-3 (pilaf)" mode in Brand 701 is that at the end of the mode there is no frying, all the liquid is simply evaporated. So, if you need to fry meat and vegetables, it is better to do this (zirvak) at the very beginning, before laying the rice.

Third test. Milk porridge rice and millet... Proportion 1: 6

Multicooker Brand 701

Bowl after porridge. The photo shows that the honeycomb is not clogged. The porridge seems to be repelled from the coating.
Multicooker Brand 701

Soaked the bowl still warm. Washed off perfectly.

Porridge in this proportion came out wonderful

---
Yes, I just draw your attention to the fact that the proportion, although 1: 6, but the liquid is not only milk, but also cold water. Thickness and mellowness may differ if cooked only in milk.
Manna
And now about the sad ...
Firstly, the scale is pressed out too deeply in the bowl - a place where food particles accumulate. Not very easy to use.
Multicooker Brand 701 Multicooker Brand 701

Secondly, I have already shown that the bowl had small chips. The damage was more. Now it is difficult to say whether they were originally or appeared in the process of use, but ... in any case, this is a marriage of the coating (of course, I did not drop the bowl or beat off the coating; yes, there is not this kind of damage ... I even I don’t know if it’s chipped)
Multicooker Brand 701 Multicooker Brand 701

No, I didn't say that. Its coating is glossy, very smooth, slippery, nothing sticks to it (well, at least so far). Yes, there is an inconvenience with a deeply squeezed scale, but it's not so bad. Well, yes ... I didn't get the most successful copy
Quote: MariV

Man, and where on the second day of damage on the bowl?
Olga, I assume that I just got a bad copy. It was originally a small slip, but I neglected it. Perhaps there were those others, too, but I did not notice them ... Or there was a marriage of coverage, and it appeared on the second day. Hard to tell

Honestly, I'm even interested in what will happen next with the coating - will it crawl or will remain so
Quote: Larssevsk

Mannochka, so my fears about the bowl were not unfounded. It's a pity

Virgin, made pastries on the "Baking" and "Manual" modes. I am absolutely delighted. As I process photos and videos, I will post it
Until then ...
The fourth test. Heating up in the "Extinguishing" mode + experiment with overheating.

I usually use the "Stew" mode to heat the food. And now I tested it for these purposes. Warmed up pilaf.
He warmed up in 5 minutes.

Then I decided to conduct an experiment: what will happen if you forget to turn off the "Stew" mode with a small amount of food.

After 10 minutes of the experiment, the multicooker issued an E3 overheating error, the buttons did not respond, when disconnected and connected to the network (immediately) the error persisted, after 5 minutes of cooling, the multicooker turned on and started working as usual.

Then there was an experiment with switching on without a bowl. The multicooker turned on. I waited 2.5 minutes, the multicooker continued heating. I didn't wait any longer - apparently, it would also give an E3 error when overheating.

I also have a good cup, but here's the condensation ...

Eighth trial. Spicy vegetable lentil soup

I cooked beets in the Soup mode for an hour and a half. Twice I peeped under the lid - a weak boil, a metal disk without a single beetroot drop. Hercules porridge in milk half and half with water, 1 to 6, Porridge mode. First I put 40 minutes, it came out a little thin, so I added another 20 minutes. Test ninth. Potatoes with meat (chicken fillet) on "Express"

Multicooker Brand 701

The "Krupa-1 (express)" mode works properly for liquid evaporation. From the moment of switching on to the beginning of the countdown (from 5 minutes), about 20-25 minutes passed. At the end of the regimen, there was no liquid in the bowl. The bottom is not browned.

The "Fry-2 (fish)" mode can be used with the lid open and closed (for a short time), since the temperatures do not exceed 130 ° C140 ° С (according to the instructions, I did not measure it myself). Heating is more intense under the lid (heat does not come out of the bowl). Therefore, the cooking time is shortened.
Elena Bo
Another experiment - thick oatmeal porridge (too much for me). Cooked 1: 3 and time 40 minutes.
Multicooker Brand 701

I also have hercules today. Thick, but I love this kind of porridge
Test tenth. Oatmeal porridge with cherries

The porridge for this recipe turns out to be thick. If you need a thin one, then you need water in a ratio of 1: 4 and for 35-40 minutes. Yes, Man, but with a bowl - bummer! Doesn't fit the binatoshka. It seems both in height and in circumference - ok, but the binatoshka narrows downward, and the Brand's bowl does not pass along the lower diameter ...
Rick
I put a cupcake in it to bake according to this recipe... Baking mode 1 hour. While I was baking, I fell asleep with the child and took him out about half an hour after the end of the program. The cupcake is clearly baked, now it's standing, cooling down.

I cut my cupcake. It turned out with a thin crust. It will be necessary to set 115 degrees next time, as Manna did, and more time.
MariV
The night stood with the lid ajar, the smell disappeared.

I needed to cook rabbit soup with potatoes and rolled oats.

By cycles:
1. Saute carrots and onions.
2. Boil the rabbit
3. Add potatoes and cook.

Tried "Manual".
For the first cycle, I set T to 100 degrees, set the time to 6 minutes,

Multicooker Brand 701

for the second cycle - 100 degrees, time - 1 hour,

Multicooker Brand 701

for the third cycle it is 95 degrees and the time is 25 minutes.

4. At the first stage - "normal flight", at the second - boiling began after 10 minutes and continued for a set time,

Multicooker Brand 701

therefore, quite a lot of liquid leaked onto the rim; in the third stage, the boil was moderate, and at the end of the cycle the potatoes were somewhat al dente,

Multicooker Brand 701

so she didn’t become more sophisticated, threw in a tablespoon of cereal and cooked everything up on "Soup".

Multicooker Brand 701

Interesting saucepan!

What worries so far - the latch on the lid seemed flimsy, I hope it does not fail quickly.

About condensation.

A lot was accumulated on the rim after "Hand" - I removed everything with a paper towel.

And this is already condensation after the "Soup"

My porridge ran away. I put it on without delay, because we must first check how it will work in general. A little less than half a glass of cereals (a mixture of rice + millet + corn grits) with milk in a ratio of 1: 8 almost worked out. Boiled and fled through the valve with a fountain. The groats are well washed, the milk is fresh, it is perfectly cooked on the same groats at 01. Was upset.
Quote: Manna

Rick, poorly washed millet and corn grits. I have already noted that I did not wash the millet well enough, and the porridge rose. The cartoon is quite intense, not like 01, this must be taken into account
Mannochka! I washed it especially sooo good and for a long time. How much cereal-milk did you cook?
Quote: Manna

1/2 mst of cereals in proportions 1: 5 and 1: 6.
It means that it was not because of the volume that I ran away. Well, at least it pleases. Tomorrow I'll try everything the same, only without millet. Although I already washed it, washed it ...
---
My porridge ran away again. Did 1 / 4mst. rice, 1 / 4mst. corn grits, 3 mst. milk. The proportion is 1: 6. Boil, ran away violently again.

We will definitely conduct tests on Monday. Initially, there is a thought that the proportions of milk are increased. Max. 1: 5 160ml. rice for 800 ml. milk.
Try boiling the same porridge by cutting the amount of rice and milk in half. 1/2 measuring cup of rice for 2.5 measuring cups of milk, even 2 cups. And after the weekend, we will be fully connected, with the results of our own tests, online.
Even if they are enlarged, it still should not run away. Moreover, a fountain from the valve. Everyone loves different porridge, some are thicker, some are thinner, and the girls here did it differently. I believe that the violation of proportions affects only the result, but not in any way on such escape.

I'll try it tomorrow morning. 2.5 or 2 mst. milk? So surely

Why do I need this? Now, while I cook porridge in the 01, I hope that the problem will be solved. And with add. I do not want to fool with containers. While the child was little, I cooked porridge in a water bath on the Steam program, I even put the recipe here. But this is uncomfortable for me.

Zhen, try to pour water on the Kasha mode. Open in 5-10-20 minutes and see how much it boils. So at least it will be more or less clear whether weaving or not.

After 9 minutes from the start of the program. In the photo, it may not be very visible, but the water is boiling straight.

Multicooker Brand 701

Then it became much quieter.

Yeah, at this stage you have porridge that "runs" skipping Multicooker Brand 701
If I had a lot of space, I would have thought to leave both 701 and 01 for porridge. But I cannot afford such a luxury, because there is a small kitchen, and it is also inconvenient for me to clean up and take out the multicooker every time. And as practice has shown, two multicooker is just enough for me. And I cook milk porridge for my child every morning, so I need this function. And with a delay, so that in the morning it was ready to get up.

Zhen ... Well, then look for an alternative among the modes ... Maybe it's true "soup" ...
Or cut out a place)))

Although, of course, the best solution would be to REPLACE THE MULTI COOKER ... For one in which the porridge does not run away).
Well, yes, I'll try it at the Soup, of course. Well, I'm waiting for the Brandovites to say. And the place is quite tense

Well, girls. I tried to cook porridge on "Soup". The result is expected. She ran away. (Mannawhere is your runaway emoticon?)

Good day! Who has a 502 model, tell me, does the rump mode work as well as the 701?

Test eleventh. Peking cabbage stuffed cabbage with chopped chicken breasts

Multicooker Brand 701

Here I leave only those moments that reflect the operation of the modes, the rest is in recipe.

Boil the rice until half cooked on the "Groats-1 (express)" mode.
Multicooker Brand 701 Multicooker Brand 701

Carefully detach the cabbage leaves from the fork. Place them in a bowl. To fill with water. Steam mode 5 minutes.

Pour the sauce over the cabbage rolls. Extinguishing mode 1 hour
Multicooker Brand 701 Multicooker Brand 701

The "Krupa-1 (express)" mode works well even with such small portions. The rice was boiled until half cooked, nothing stuck to the bowl, all the liquid evaporated.

The "Steam" mode is convenient because the countdown begins from the moment the liquid boils. It is very convenient to use it not only for steaming, but also for cooking dumplings and spaghetti.

The "Fry-2 (fish)" mode will perfectly blush vegetables in 5-7 minutes with the lid closed and 10-15 minutes with the open one.

The "Extinguishing" mode upset me. This is still not stewing, but almost continuous boiling (almost all the liquid from the sauce has boiled away). Apparently, the mode is set for constant boiling. The seething subsides for a minute or two, and the liquid boils again. I will not use this mode for extinguishing. The "Soup" mode, in my opinion, is more suitable for these purposes. And in this mode, you should try to boil the pasta until the liquid has completely evaporated.

Rick,
I have already made milk porridge 4 times, however, I cooked rolled oats 1 to 5, milk in half with water. Mode Porridge... The pot above the porridge level was clean.
I wash millet quickly, but do not throw tomatoes, with Leon detergent designed for washing baby bottles. I pour the cereal into a sieve, put it in a saucepan, pour it in boiling water and add a drop of the product. Shake-shake the sieve for a short time and pour out the dirty water from the pan. Then I return the sieve with cereals to the pan and fill-shake-drain several times. For reliability, I pour boiling water again for the last time.
I remember from childhood, my grandmother washed millet with soap made from laundry soap, rubbed it in her palms for a long time, then washed it endlessly.

Test twelfth. Pasta on the "Stew" mode

Multicooker Brand 701

Great pasta! With a slight, subtle blush.
When I was upset by the strong boiling of this mode, I assumed that it would just be good for cooking pasta. And so it happened.
So the "Extinguishing" mode is rehabilitated for me!
And it is also convenient to warm up lunch on it: from the refrigerator, the dish is heated in 4-5 minutes, at room temperature in 2-3 minutes.
I will still have to try to boil the pasta on the "Krupa-1 (express)" mode, I think the result will be similar.

And I already have a baby 701

Thank you so much and deep bow Olga - MariVwho kindly responded to my request,
Irina3 from Brand that was able to speed up the process.

I would also like to express my special gratitude to all Brand employees!
For having made every effort to get my multicooker in the shortest possible time. Despite the fact that I already have a decent "park" of multicooker at home, the next I wanted was just Brand.
I periodically communicate with various representatives of different brands of multicooker, but I have never seen such professionalism as in Brand. As a senior executive, I know how much time and effort it costs to create such a structure.
Honestly, I can't even separate the joy of the multicooker from the joy of how people helped me and responded to my request - I really can't understand what the buzz is from

It really looks like some kind of fairy tale: on 23.12 we just wrote off about the multicooker, today on 26.12 in the morning I already met my multicooker in Kiev.
Olga, Irina, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your indifference and responsiveness!
Once again I am convinced that nothing decorates and makes our life brighter than how we manifest ourselves and how people manifest themselves in relations with us. Never and in nothing in our life we ourselves will not give ourselves so much joy and buzz as people who are completely outsiders for us can do!
Thank you very much!

Test thirteenth. Pasta on Express mode

Multicooker Brand 701

In this mode the pasta turns out to be a little more ruddy than in the Stew mode. Boiling is more active. Both of these modes are great for boiling pasta with full evaporation of the liquid.

I've also been using it for almost a week. I cooked dumplings, stewed cabbage with sausages, today I made lazy cabbage rolls.
Everything is great. Only e, so the latch on the lid is a little confusing. It seems that it is very tight.
Quote: Manna

Yes, a bit tough ... due to the silicone stop and the protrusion in the lid opposite it. And what is confusing about this?
It is embarrassing that sometimes it is not possible to close it the first time.
We are probably some kind of crooked hands.
Quote: Manna

Just press the lid closer to this ledge (look, I showed it in the videos)
Quote: MariS

A little strains the lid, which needs to be closed, pressing down and listening to the click. Several times the lid opened itself under the influence of steam, apparently it was not completely closed.
Quote: Rick

My lid also closes quite tightly, but not so much that it bothered me.
Quote: Manna

Girls, my lid is developed. Now it closes perfectly, effortlessly, but tightly.

Girls, let's cook yoghurts, sour cream, curd

Come on!
The curd on the Lactin sourdough has been worth for 6 hours.I am doing it for the first time, so I have not yet experimented with the "Curd" program. Put on the program "Sour cream". The temperature keeps exactly 37 degrees, I check. Until fermented. According to the instructions on the bag, the temperature is just 36-38 gr. must be. And the time is 8-10 hours. But if you put it on the "Curd" program, it should ferment faster, because the temperature is higher there, 38-40 degrees. But it will be next time. In the meantime, I'm waiting for the result.

2 eggs, mix with a fork (do not beat) with milk. Milk by volume is about the same as eggs or slightly less. Salt. Put a piece of butter in a bowl. Fry mode1 (by default 15 minutes, the time did not change). A minute later, as the butter is heated, pour out the egg-milk mixture and cover with a lid. After 5-6 minutes. you can open - the omelet is ready.

Test fifteenth. Chicken breast in creamy garlic sauce

Multicooker Brand 701

The chicken turned out to be the most tender and juicy. Highly recommend!
Multicooker Brand 701 Multicooker Brand 701

The "Fry-3 (meat)" mode will blush and seal the meat remarkably (this process took me 7 minutes). There is no need to fear that it will burn quickly. Temperature is what you need.

It boiled too much in the "Extinguish" mode. It is definitely not suitable for this dish. The "Porridge" mode was perfect!
