As a result of negotiations, they were refused to improve the quality. We were told to buy what is. And at the end of our conversation, a representative of a plant in Romania said that their grill gas does not come in packaging and they will not make it.With this they "finished off" us completely. Individual packaging is a must! Imagine, the goods are delivered in a common box and there are 20 pieces of grills there. Loading in Romania, unloading in Russia and how many more unloading loads will take place in Russia until the goods are received by a retail customer. How can you buy this product as a gift without individual packaging? It's like going to the store for milk with a can.
