Miledi
Good evening! People, tell me, did anyone try to cook fries in it?
Miledi
What is the best setting for mashed potatoes?
MariV
Miledi, do not use this technique for long frying. Do you want steamed potatoes for mashed potatoes or in water?
Miledi
I would like a couple, but the option in water is also interesting.
NataSch
Now I baked Ciabatta without mixing:

NataSch, can I have a recipe?
NataSch
This bread is on the forum - https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=72011.0
I baked it in half with whole grain flour - delicious! And very simple!

Oksana-br, Hello! Tell me, does model 6051 have 3D heating or not, there are very conflicting data on the sites?
Miledi
No, no. If there was 3D heating, it would at least be described in the instructions.
Manna
The answer of the company representative:
Quote: Denis BR

Hello! 3-D heating in a multicooker (do not mix with multicooker pressure cookers) implies a heating element in the lid. Some manufacturers really only write about it on the boxes. No 3-D in pressure cooker 6051, but it is in the multicooker 502 and 37502, 37501.
MariV
In 502 3D? Etta where is he?
Manna
In the lid there is a heating element for drying condensate (as I remember, it works only on "baking"). It was established by testing 37502.

People, please tell me what's wrong with my CF. In general, I decided to make a cabbage casserole according to the recipe from the book that came with the kit. it says to set the "BAKING" mode for 25-30 minutes. I put it on, everything is fine, it seems, and at the 26th minute somewhere, the MV began to release steam and gain pressure, I will repeat "in the BAKING mode" The operation book says that this mode works without pressure! This is a glitch, or what? And what to do, really in the repair? ((
NataSch
Miledi, did you close the valve? If there is a lot of moisture in the baked goods (was the cabbage juicy?), Then pressure may build up when the valve is closed - this is normal.
Miledi
Fuf! Thank you! And then I was already scared. Yes, it was closed.
NataSch
It is better to open the valve when baking.
Miledi
Thanks for the advice!

Hello, tell me, please, I want to replace my ceramic bowl with a steel one. Steel bowls for this model have started to produce? Thank you!

No. And they were not going to.

Yesterday I got myself a Brandochka. So far I have only cooked pilaf with chicken: pilaf is different from multi Panasonic. In Brand, he is more like a real one, like in a cauldron, in a cartoon he is more dry. It tastes good to me this way and that, my husband likes the multicooker more. Now chicken soup is being prepared, then pork and French fries are next
Raspberries
Girls, tell me how much to put in the steam mode cutlets, frozen, medium size.
NataSch
I would put minutes on 15. But maybe I'm reinsured.
Liavetta
Hello!
Please tell me how many liters of liquid are in the bowl up to the maximum mark?
NataSch
Until the mark MAX included four liters.

Hello! I bought cartoon 6051 and decided to cook rice porridge. Proportions 1: 5, "porridge" mode, pressure 30, 15 minutes. But some strange porridge came out, not boiled - the rice is relatively soft, but it floated in milk ... I decided to cook it and set the same program for 3 minutes. The cartoon for about 7-8 minutes either puffed or did not puff with steam, the pressure did not build up, I was afraid that the porridge would burn, stopped, opened ... but it really was already burnt.
Please tell me how, in what mode do you need to cook porridge (and not only porridge)? My first cartoon, so far no experience.
RepeShock

The porridge does not need to be boiled, just stir and keep it heated for a while, it will thicken.
Or even easier, reduce the liquid, well, half a glass to begin with. Then adjust the amount of liquid for yourself.

mode "porridge"

There is no such regime here. Did you mean Milk Porridge?
Cloudberry
There is no such regime here. Did you mean Milk Porridge?

Yes, I'm talking about this mode.

RepeShock, thanks! I realized about the porridge, I will experiment.

So, if not porridge, but meat, for example, I want to cook it or something else, in which mode is it better to do it?
And now I'll start quietly trying everything, suddenly I put something wrong again, everything will go bad again ...

Depends on the dish, of course.
I, frankly, did not come across such a thing, so that I had to cook it first, on the contrary, I digested a little, since it was my first pressure cooker.
Focus on recipes from the forum, especially since you can always ask the audience for help ask both the author of the recipe and the others.

Maybe someone else will tell you about the addition)
MariV
It took a quick slug to replace the stupid 6050.

The agony of choice. Almost ordered an orsyushka.

In the morning I cooked at 6051 - and I thought - they are not looking for good from good. And I ordered the second 6051, with a spare bowl.
francevna
Tell me why there is a pressure release through the valve, pilaf is being prepared, everything is as normal.
Elena Bo
Is there pressure? Is it stable?
francevna
Elena Bo, this is my son's problem with the pressure cooker, the stewing program is on. They had already changed the ring, the pressure did not show, but immediately the countdown began.
Elena Bo
Means little liquid. Not enough pressure to build up.
Or, as an option, a dirty / greasy cap or valve. Wash the cover, remove and wash the weight (just do not lose the bracket that holds it)
Vilena
Happy New Year! Brand 6051 appeared in my kitchen :)) I carefully read this thread to the end. I took a lot of notes from experienced users of this miracle technology. So far I have prepared only millet porridge with pumpkin, baked milk, yogurt, beans with bacon, stewed potatoes and curd casserole. I'm happy with the result :)

About the smell of the ring. I tried all of the above methods and lemon and vinegar. Didn't help much. And then I decided to experiment. There is such a household. soap "Antipyatnin". After all, it removes organic dirt, stains from grease, fruits, etc. I washed the ring with this soap, washed it under hot water and held it in cold water in a container with vinegar for 15 minutes. It seems that the strong smell is gone, at least I am also a sniffer and this smell does not cause negative emotions. Try it, maybe it will be a solution to this problem?

And, so as not to get up from the couch twice, rac. proposal for manufacturers. So I read that it is recommended to keep the pressure cooker ajar or open so that the smell does not persist. Can't you come up with such a small removable thing to match the color of the lid that you can put under the left handle and thereby prevent the lid from closing tightly when it is not working? So far I have adapted to put a large paper clip in a silicone shell (it does not slip). There is always a slot for ventilation.
Lummen
Can you make canned meat in this pressure cooker right in the jar? then to preserve it ...
Elena Bo
You can make stew in any pressure cooker

When the cover is open, turn the handle towards the closed lock and lower the cover. It won't close until the end
I am beautifull
: hi: There was no sadness, the woman bought a pig! They gave me this pressure cooker for the New Year! How I wanted black. More precisely, I chose it myself, ordered it. The husband gave money for her. They handed it over and finally reached her hands.
Yesterday, that is, the day before yesterday, I cooked cabbage soup from sauerkraut. The meat I had was pork back leg, boneless. There is not a word in the recipe book about potatoes, although in the picture it is clearly there, and like cabbage soup without potatoes. But the ingredients mention 2 tbsp flour. l., and what to do with it is not clear. But the cabbage soup for my taste turned out good for the first time. While the pressure was gaining, I went crazy like a chicken, whether or not the pressure would build up, whether I did everything right ... I poured cold water, so the pressure was gaining for about 10 minutes, although it seemed like an eternity. I increased the pressure to 60, did not touch the time. I put the potatoes after the main cooking. She cooked instead of one for 3 minutes, because I forgot to change the time. Everything was cooked.
I just finished cooking meat in onion juice. Again the same hind leg. I melted the fat, took out the greaves. (Where to put them now?) Then follow the instructions: onion, then the meat "cut into pieces". I forgot Lavrushka. But a specific pinch of whole caraway thumped. The aroma is awesome. The meat has become like butter, it melts in the mouth. Heaven and earth, compared to what I made using the same recipe in MB 37502.
I'm scared, no, terribly happy! Thanks to the producers. Thanks to everyone who reads my post. Thanks to everyone who leaves tips and comments.
MariV
I am beautifull, Olga, congratulations on your purchase! Regarding the recipe book - if you read the topic carefully, you should have noted that almost no one cooks according to the recipe book, with rare exceptions. Cook as usual, keeping in mind your pressure cooker.

In this position, the gap is too big for me, it doesn't matter that it is open. And the paper clip is not noticeable and there is a small gap for airing.
MariV
Vilena, Elena, this is the soap Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker?
I bought one today and washed the ring with it - the smell of soap at first beat off the smell of borscht - the soap contains bile, and it is very smelly, but then everything is as before. Therefore, it is better to have two rings.
Vilena
Yes, Olga, this is soap. I had no scent, I try to soak the ring in cold water with lemon after the detergent. Maybe that's why ... Yes, it's a little too much fuss with one ring, I already ordered additional ones :))
MariV
I don't need a second ring yet - I cook meat-soups-borscht in a pressure cooker; for baking and porridge - another technique.
And if this is the only one, then, of course, it is better to purchase an additional ring.

Good afternoon lady! I would like to know your opinion on the difficulty of using this pressure cooker. At the moment, I choose as a gift for my mother, but it is very difficult for her to master modern technology, that is, the easier it is for her, the better. If I had the opportunity, I would buy the 6050 model, it is easier in terms of management. This model (6051) quickly builds up pressure, and how do you get baked goods and casseroles in it, especially if you don't change the initial settings in terms of pressure and time?

Need a pressure cooker? I don't bake anything in mine. For these purposes, there are other multicooker. In this one only jellied meat, broths, boiling beets. The bowl breaks down very quickly and everything sticks.

Oh how! And in my 6050 I bake excellent biscuits for cake, charlotte-manniki and other casseroles. The bowl has already worn out in 2 years, but I also cook in it a lot and often.
CatNat
Normally 6051 bakes, although baking often has to be added to the default time, and I liked the casserole more on manual mode. This saucepan suits me completely, but, as it seems to me, it is more `` sharpened '' for advanced users, in order to just change the default settings.
Vilena
The baked goods are great. I made "Zebra Cupcake" from Brand's recipe book - an excellent result. Only instead of margarine and kefir I used ghee and sour milk - homemade. And yes, I add 5 minutes to the specified time (for fidelity, so to speak :)))
Lummen
Girls, and who ever made ham in this pressure cooker using the "white-sided" device? otherwise I looked through the recipes for this cartoon, but I didn't find a ham ...
