Baking powder must be mixed with flour.
It is in the recipe for the honey cake that Vinnichanka baked that the rise and fluff is achieved when the soda is quenched with honey, in this particular recipe do not mix the baking powder with which there will be no sense.
Arnica
Right. Apparently this recipe only needs soda.

Girls, I ordered a dex bread maker in Dexline and talked to the seller, whether he told me the truth or not, but our 60th Dexik will no longer be there, the Philips company bought the rights to it. So, who wants to have some leftovers from other stores. But the price went up because of this.
Girls, what about the saucepan, then it turns out that you can't buy a spare one?
ptashka
you can buy,
now, I think, and then it will be possible,
phillips will not redo the structure, why change a good product ??,
the name will change to Phillips, maybe the design is a little bit and that's it.
Lasunya
In this thread, more than a year ago, they wrote the same thing that Phillips bought and will not be anymore, they are simply imported in batches, at first there is panic, nowhere, they were dismantled, then they were brought in, there are many cheaper in all stores.
ledi
Lena, what shops do you mean? Uvas is a bigger city, maybe you have. We do not have Dex's company at all, probably have not heard of this. A friend here does not risk ordering through the online store, she went to the store to bring it under the order, they said that it would cost 1200. Obviously, they threw 200gr for the delivery. And from online stores, the cheapest is Dexline and not cheaper, and all the others are more expensive (those that I saw)
Lika_n
in the photo session with a discount of 922gr .. and there are many representative offices in other cities (not advertising. I don’t work there) there is a discount card :)) ... I can :)) ...

Good afternoon everyone! I decided to buy MV Dex 60. and they are removed from production, so I think then to take the 65th model, maybe someone has reviews about it, and most importantly, the recipes of the 60th model are suitable for the 65th. Thanks in advance for the info!
Read about DEX 65 here:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=304590.0
And the recipes are suitable not only with DEX 60.

Well, you read for the 65th what are the problems with the Buckwheat and Rice regime? There are no such people in the 60s. And in general, the forum has as many pages as no other MB.
Arnica
We gave a 65th to a relative three weeks ago. Before buying, I read about it on the forum, I liked this MV. And two weeks later they began to describe the problems and "dances with tambourines". Now I'm afraid to call and ask how it works

I just want to understand why it is better or still buy the 65th
Well, the fact that the saucepan is one and a half times heavier and thicker in it, I would take it for one thing. And secondly, the Dex 60 is a proven tested model, and the Dex 65 is not yet known, although it seems to be almost a copy, but I'm afraid that inside they saved not only on a saucepan. This is the economy version of Dex 60. It is, of course, too early to judge this, it has just started to be sold, with time it will only become clear. I would also take the 60th, but only right away with an additional saucepan and a removable lid, because they too may soon disappear from sale along with the Dex 60. Then don't buy them. Dexa has a 24-month warranty. If you buy a Dex 60 and something happens during this period, and the 60s will no longer be, then the money will be returned or it will be possible to take the Dex 65 already, or maybe the Dex 70 will appear by that time. Just before buying with the store, discuss the details of the exchange. Where to put a broken cartoon - to them, to a store (or an online store) or they will say - to a service center, as some are cunning. In general, all the nuances must be clarified before buying.
olina20
Oyb girls have still read the epic for dex 65, something has already decided to buy it. And the ice cream maker also sounds tempting as a gift. I'll probably listen to you and order the 60th. By the way, in one online store they told me about Maggio 409, no one has heard of this
baggio
Good evening. The DMC-60 is indeed discontinued under the DEX trademark. Most likely, there will be no pots under 60 either. The 65th and 55th models are produced by another plant and the quality is still difficult to assess. I think 60s on sale will disappear by the new year. I know that they are definitely in the photo shoot, by the way, already 1030 UAH without a discount, in the metro supermarket 1099, for 1007 UAH, and I did not check those in which the price is inadequate (over 1200 UAH).
Mona1
Lisenok_828 , well, how is your cartoon, figured out, now everything is ok with steam? And then we tried to figure it out together, but you disappeared, so we did not understand what the reason was. Did you get the job done, or is it the same?

And one more difference: in the 60th the countdown on the "steam" program starts from the boiling time, and not immediately, as in the 65th.
olina20
Girls, today they advised me Magio 409 with a 5 liter ceramic bowl. plus there is deep fat, again I don’t know what to do, there are few reviews about it because it’s a novelty, and there are no recipes, it really confuses me. I don’t know what to do. And the most important argument is that it is also cheaper than 735 grams.
Lozja
olina20, I think you are a paid poster on the forum. If you made a mistake, sorry.
It's just that I don't understand what you want to hear from the owners of another multicooker. At what you want very persistently, because you have already been told that they do not know anything about such a slow cooker.

Advise what to do
Well, you have already been advised here - Dex 60. Another is unlikely to be offered here, so here we are all in love with our Dexic, and nobody has used MAGIO here, how can we compare them. You should try to decide yourself, read our reviews about Dex and look for reviews about MAGIO
here at least there is a thread on our forum
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=305016.0

And so, to which, of course, the soul will fall, then take it. Only Dex is more expensive after all for a reason. Yes, I would take it for one program Milk porridge. And also, by the way, there is a languor mode, you can use it for jellied meat. And that cartoon does not have these modes. Perhaps they make dairy porridge in some other modes, read, compare, ask the girls questions about it yourself in Temka.

It's just that you have already been answered about this Maggio. And you ask again, what have the owners of a completely different model. You'd better contact Temka about the choice of a multicooker.
olina20
Girls, it's me again about the multi, what can I say, I definitely decided to take Dex, now it's 60 or 65, the price is almost the same. I wanted to ask those who have 65th, do they all have this problem with buckwheat and rice modes? Thanks to those who respond.

I bought a dex 60 today. I decided to try to make a zebra cupcake according to a recipe from a book. I just didn't understand in the book the recipe was written in glasses and at the bottom there was a clarification that the glass was 1 glass-250gr. and in the native glass less. tell me how to measure
Arnica
I usually take a multi-glass. But if it is agreed that = 250g, then take it

I already wrote that they gave me the 65th and I'm upset, it would be better if I took the 60th. Here is "almost the same price" and confused.
In short, take the Dex-60.

I am happy with my Dexik. A couple of times the pastry was lame (through my fault), but everything is fine. I even baked bread. And Grechka checked the program specially after all the debates, it works well, the crumbly porridge is tasty. I boast, bought another bread maker and also chose Dex. Today I baked for the first time, I have not tasted it yet. And in appearance - everything worked out

oh, peas - this is how hard a case for me
well, firstly, you need to soak the peas, preferably overnight
cook it on the Stew program - but watch out, as the peas foam and tend to run away , and it cooks for a long time - 2-2.5 hours
I cooked peas a couple of times in a cartoon and then swore it out now I do it in SCV
but maybe I come across such peas
still peas are somehow cooked with soda - I didn't cook like that
Mona1
Irisha, can you try it with a postponement during the languor, don't you think? There, the heating is gradual, it may not run away, but during the delay it will just soak.

Of course it is possible!

In general, this is my main bread made from wheat flour, everyday - the weight of bread is 950 g.

Liquid (I bake in water) 360 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp (from HP)
Apple cider vinegar - 1 hour l.
Wheat flour 640 g
Sugar 1st. l. (from HP)
Salt - 1 tsp (from HP)
Yeast - if dry - 1 tsp. (I baked on Saf-Moment or Fermipan), if fresh - 11-12 g (if using a safe method), 8g (if you make a dough)

Mercy !!! I will make half a portion in a pressure cooker
And to dilute the yeast separately in water or mix everything at once?
irysska
And yeast
If we use dry, pour it onto flour, if fresh, yes, I always dissolve it in water.
Lately I've been doing it on dough.

And especially for Aina photo session of freshly taken out bread, dough, 8 g of fresh yeast

Hello girls! The reason was the multicooker marriage. That is, there was something like a curve cover and did not close the case as it should. She walked all over. the guarantee for the cartoon was found by the relatives of a friend and we safely took it to the service. Now I have a new Deksyusha

Please tell me what this magic mat for making yoghurt is and where you can buy it,
I want to make portioned yogurt for the first time.
Snusmumrik
It is not in the least magical, usually a silicone stand, its whole function is to prevent the yogurt jars from scratching the saucepan. They are either bought ready-made, round, or cut out to the shape of the bottom from baking rugs. In general, you can put a cloth napkin on the bottom - cheap and cheerful!

I'm just mastering the miracle technique for the second day, but I have plans like Napoleon, I praise myself that I bought a Dexik 60,
I have lyuboffff with her at first sight.

By the way, nothing complicated) I did it the first time. pounded milk with sourdough, added sugar, freshly grated strawberries and poured everything into baby food jars. I poured water into a multicooker saucepan up to the hangers of jars, turned on the yogurt mode and went to bed. in the morning ready-made yogurt for breakfast. my son immediately begged 3 jars))) by the way, I have such a rug, it costs only 12 UAH, but put it on the bottom - and the saucepan does not scratch. Good luck to you!

It seems to me that sugar, strawberries, etc. are better added to the finished yogurt, after all, the leaven does not imply the addition of anything but milk ..
I use ordinary parchment for baking - I cut it out and put it on the bottom of the mold, and put the jars on top .. because I have a negative attitude to cheap silicone.

I always add everything at once And everything always worked out. And the sugar dissolved normally and the milk was saturated with strawberries. I love

It's a matter of taste, of course, if you cook it as a dessert, then yes, you can do it this way too ..
I cook for the child and for me the usefulness is first of all important, because the leaven is living bacteria, and they should interact only with milk.

And I decided to make full use of the functionality and equipment of the multicooker for making yogurt. And instead of rugs, napkins and other things, everything worked out great for me on the lower double boiler.
Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)]
I didn't pour water. I put 7 jars from my yogurt maker there without straining (the volume of one is 160 ml). Measured the temperature at the end of the process. Sourdough - GoodFood. I make it in a yogurt maker at 38 degrees. It seemed to me that the yogurt maker came out better. For this leaven, in general, according to the instructions, 38-40 degrees. So 40 multi-cookers seem to be suitable, but at least 39 would be better. Maybe next time I'll try to insulate the sides and bottom with a cardboard box.
In general, I don't use cartoons for making yoghurts, my yogurt maker suits me, I just experimented for a friend who recently bought Deksika, and the most interesting thing was what would happen on a double boiler.
In terms of height, the lid closed well, the height of the jars was enough. They are as tall as a normal cup. So you can put, if there are no ordinary cups, 5 pieces are enough for a liter of milk + sourdough. Cover the cups with suitable plastic lids. (Or it's easier to look for cups that fit standard lids)

I read about chocolate on boiling water and was upset ...
I have had a Dexic 60 for 1.5 years,
and what I want to say - my DEX bakes badly !!
chocolate on boiling water - generally a slime slime.
the condensate does not even drip, but flows like a stream onto the baked goods, the center of the baking sags.

only biscuits and curds are obtained, because they are wet.
the rest of the baked goods, where kefir is used in the recipe, or milk or melted butter, are not baked at all.
I've tried a million times, I'm meticulous about how everyone will succeed, but I won't.

I went further - I baked on baking for 1 hour, then I baked it manually at a rate of 150 degrees - 40 minutes - and still - the crust is already crunchy and hard, but inside it is not clear what.

after such a period and an endless number of attempts, at first I was considering buying a second cartoon - Panasonic, so that for sure,
and then I thought a little, cooled down - and decided that it would be better to buy an oven and I would normally bake and bake with a crust, and did not suffer ...
Or maybe I'll buy an airfryer (while I'm deciding).

In all other respects, there are no complaints, Dexic is smart. and Yogurt, and cereals, and milk and languor, and stewing, and soups - I cook everything constantly.
I catch myself thinking that I come to the gas stove less and less ...
so convenient and quick to cook ...

about baking - I had already removed the valve so that the steam would come out and not drip onto the baked goods ... it still doesn't work.
so I said to myself - "EVERYTHING, stop suffering! I need to buy another special device, which is intended for baking ..."

And I was the first to have a Panasonic cartoon (already the 3rd year), and after it I bought DEKH I love both of them, I can't imagine how one could do without them! But! There is a division of labor - in Panas I bake tender pastries (although DEKH also bakes normally) - biscuits, charlottes, muffins. Buckwheat porridge on "buckwheat" I also like Panas more. But "extinguishing" is definitely in Dex! Much faster with the same result! And pilaf - the meat is definitely softer, and the program goes faster. Well, about "Hot" - there is no competition at all, in my opinion, not a single cartoon gives 180 *, like Dex. Yeast baked goods - immediately in 2. There is an electric oven, but I use it once a year. A gas oven is also very rare. There is an airfryer - specific pastries - shortbread baskets, croissants from frozen dough, brown the top in multi baked goods. Well, for meat and fish dishes with a crust -! So - having all the devices you listed, I will say this - first Panas, then the cheapest AG (but with a magnifying ring and with lattices!).
Lozja
ptashka, it looks like you have a faulty multicooker. On the Baking, the upper heating element must work, which does not allow condensation to form. It just can't be on Bakery. By the way, in manual mode, this heating element does not turn on, as far as I know.

What a delicious pizza! Poke me into the recipe!
The recipe for a simple jellied pizza - I make from any milk that is in the refrigerator, mix kefir with an egg, flour, salt, soda, grease the bottom of the bowl with vegetable oil, pour the dough, in consistency like sour cream. For the first time I decided to bake a little before putting the filling, but the effect is not the same. This time everything was as it should be - I poured out the dough, filled in the filling - I had boiled sausage - a piece remained from Olivier, pickled mushrooms, olives, tomato and cheese. I don't like to grate cheese - I cut it into slices and laid it out 10 minutes before completion. Baked on baking for 30 minutes. It comes out perfectly, the aroma is amazing, and while warm it is tasty and when it cools down.
