Lagri,
Yes, Maria, it looks like you made yourself an egg cooker.
In general, it seems to me that in this Redica the food somehow tastes better, I would also not refuse a cutlet with spirals in cold weather

And I have lentil soup today.
.Multicooker Redmond RMC-02P
She poured 750 ml of water from the filter into the bowl and turned on the ON STEAM mode, the default time, for the water to boil.
For the soup I need:
80g regular brown lentils
100 g celery root
1 large onion
125 g potatoes
A couple of sprigs of parsley.
Still need
1 tbsp. l. butter, 1-2 peppers, salt and 1/4 tsp. ground coriander.
I peeled, washed and cut the onions, celery and potatoes.
The lentils were washed very well. I washed the parsley and chopped finely.
During this time, my water boiled, I put everything that I had prepared in the bowl, turned off the steam and set the SOUP / EXTINGUISHING mode, the time was 3 hours.
I opened it once, removed the foam (optional, little foam).
When the mode worked out, I added oil, salt, coriander and allspice to the bowl, stirred it and let it stand for 10 minutes on heating.
Then poured into a fireproof bowl and puréed with a hand blender
I usually eat it with potato chips.
You can also add ground black pepper to the plate.
The soup has a mild taste, not a troublesome option, I often make it in autumn.
On SOUP / STEW I have a boil (match head sized bubbles)

Marina22,
Marina, try it, for some reason every year I am drawn to this soup in the fall.
Found his recipe on the cook. ru a few years ago, called ..... in Auverne, made in a saucepan and in a large slow cooker.
The recipe, one might say, has stood the test of time.

The pork neck was prepared according to Marina Twist's recipe, in milk. I cooked on the program Baby food, set the time to 2.5 hours. It turned out just super.
.
Natalya medunitsa, please tell me what proportions you used. I tried to do it as in the recipe, the milk almost immediately escaped through the valve. I'd like to learn how to cook without an accident.

Oh, devuli, and I got a casserole based on the noodle maker. I was a little worried that everything would fall apart during a coup and pull out, but in vain. It turned out healthy and tasty. You can make sweet, and with cottage cheese, and in general with everything that is sweet to your heart.

Devouli, Duc recipe special and no. Disposing of the leftovers from dinner again. I remember that a long time ago I made a noodle maker, but here right now without unnecessary gestures, one might say.
Fried the sausage, added boiled spaghetti, sweated a little, stirring. In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs with a fork, added a little milk, mixed. I poured this egg and milk mixture into the heated spaghetti. Everything is on the Baking mode. The time is about 25 minutes.
She pulled it out, turning it over on a double boiler.

Devulki, really, try it. Delicious. In general, I dispose of all the leftovers, but here I tried the macaroons. I liked it very much. I think that noodles with cottage cheese and everything sweet will turn out deliciously.
Red bakes extremely delicately.

Rituslyahow appetizing! I will definitely do it as the macaros remain.

Well your Rediki bake bread

Photo of a large loaf from the side. It contains only 500 grams of flour and 300 water, 15 grams of plums. butter and 1 tsp of yeast, and such a giant turned out! The ingredients are exactly 2 times more, and the result is more than three times. It's scary to stand all the way in the little one, it can run away when baking.

Marina22, Marish, kept all the proposed options.
For the future, but today I have already baked a simple pie in the Princess, like an Ossetian one ... I salted cottage cheese, a little garlic, beet leaves, parsley ... and baked ... I had the dough from Anis ...
Didn't do anything in Radish. That's how I added the cottage cheese.

A recipe to share with the people?
This is my experiment.
Glass 160 ml. (multicooker up to 160)
Semolina 1 tbsp, soak in 1 tbsp of yogurt for half an hour.
Beat 2 eggs (62g each with a shell) with 1 tbsp of sugar.
Flour 1.5 tbsp and 1 tsp baking powder. Raisins 1 tbsp
Mix all . Lubricate sl. saucepan, add dough and bake. My previous experiments with yogurt muffins were poorly baked and I set 50 minutes. As it turned out a lot - the crust was not burnt, but it turned out to be thick. Then the overturn and another 10 minutes on baking and 10 minutes in the switched off mult.
This is my first mannik, there is nothing to compare with.
Lera-7
Ira S, Ira, thanks! I will definitely try to bake it.

Today I decided to cook pea puree in the baby, and cutlets on top in the steam basket. Peas / water - 1 / 2.5, although it used to cook 1: 2. I cooked on the Soup-Stew mode for 1 hour 20 minutes. Not cooked enough. Turned on Express-35 min. From above, the water has not evaporated, but the peas are already boiled. Now I turned on the Rice-Groats mode and it seemed to boil now. Girls, who has the experience to cook a successful pea puree in this baby? I don’t want to experiment. It's time to feed, but I still can't cook it.
Ira S
I only get mashed peas in a pressure cooker on the stove. In cartoons I cook for 4 hours, and the peas remain undercooked. Maybe such peas?
Marina22
Lagri, maybe you should have soaked the peas overnight?
Ira S
I soaked my peas for 12 hours. I tried both yellow and green, no difference. Peas in halves. Wonders !
My friend cooks until it softens, then smashes it with a blender and cooks on. I must try this.
Lagri
Ira S, Marina22, Thank you for participating! Girls, I cooked an excellent pea puree from the same peas in a 5-liter Redica 4502 for 1.5 hours in a 1: 2 ratio on the Stew mode, without soaking the peas and without whipping the cooked peas. So I also started cooking at 02 baby.Of course it was cooked in three modes, but maybe someone has already cooked on some one, so she asked. I had halves of peas.

Ira, you reassured me, do not consider it schadenfreude
My pea story is even sadder. There is no pressure cooker, but in the cartoon I somehow cooked for six hours and still exposed the uncooked pieces. Moreover, I bought fresh peas, as I read somewhere that legumes, the older, the more difficult it is to boil. Soaked!
So I said goodbye to the thought of pea soup. Now at least I know that there is not one such
walexyz
For three years in a row, yellow split peas in Redmond-01 have been cooked successfully until mashed in Stew Soup in two hours, the proportion to water is 1: 3. You can have less water, but then after the refrigerator the next day it turns out very thick. Then the Redber pressure cooker was bought and the cooking process was reduced to 40 minutes. The only thing that I didn't like about Redmond was the foam going through the valve, and separate "spits" on the lid from the inside. At 02 it should turn out the same, but maybe the mashed potatoes will be cooked faster by 10 minutes.
Lagri
walexyz, I also think that it is necessary to cook the pea puree on the Soup-Stew mode for 2 hours, in a 1: 2 ratio, peas / water. And in a ratio of 1: 3 there will be too much water. Tomorrow I will try to cook it again, then I will unsubscribe, maybe someone will come in handy.
Ira S
I read somewhere, peas cannot be boiled with a strong boil, because the protein quickly curls up and the peas turn out to be tough. When it boils, remove the foam and cook over low heat. I tried . Cooked on "baby food" for 2 hours and figs you. Then another 2 hours for "soup - stewing". The pea puree still didn't work out.
No, peas are to blame! Some remain mead even after an hour in the pressure cooker. Somehow I got the same stubborn white beans - after 2.5 hours of cooking in the "soup mode" they were slightly cooked.

I also read somewhere that you can first steam the peas in the microwave until they are soft, and then cook.

I recently switched to Oregon green peas, they are, of course, more expensive ... but they cook quickly, it turns out to be an oily consistency. It's generally a nice thing for soup, if it soaks for an hour beforehand, then you can throw it along with potatoes - it boils for about 20 minutes

There are "Yarmarka" mixes, which make very tasty pea soups without any long processing. And in terms of additional additives with vegetables, they are also very successful.

I haven't tried it yet. We'll have to give my peas one last chance.
By the way, I soak hummus (chickpeas) with soda, and there are no problems. Soak peas with soda?

Good day everyone! So I joined the ranks of radishes, accept))) Tell me, please. When I cook porridge in the city from whole oatmeal 1: 4 in water, on the "milk porridge" mode for 25 minutes, then in the morning the lid is sprinkled and there is a little porridge in the valve - is this how it should be or is it a marriage? On the second, exactly the same multicooker, but with a different barcode, this is not, although it is in the country. I read here that the power of electricity can affect the operation of the multicooker. I cooked wheat, barley, buckwheat, but this is only with whole oatmeal.
Stillrebel
My porridge is splashing because of milk and cereals.
On milk of high fat content (4-6%) there is no splash, on 2.5 it happens.
And also if there is a lot of dust or crumbs in the cereal (oatmeal from the bottom of the jar), splashes also appear, once it even escaped through the valve.

Ksyusha! Green soup! Well, what ... we are making green cabbage soup! )))
Here I read the methods of dealing with hard peas and I understand that it’s true - before, lentils and peas were somehow easily boiled. And now we have to put it to languish almost for the night and still come across solid particles. Literally today we are eating lentil soup and it is not at all as silky as it used to be ... Maybe we need to add something? Then a message flashed about soda, did anyone try it? Did it help?
