One day, when using the "Fry" mode for 7 (seven) minutes, it just turned off and does not turn on anymore. The pressure cooker has been operated with care according to the instructions. I know how to handle the appliance, because it is not my first pressure cooker-multicooker.
I would like to return it to you and get the money back in accordance with Article 18 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights.
There is no desire to repair this multicooker, since I would like to purchase a more reliable model, and not run around service centers.

I am a longtime user of your company's kitchen appliances. My first purchase was a Brand 6050 pressure cooker - it was so successful that I began to purchase other equipment from Brand.
But somehow the disappointment in quality gradually comes. At first I was let down by the airfryer. Well, I thought, anything can happen, maybe marriage. I handed it over to the store (for repairs), after checking, after 45 days they returned my money. And I bought the same again. And again, after some time of operation, the grill breaks down, again 45 days of testing, again a return. I want to say that for me the breakdown of any equipment is critical, because I don't have a stove, I cook only in an airfryer / multicooker. As a result, I bought an airfryer from another company, its warranty has already expired long ago, but it still works.
I really don't want it to work out the same with the pressure cooker, so I want to return the money.
In addition, the bowl of sv6051 is very unfortunate. After several months of operation (gentle) - everything sticks and is not washed, although the bowl is not scratched. But every day it is more and more difficult to wash it. Of course, I read reviews on this topic on the Bread Maker's website, but I thought that maybe people's hands are not from that place - everything was washed off normally, but it did not last long. Now, so that the baked goods, for example, do not burn or stick, you have to boil the lemon, then clean the bowl with a sponge, then rub the warm bowl with vegetable oil - then the baked goods will not stick. But this procedure is enough for one time. Employees of your company were repeatedly sent feedback on this and requests to sell additional bowls with a normal coating for CB, but you did not listen to the requests.
Also, this CB does not gain pressure well, for example, in the Extinguishing mode. If in model 6050 everything is prepared in my own juice, then in 6051 I need to add a lot of water to build up pressure. And it turns out not a stew, but some kind of soup.
In general, the idea of ​​this model is excellent, but the performance is lame, as it once was with the airfryer.

Now about the online store. When purchasing a product, I asked a question in the "Feedback" form - they immediately answered, helped to place an order, advised, informed the delivery time - everything that was needed and very quickly.And that's great. But there is one BUT ... When in the same feedback form a day ago I asked for an e-mail address to send a claim with a refund, I was awaited by an ignore. Nobody deigned to answer me anything.
Then I sent a claim to the only address indicated on the sale @ website. But there is no answer, which is very strange, because your company has always been very customer-oriented and has always been in touch.
