all the same I decided to create a topic ... since I have been suffering for a long time
it all started with drawing up a comparison table
in the end I came to 2 options that suit the price and functionality, then even cry ...
I will ask you questions,
Delonghi 755s
1.Do I understand correctly that the dispenser works only on program 4
2. is it necessary to indicate the size of the loaf when baking and what it gives, and what to indicate if the loaf does not fit the standard sizes (500, 700, 1000).
3. Is it possible to add additives without using a dispenser and how convenient is it? I will make a reservation that the dispenser is not critical when choosing HP.
4. and what is the cake program and how does it differ from the sweet program (Dolce)

1. again about the size of the loaf - whether it is necessary to indicate it and what if I only know roughly what I will succeed or, for example, I need a loaf of 500 in size, and at least this HP has 700
2.in the dough program, is it possible to make dough for dumplings, pasta, buns and muffins (the question is inspired by delongee - there are 2 programs for the dough)

Well, criticism and comments will also be welcomed, because I feel that I will choose nra, not nra, and here your comments will batter my intuition over my head

In my opinion, models with a dispenser are preferable.

A matter of convenience. If you use the baking delay mode ("wake up from the tantalizing smell of freshly baked bread!"), Then there is no reason to get up in the middle of the night to pour raisins and nuts into the dough. It is also impossible to pre-lay supplements for many reasons. So the automatic dispenser is a significant advantage.

The dispenser will only work on a program where additives should be added to the already kneaded dough. In other recipes, it just doesn't make sense.

In my personal opinion, if the presence of a dispenser was not critical for me, then I would choose a non-European model. It just so traditionally happened that European CPs are worse - a direct consequence of the European lifestyle.

In fact, you can bake any size of bread - just use the correct proportions in the recipe. The baking program can be taken "closest" in size. Small "fire adjustments" can be made by changing the selection of the crust color.

The most ideal option is programmable bread makers. But I don't know if they are on sale in Russia now ...

PS. I have been using bread makers since the mid 90s. The first was a "large" LG for a 2 pound loaf. Currently Australian Sunbeam SmartBaker 7800.
