I was lucky, I bought for another 1715 UAH, in the center of Kiev in an Internet store (I do not remember the name), 2 days before the purchase I monitored, there were 10 of them, and on the next day I look, there are already 5 or 6 of them, and I ordered with payment the next day and self-delivery. From that day on, the number of stoves began to decrease and the price to rise, I was in shock ... And the bowl outweighed in the direction of Panasik according to the acquisition rating :)

So what are the first impressions for a novice baker ??

So what are the first impressions for a novice baker ??
UUUUUUUUU !!!! : girl_dough: I bake from the very first evening of shopping to this day, I bake almost every day, the family is big, the children love bread very much

And what about the summer without "the first pancake lumpy"?
Rina
Why do we need some first pancakes there? If you approach it wisely, taking into account the recommendations (it's not for nothing that they spread the information here), then the bread will turn out right away.

Someone learns from their mistakes, someone from others, and someone does not make mistakes at all. And it is very rare that someone makes such aaaaa mistake that no one has ever done before.

And what about the summer without "the first pancake lumpy"?
Well, of course, there were lumpy pancakes,: girl_cleanglasses: but not the first, according to the instructions everything worked out. When it was just interesting, I dropped in, and perhaps the bread did not grow a little because of this. I mixed different types of flour, and looked at the bun, and when it seemed to me that it was a little tough, I added more water to it, a little, and from this, I think, the roof of the bread fell. In general, I always like to experiment with food, deviate from the recipe, and maybe, therefore, my 20 percent of all baked was a little far from ideal. But, if you strictly follow the recipe, then everything works out.

Believe me, if during the batch you even just have an open HP, then nothing terrible will happen to the dough. And during the climb, you can also pry. But already during baking, it is better not to look in or (well, it is very, very curious) slightly opening the lid in order to just glance at the top of the bread.

I baked the first "pancakes" from ready-made mixtures ("Imperia Khliba" and "Korneks", the latter is in supermarkets, even in the Kiev region). Everything worked out great. Now I'm looking for more interesting recipes and collecting the ingredients myself.

I looked into the stove from the very first time - I don't know how it is possible without it :) I control the quality of the "kolobok" during the kneading process, sometimes I add flour or water, if necessary, gently scrape off the remaining flour from the walls with a silicone spatula. And in the Bake Raisin mode, I close the dispenser after it "triggered" (by default, the door remains open). Does not affect:)

If you read, choose a proven and not complicated recipe, then everything will work out right away.
It's time to decide on the choice of HP and start rejoicing
ending the agony of choice!

Both HPs that we looked after are very good.
Rina
When there are pangs of choice, you just need to look "in real life" at the applicants. This usually removes all doubts.

I also recently became the owner of Panasonic 256 HP. The choice of this HP was influenced by reviews on the site.I've been baking every day for a week. The bread is very tasty, but in this bread maker I am saddened by the fact that when baking it starts to "smell" like plastic (maybe some kind of low-quality plastic is used, but what then can we say about bread makers, which are several times cheaper). Someone noticed this in their panas or is it just me with a bread maker? I am worried, but does this extraneous smell of "harm" to bread? Because of this, I am afraid to give bread to my little child, although he asks him to try it.
Rina
this has been described more than once. For quite a long time I had such a ... non-bread smell. Father did not notice, but I was sniffing, even excessively ... And after a month there was definitely no smell anymore. The smell did not transfer to the bread.

If the finished bread has no foreign smell, then why not give it to the child? Moreover, you have been rolling around the equipment for a week now.

By the way, qjl, welcome to the topic about panasonic bread makers
qjl
Rina, thank you very much for the comforting answer, I will hope that this smell disappears from me too. Sorry to bring this up again. I have not read everything on this site yet, and since this worried me very much, I decided not to postpone this question.

Girls, help me please! I have been baking bread for a long time and successfully. Mom needs to give HP on the other. But how to be ?! I have a Panasonic 255 (thanks to the forum), bakes flawlessly, embodies absolutely any fantasies for 4 years. In terms of reliability, super. Once I made a surplus of dough for Easter, poured oil and escaped dough all over the inside, but it still works like a clock .. But the new model Moulinex OW 6002 confuses me. You can also bake baguettes, rolls and flat cakes there !!!! Should this add-on be considered a success? Has anyone tried these functions already ?? Are they really needed? And yet, what is better to choose ...? After reading the forum, I realized that there are more complaints about Mulinex, again the price of this model is higher than that of Panasonic ... Can it be easier to buy a mold for baguettes and bake in the oven ?? In general, some questions, you can't do without tips!
sazalexter
Diana_chka It's easier to buy molds and bake in the oven. Baguettes there for one bite
as many write, there is a lot of trouble and the output of finished products is small
Arka
Diana, do the baguettes form by themselves? If so, we must take - miracles! And if the dough needs to be sausage with handles, so what's the point? ..
Admin
With handles, handles you will sculpt baguettes, and it is called a baguette holder, since the mold for baguettes is inserted into the x / oven.
And baguettes 4 pcs. maaaaaaa small, for one bite, for one dinner for the family is not enough.
If you need more baguettes, you need to make several baking bookmarks
Diana_chka
Hmm ... really there is something to think about ... It seems to have leaned towards Moulinex already, but if the baguettes are really so small that they are only suitable for hot dogs ... I would weigh half a loaf of store It would be the case ... Thanks to everyone, everyone for the help!

mirvam bakers!
Diana_chka - I would weigh half a store loaf

Good evening!

Panasonic has a nice model Panasonic SD-ZB 2502 BTS, I want to ask for a gift. Has anyone already used it? Or is it better to choose a proven model?
Rina
you can look into section about Panasonic and there to find already real users of this model.
