-100 g soft butter

The most reliable - with an enamel coating, do not drop it and will last forever. Ceramic coating is more multifunctional, BUT it is very gentle to care for, very upholstery in direct contact with fire. I have tested various grills, I adore ceramics, but enamel is still more reliable. Only the newfangled marble coating was not tested - I do not see the point in it, because from communication with the technologists at the manufacturing plant, it became clear that this is just SEVERAL LAYERS OF NON-STICK COATING.

Taiwanese are produced only with ceramic, heat-resistant and marble coatings, which have a service life of up to 6 months, then the coating will peel off and the thickness of the metal does not matter.

The enamelled pans are dishwasher safe. You can wash it with hard sponges and any detergent (powder or liquid). Water is poured into the lower pan when baking, so that it is not dry and for the effect of a double boiler.

Pans with ceramic, marble or non-stick coatings are not dishwasher safe. it is better to cook fish in foil, it turns out juicier.
here are a couple of recipes for you:
recipe 1 - salt and pepper. make a boat out of foil, put onions cut into rings on the bottom, a fish on top, tomato slices on the fish and sprinkle with cheese. cook for 15-20 minutes.
recipe 2 - stuff with bell pepper, tomato, basil, dill. bake the onion rings on top for 20 minutes
recipe 3 - Cut the fillet into plates, add salt and pepper, put the crab meat, the cherry tomato, cut in half, a slice of butter, roll into a cutlet, wrap in a green leek and pack in foil in the form of a bomb. cook for 20 minutes.

Sauce for wings: we have 10 wings in our frying pan (cut off the outermost phalanges), this is the number of wings:
- 2-3 table. l. soy sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- a pinch of dried ginger (if there is fresh, please - three on a fine grater)
- 1-2 cloves of garlic (you can use a garlic press)

Mix everything, pour the sauce over the wings and mash with your hands. Marinate for at least 2 hours (best of all - a day). Stir occasionally during marinating.

And I really liked the fish. Dry cod turns out so juicy, you will lick your fingers!
I roll it in spices, put the fish in a foil boat, grease it with mayonnaise (or not grease it) + a little grated cheese on top.
+ I really liked the eggplants + tomatoes + peppers + onions (everything is cut in half, the onion is better in quarters so that it can be fried) = warm salad. Delicious! And, and potatoes - if small (peas) are whole, if the size of a large apricot or peach - cut in half.
Cheap and tasty. I do it for 15 minutes, then I see what can be pulled out, if not, I turn it over and another 15 minutes.

I tried it without foil in the lower part of the pan - it takes longer than with foil (shiny part up).
