I hesitate to ask, Irusik, but who eats it there, a loaf a day?
Beautiful bread! And I now bake white pastries (bread, rolls) in SV, I like it more from there. And rye bread is better in cartoon. In.

Girls, and today I baked "Amazing lavash" in Deksika according to the recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=101976.0... There are really no pictures - they ate it instantly! But it turned out great! No worse than the recipe. After kneading, the dough was tempered on "Yoghurt" for 40 minutes, then "Pastry" for 45 minutes. on one side, 20 min. another. And today I put the dough on the 1st gingerbread house.

Hello! I bake sponge cake only on baking powder, I take "Dr. Oetteker". I don't add soda - I don't like the smell. For 4 eggs, a glass of sugar and a glass of flour, I put 1 teaspoon.

If you're going to do it for Catholic Christmas, then yes, it's time! On the other hand, last year I baked for the New Year, and they ate them only in February. They (gingerbread) should ripen, and this is from 3 weeks (we determine the readiness by smell - they begin to smell very, very strongly of spices and become soft). I have a daughter in late October I brought Christmas gingerbread and a German gingerbread house from Warsaw - so the shelf life is right up to April! So - it is quite possible to do - let such beauty please us longer!

That Cho is already there, ask. It means, so: the smaller half for mom and dad, the larger half for sandwiches for work, and at home (of which one must have 1 sandwich of 2 slices of bread for Sobakovich in the garage).

And I don't bake rye - I buy myself, I don't like homemade

oh, tell us, in more detail, how you steamed the dough in the MV, you turned on the Yogurt program, put the dough in, closed the lid and that's it ... 40C - isn't it hot for proofing?
Prus - 2
Absolutely normal, the dough is great at 40 *, the "Yogurt" mode does not go into heating (although we do not let it stand for 8 hours). The only thing is to make sure that the dough does not rest on the lid and does not stick - I did it once - I thought I could not open it at all, only on the third attempt it worked!
Varenka
Oh, you have infected me, girls, with bread ... I’m still waiting when we finish the store to bake ours.
In the meantime, I dabbled:
1. I cooked millet porridge in milk and a little 10 minutes before the end I started to spray from the valve. I opened it and everything is ok. Kashka turned out like in childhood
2.Yesterday there were unexpected guests - I tried a pizza like liquid, but while I poured the dough and cut the filling, the dough quickly grabbed and the filling did not enter the dough, but lay on top. They cut and all the filling crumbled. From now on, I will first cut the filling, and then make the dough and pour everything at once. But everyone really liked it. The dough is soft, like a pancake.
3. Croissants were baked with my daughter from ready-made puff yeast dough. Very fast. While the borscht is eaten and the croissants are ready for tea)
4. I plan to put the yoghurt in jars while looking for suitable sizes)) Is it possible with glass lids?

And the usual 0.5 liters will not suit you? 4 pieces are included (you need to get used to it), and 3 pieces without any problems at all
Taia
I make yoghurt in regular 250 ml cups, I can't find suitable jars. The pot holds 4 cups. Then when the yogurt is cooked and cooled down, I cover the cups with ordinary plastic lids, they sit tightly, and I put them in the refrigerator.
vesna04
I am making yogurt in 7 cans of "Karapuz" baby food ..
Varenka
Thank you girls for the advice and your own reports. I was just thinking to take jars from baby food. And about the usual half-liter and did not guess. I was embarrassed by their size, they are tall, although in the cartoon is 3d warming up. I'll try this and that))
CurlySue
Varenka, I put 4 half-liter cans, we get it very conveniently - 1 can for two with my husband.
By the way, here on the forum I read somewhere and lately this is the only way I do it: I put dried plums or dried apricots there for 5 hours before meals. During this time, it swells and becomes very tasty natural yoghurt, to which you don't even need to add sugar. For lovers of sweets, you can add 1 teaspoon of honey.
Lasunya
At first I also thought about which jars to adapt, I don’t like a half-liter one, a lot to one, but to divide is not the same consistency, the beautiful density of yogurt is broken, so I also came to the food jars, bought juices, drank them and now they are wonderful jars. Now I make yoghurt without water, just on a rug, it turns out much better, I do it manually at 40 degrees.
Lasunya
Today I made sour cream in Dexica, now I will never buy it, it's just a delicious fairy tale. I took cream of 18 percent fat, it is possible and more, who wants what sour cream, for 0.5 l of cream 100 g of fermented baked milk or sour cream, mix well, in a cartoon mat, I closed the jar with a lid, did not pour water into the bowl, for 10 hours for manual 40 degrees, at the end in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, then mix very well, it turns out great.

The biggest (and significant!) Difference in the boundary temperature in Dex 60 is 180 *, and this is significant! There are no other cartoons with such characteristics - in Ukraine!
I understand that this will affect the quality in the "Fry" mode. Or in some other modes? How often do you need such a high temperature?
Prus - 2
It is "Frying" that I have a very demanded mode. I hardly use a frying pan - only for pancakes and steaks. Well, the pasties - they are big. And everything else - I fry in Dex - the stove is clean! conveniently! does not burn! And the rest of me and Panasonic-18 suited. I could have bought the 2nd, but Dex - 60 captivated me!

I will also knock on the branch of the DEX DMC-60 owners. So what else does the DEX DMC-60 do better than the DEX DMC-55?
Well, I'll start Dexica 60:
1.excellent milk porridge program
2.Excellent stewing program
3.the saucepan is really great
4.Cartoon tested by 2 years of testing
5. Manual mode
6. Not touch control - for me personally it is + and more convenient

I am very pleased with my Dex 60

Hello girls! Take to your ranks! I have a question about my Deksyusha - in the steam mode, the same steam is pouring from all sides from under the lid. Then the screen fogs up. You have to turn it off. Girls what is it? And what to do ??? Maybe I have some kind of curved lid and let steam through?

Well, it's closed for how long it can be done. I've already ordered a new inner cover today - maybe the gum will be denser there. Oh, I just don't know what to do.

Well, why are you in trouble? I got it for nothing, if I understood correctly. Vlipla - this is when new, for money, and the guarantees are dumb.

And if on other programs there is no steam coming out from under the lid, then I don't see any special problems at all. You just won't steam, that's all. This is far from the most basic and running mode of the multicooker.

Or maybe the valve is closed there, so steam is coming out of all the cracks, there is nowhere for it to go? There are slots on the cover on the valve, they should indicate for 2 hours, as it were. Or, in other words, the valve must be turned to the right for this until it stops.

Not sure if reinstalling the valve will help, but hopefully the problem was due to this.

We recently took the 65th with a juicer as a gift. Now in Cheaper with an ice cream maker.
I liked the 65th too (both the saucepan and the plastic). And there are no bad reviews on the forum. We had a choice (bought at the Technojarmark): 60 or 65. The difference in price was 10 UAH. We chose the second one with a juicer.

Lisenok_828, did you put the lid in the cartoon correctly? There is a protruding part (guide) at the bottom of the cover, it needs to be inserted into the groove, and then press the inner cover against the outer one until the latch clicks.I also had this once. Now I am more attentive when I insert the lid. Good luck!

Today for the first time I made yogurt in a multicooker using the dry method - I placed the cups in a saucepan, a rug at the bottom, and started the program. Previously, I always did it in a water bath, that is, I poured warm water into a saucepan and placed cups in it.
If in a water bath I got yogurt in 2.5-3 hours, then by dry method in 4 hours. I will not do this anymore, for a long time, but the result is the same.
but I like it more on dry, I often overheated with water, let a little serum, and on dry dense and completely without serum

Girls, hello! I've baked this biscuit more than once https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=203629.new#new
but I read that it is necessary to put the honey with baking powder to cool before adding it to the beaten eggs. That's what I did yesterday: first I made honey with baking powder on the stove, then set it aside to cool a little. I beat the eggs with sugar, and when I began to pour in the honey mass, I noticed that there was only foam on top, and liquid honey below. Further it is even more interesting: the honey in the egg mass became sugar-coated, began to flop around the bowl as a solid lump. She took out a lump and melted it again in a saucepan.
I poured the dough into MV, and when I opened the lid, I couldn't believe my eyes: instead of a beautiful brown biscuit - a pale rubber pancake 4 cm high !!!
Now I don’t understand what’s wrong: either you don’t need to cool the honey mixture, but pour it in immediately, or do it on soda ??? After all, I used to do it on soda, but yesterday I decided to try it with baking powder ...
Or is it my cartoon being kicked out?

Girls, and another question: when a biscuit is baked, on top of it opposite the place where the valve is, there is a wet spot on the surface of the biscuit, the size of a five-kopeck coin. Does everyone have it?

The honey was not so much sugared as it became the same consistency as from a jar, as if it had not been brewed.

do you remember my Zebra? that's exactly how it was on the baking powder.

Precisely because of the baking powder.
Baking powder would not be brewed, and if you replace baking powder in baking, then increase the portion by about three times (1 teaspoon of baking soda = 3 teaspoons of baking powder).

I remember your "zebra", but I make all the biscuits on "Dr. Oetker" baking powder, I never had any problems. But, apparently, the baking powder does not behave at all like that when brewed with honey.

You are right, it is soda that needs to be extinguished with honey, there will be no such reaction with baking powder, that's why the pancake is.
