Creamy spaghetti sauce

Ingredients

Creamy spaghetti sauce
Fresh mushrooms, took oyster mushrooms 1 glass
Bulb onions 1 head
Garlic 1-2 teeth
Hunting sausages 1 PC. smoked
Small tomatoes, like Cherry 8-10 pcs.
Greens - chopped parsley 1 tbsp. l.
Bitter pepper
used pickled hot pepper fillet
4-5 rings
1 tsp
Dry white wine 100 ml
Cream 10% 200 ml
Salt, pepper (spices), sugar taste
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • - Cut onions, mushrooms, sausages (finely), tomatoes into 2 parts, crush the garlic.
  • - heat the oil in a frying pan, put the garlic (then you can throw it away) onions, mushrooms, sausages - simmer over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
  • - add tomatoes, salt, spices, bitter pepper - simmer for a few minutes 1-2.
  • - mix the wine and cream, stir, pour into the pan - simmer for several minutes until the cream evaporates and the mass thickens.
  • - we taste, if the taste is a little sour, add 1 tsp of sugar.
  • The sauce is prepared very quickly - while the spaghetti was boiled, the sauce was ready!

Note

I don’t like to serve “dry” pasta, and so on without gravy.
And the gravy you want is light and tasty.
Cream and dry wine are perfect for spaghetti sauce.
