70% chocolate 200 g
Cream (35%) 70 ml
Butter 2 tsp
Cocoa powder
Liquor

Cooking method

  • I melted chocolate, butter in a water bath, added cream and liquor (you can take any other, or not use at all). Allow to cool, and then put in the refrigerator to freeze the mass. Then shape with a spoon and roll in cocoa.
