Ingredients

Pork neck
mineral water
lemon
onion

Cooking method

  • Cut the collar across into pieces, like into chops, 3-3.5 cm thick, cut each piece into 3 pieces. If the neck is large, then four is possible. Cut the onion into half rings, put some of it on the bottom of the container in which you will marinate the kebab. Cut the lemon into slices, put a few slices on the onion, then the meat, barbecue spices, etc. in layers. Fill with mineral water so that everything is covered with water. Leave on for four hours. Then take out the meat, add salt, put it on the grid of the frying pan.
  • Line the bottom of the pan with foil, shiny side up. Place the pan on the stove, close the lid, turn on the gas and let the pan heat up for about 3-4 minutes. Then install the grill with meat. But this requires a certain skill, so as not to burn yourself. To avoid trouble, the grill with meat can be placed in a cold frying pan and then cooked. When the pan is hot, reduce heat to medium and fry the meat for 15-20 minutes on one side, then open the lid, turn the meat over, close the lid and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
