Ingredients

prunes 10 pieces
cheese 200-300 gr
bacon 100-150 gr

Cooking method

  • Steam 10 prunes, remove the bone, 1-2 slices of cheese cut into cubes in the vacant place, so that they fit in the prunes.
  • 5 strips of bacon, cut each in half and wrap prunes in half, chop on top with a skewer or toothpick.
  • Bake in a grill gas pan for 10-15 minutes.
  • Decorate with lemon wedges.
