Pour 2 cm of water into the bowl, add spices to it, the ham into the steam basket and on the "steam" mode for 45 minutes with the valve closed. Allow to cool to 80 gr. and you can eat You can smear everything that you love. Who is not a lazy person (like me) can inject a ham with a syringe of salted water. They say it's very tasty, but I don't have a syringe at home. I tried to put it on for 30 minutes today, but not enough. Was still damp. 45 minutes is the best.

The pressure is generated by hot steam, which presses on the float. No liquid, no steam. I don't cook pure fish in Shteba.I don't see the point. It tastes better on gas in a skillet. The signature fish dish that I cook in Shteba is "Village Fish". Potatoes, fish pieces, onions and peas are poured with either milk or mayonnaise with water whipped in a blender. Fish mode. I get eaten in one sitting.
For meat. As a rule, in the morning I take the meat out of the freezer, pre-cut into pieces, fill it with something and put it on a delayed start so that it’s ready by the evening. I don’t add water, because there is enough juice when defrosting the meat. And in general, when I cook in a non-stick bowl, I almost never add water and oil. Somehow everything is done normally. I also don't use the 0.3 mode in practice. For vegetables only.
