Ingredients

eggplant 1 kg
bell pepper (preferably red) 0.5KG
onion 250gr
carrot 2 pcs
stewed pasta 100g
parsley
salt pepper
vegetable oil 100g

Cooking method

  • Bake eggplants and peppers (preferably over a fire), peel and seeds (pepper), heat the oil, pass the onion through a meat grinder and put to sauté until golden brown; + twisted pepper, again simmer for 20 minutes, then we continue to simmer the twisted eggplants for another 1 hour (do not forget to stir periodically), add tomato, salt, pepper and parsley, simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • Everything is ready! I agree - a long time, but it's worth it !!
