You can take any recipe for a pressure cooker and cook. The principle is one. It is model independent.
Lummen
Elena Bo, thanks))) and the ham maker itself will go into the pressure cooker, have you tried it?
Lummen
Of course, I may have stupid questions, it's just that neither this nor that is present .. but I'm looking closely at what I can already cook. I weigh all the pros and cons ... I never make rash decisions ... Excuse me ...
Elena Bo
Beloboka lies on its side. But you need to wrap it with something so as not to accidentally scratch the bowl.

Pork ears and bandaged legs (pressure cooker Brand 6051) (MariV)

Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker
I cooked ears and legs - I liked it very much!
MariV
Lummen, Anastasia, and is it worth risking a bowl, trying to put a ham in it?
Elena Bo
Beloboka enters freely into the bowl. It's just iron. And if it flounders (and suddenly) it can scratch. Can be wrapped in a thin towel.
MariV
Well, if wrapped in a towel, then you can try!
I am beautifull

I have a silicone mold, right along the bottom of the bowl. Can I use it? Height 4 cm.

Can.

Oh thanks girls for the answers !!! All I want is where can I get so much money ... I registered on the site on my own head
Mila Sweetheart
Girls, can you please tell me what the "Meat" mode in this CF corresponds to in Redmond M110. I want to make boiled pork. In Brand, this is the Meat Mode for 40 minutes.
Manna
Mila Sweetheart, the "Meat" mode in 6051, by default 70kPa - this is any mode under a pressure of 110, because the pressure level is not regulated there. So, choose the one where you can set the required time: soup, cooking, legumes, game.
Mila Sweetheart
Manna, Thank you. And if water is poured down, is it better to put steam? And the time will be the same?
Manna
Are you talking about boiled pork in water? Why does she need water? How much water do you want to pour? I don’t understand anything at all.
Mila Sweetheart
I myself am still just mastering the pressure cooker. I have it for the third day. According to the recipe, the meat is wrapped in foil and, as I understand it, is steamed on a wire rack. This is the first time I'm making such a dish. I found the recipe on the Internet. And so I decided to ask your friendly advice. I understand water is necessary to the grate with a double boiler.
Manna
Clearly, it's steamed meat. Yes, you can cook it. And you don't need water to the grate - it evaporates a little in the pressure cooker. Enough 200-300ml. Just for the future - your M110 pressure cooker - ask such questions in that topic.
Mila Sweetheart
Manna, Thank you. Yes of course. I just wanted to know what Brand's regime meant. Owners 110 may not know such details. And I don't know the forum very well, but I hope to come here more often now. You have a very friendly atmosphere.
And the meat turned out to be harsh in 50 minutes. I finished stewing for another 40 minutes in the morning. Because I don’t know how to navigate in time in comparison with the cartoon. Maybe the beef was tough

Girls, who is in the subject, so as not to reread everything, tell me, is it planned to release another bowl suitable for our pressure cooker? It seems that the manufacturers stuttered about this, it was a long time ago.

No. And we didn't even plan.

Strange position. The bowl is very unfortunate, according to most users, this is the main disadvantage of this pressure cooker. Brand makes bowls for Panasonic and cannot order bowls for his pressure cooker ....

Apparently, they do not care at all.

Does Brand have his own factories ??? All the time I thought that this is only a registered brand (sorry for the tautology) and they can't release anything for anyone.

Sorry in advance if I'm wrong

Brand has no their factories. The brand enters into contracts with Chinese factories for the supply and sometimes the development / revision of one or another technique, which these factories produce independently of the Brand.
Larssevsk
Manna came and put everything in its place. And then I was smiled by the fact that the Brand produced bowls for Panasonic
Manna

The brand does not produce them; it buys them in China and sells them in Russia. These are not "native" bowls, but suitable and, as users say, of good quality (I myself have not seen them).
MariV
What cups are we talking about? For 6051?
vis
Well, of course, when I wrote that the brand produces bowls for Panasonic, I did not mean at all that the brand has its own factories. I meant that she orders in China and sells under her own name. The same as all Brand products. But nevertheless, I see no problem to order exactly the same bowls for 6051, at the same plant or any other.

Help!
Last night I steamed the beets, after which the screen with the dial got fogged up, I thought it would dry out until today, not dry.
I turn on the frying program - it gives an error -E0, the lid is closed.
WHAT TO DO?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
The HEAT mode in 6051 only works with the lid OPEN.
Elena Bo
The cover can be closed but not turned.
iren7
The lid is open - it gives an error E0, the instructions say that the lid must be in the (open lock) position, I did everything, it still gives E0.
I tried it in manual mode, fry it, now I put rice on the program, I'm waiting for what will happen next.
Honestly, it's the first time I've had this in two months.
iren7
I cooked pilaf, I'm waiting for it to cool down, there are still drops on the scoreboard, I don't know what to do?
Elena Bo
🔗 Have you applied here?
iren7
Thank you, I will ask them about my problem.

Good evening!

I advise you to contact your nearest Brand Service Center. Most likely, somewhere in the device there was a depressurization, the wizard will fix this problem.
You can see the addresses and phone numbers of all authorized service centers on the official website of the videoBrand company. ru in the section SUPPORT - SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

Girls! Can someone tell me: do any bowls from other mulekas fit the brand 6051? Of particular interest is a stainless steel bowl like Steba's! Maybe someone tried it? And then on the native bowl at the bottom, chips have already appeared! And the bottom is corrugated ... to be honest.
SOVA040581
Recently, I also became the owner of Brand 6051, while I am just getting to know her, but I am already very happy, especially for such a price of 3350 rubles!
And when choosing an assistant, I really wanted the opportunity to buy a second stainless steel bowl, I even considered it as a Steba option, but not mine, but I really like the Brand 6051 design
Found on Ozone bowl Brand bowl for pressure cooker-multicooker 6050IPS, 5 l steel
🔗 price 1150r.
Today they brought it, put it in the pressure cooker - PERFECT! Fits directly 100% freely and the lid closes as easily as with a native.
But, from Panasonic 18 does not fit, that is, it is easily inserted, but it is impossible to close the lid, so this bowl was returned to the courier.
In general, I am happy as an elephant, there are still rings left to buy.

UPD: Test on the steam program, the pressure gained in 10-12 minutes, just like with the native bowl.
Larssevsk
Virgo, you experiment with bowls at pressure cookers more carefully. This is not a multicooker for you, where the height and thickness of the side does not matter. And here all the same pressure. At my old pressure cooker with an unusual bowl, the lid was torn off and the soup ran like a fountain to the floor. Well, I managed to bounce myself
Manna
Larochka, just wanted to write about it.

How many already use this pressure cooker, I did not understand why rings are bought in addition.
As dear stood, so it is.

RepeShock,
This is who is especially sensitive to odors. Rings absorb odors strongly. I also had a separate ring for baking and porridge, but then either I sniffed or the rings stopped soaking up smells and now I cook everything with one ring

Good day!
Please tell me if anyone has had the following problem: the Bake mode works under pressure.
I will describe in more detail: I select the Baking mode, set the time, press Start, instead of sharpening the time immediately, the pressure starts to build up, then the pressure reaches 20, the time counts down.
Perhaps there is some way to fix the problem?

Thank you!

Hello everybody! I am also puzzled by the new bowl. I am very happy with the pressure cooker itself, I have been using it for two years, there have never been any failures, but oh, this bowl ... And you don't need to say to soak it and everything will be okay. I washed it carefully and boiled it with a lemon later, but now it does not help either. So I decided to update it and saw the Brand bowl for the 6050IPS pressure cooker-multicooker, 5 l steel, I really wanted to, but I see that you write more carefully with non-native bowls, then what kind of pressure cooker is it intended for? I have not found a 6050IPS pressure cooker. And I want to change the silicone ring not because it is spoiled, but because of its appearance (dark brown), and the smells do not irritate me, since I cook everything in it except cereals and pastries.
francevna

I see, but I never saw her as she was at all. Please tell me your opinion, how do you think you can take your own bowl or can you take a steel one?
Elena Bo
The steel bowl is only suitable for soups and stews. Neither bake nor fry in it will work. What is the quality of the steel bowl I do not know. I have not it.

It does this for me, if something that is baked is quite juicy, for example, with a cottage cheese casserole, often gains pressure. And if the pastries are dry, such as a biscuit or pie, then everything is fine. But the pressure, however, does not immediately pick up, but when, apparently, the juice begins to stand out.

Good evening. I had a problem with cartoon 6051. After a month of use, the pressure suddenly stopped building up normally. It is typed, then lowered, then it is not typed at all, and after a while the program begins. And the regulator seems to be undermining. What I just didn’t do - I checked everything, reread the forums, pressed the spring into the cap of the pressure regulator - nothing. Continuous dances with a tambourine. Then you move the lid - it picks up, then falls, suddenly it does not pick up again. I read the same sufferers as me - the problem is one to one. I was very upset. I disassembled the lid, and there is nothing to break there. I took off the pressure regulator cap and decided to take a closer look at what was inside. I shone a flashlight, and there is a metal peg that locks the hole in the pin on which the cap is attached. So on this peg, I saw adhered fat or scale, so much so that the surface was not very even. That is, when I just washed it with water, it turned out to be not enough and after a while, after the accumulation of this fat or scale on the surface of the peg, the cap began to etch the pressure. She took a cotton swab, poured the fairies into a cap and cleaned. PRESSURE RELIEF PROBLEM SOLVED !!! Works like a clock.
