Ingredients

cottage cheese (I have homemade) 250 grams
regular cookies (I have "Buratino") 125 gram
any nuts (I have walnuts) 50 grams
butter 25 grams
condensed milk 2 tbsp. spoons
sugar 2 tsp
dried apricots (any dried fruit) 5-6 pieces
any flavoring (I have almonds) taste
cocoa (grated waffles, nuts, coconut) for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • Beat cottage cheese, soft butter and condensed milk with a blender until smooth.
  • Cut the nuts with a knife and lightly fry.
  • Add sugar. Let's melt.
  • Stir, let cool.
  • Grind the cookies into very fine crumbs.
  • My dried apricots and finely chop.
  • We mix all the ingredients.

There are people who are not allowed to eat cocoa and chocolate, so you can roll sweets in nuts, grated waffles, coconut flakes or crushed cookies.

Instead of sugar, I added nesquik instant cocoa directly to the curd mass. I did not add nuts at all, the older generation has dental problems in the family (there are dentures, under which solid food gets in and injures the gums), so nuts and poppy seeds are completely excluded in cooking. It turned out - fly away! Minus one - it ends very quickly, like Winnie the Pooh has "here it is and now it is gone". We'll have to do it more often, otherwise the family won't get anything ...
And there was an idea how to make homemade curd snacks at home, based on your recipe.
