Happy! Cook, fry, bake ....... And here I am, bringing home a gift brand for my retired mother, sitting in the night, secretly cooking a lemon. I plan to give the cartoon in another 20 days, but I really try it hot, what a "beast" it is. Now I will experiment at night while the old woman is sleeping. Girls, there is no smell. The cup smelled a bit, but I washed it in a product and boiled it with a couple of lemon. It's funny this way: something clicks there, squeaks ......... and I sit, food with this unit.
I bought it yesterday in the Technopark, that is, from the dealers of our Dear Supplier, the goods are not stale there, so the batches are fresh and, as Elena Br said, not flavored with smoke (I fully confirm!). It was funny to see the sellers who released the goods: they smiled almost laughing. It turns out that today they have the 3rd for this model.

Ladies, congratulate the new MV Brand adept
And your newbie advice is needed! I test modes, mainly dairy - porridge and yogurt, results:
1) Milk porridge 60 min - rice, milk "Clear meadow" - milk, I don't even know how to describe it correctly, probably stratified or curdled a little (it became heterogeneous, grains appeared) and 5 mst of milk per 1 mst of rice turned out to be a lot
2) Milk porridge 30 min - rolled oats, milk "Yasniy lug" - great! The porridge is not thick, not liquid, very tasty and right for breakfast
3) Yogurt without boiling for 6 hours - milk "Lianozovskoe" 1 liter, a jar of Immunele with blueberries)) - yogurt turned out, but liquid - I like this even more, although I wanted to see a different result in the miracle casserole
4) The biggest disappointment - yogurt with boiling for 6 hours - homemade cow's milk about a liter + a jar of Actimel without additives - again a slightly curdled mass, even on a plastic lid .... What's wrong? How do you get what you want?
Good day.
Congratulations on your purchase
I read your message and understand that the problem is mainly in milk, there are no comments on the operation of the modes. I myself recently bought sterilized milk and it curdled when cooking porridge. It turned out to be sour, although I just opened the package.

If the yoghurt is liquid, I recommend lengthening the cooking time next time.

Once I tasted the Yasny Lug milk (by the way, it is cheap and this is suggestive) in a milk cooker. It escaped from the water bath. I don't buy it anymore, because apparently it contains some kind of additives.

Hello.
I became the owner of 37502 a week ago. Before that, I cooked in a small Panasik, and when we arrived at the dacha, I realized that I could no longer live without a cartoon, and in the city it seems to be needed too, well, I don’t carry it with me on weekends. And Panasik is good just as the first man. I want more further. The model chose more for the price. I want to especially note that for such a cost, the Brandika functionality amazed.
Even in the city I tried all the new programs for me Yoghurt, Slowing, Dough. Delightfully. I cooked a couple of milk porridge, a casserole. Impeccable, better than in Panasika (which I never expected).
And here we are at the dacha. And oops.
My favorite mode is Plov. I did the second thing on it - I cooked beans, stewed vegetables, frozen vegetables, all side dishes, meatballs, cooked potatoes (it can be put on hold, but not boiling). A favorite mode, where you didn't have to think and calculate the proportions and think about the time - the water evaporated - the program turned off, where you just had to think whether you wanted a stewed product (more water) or crisp (less water). My beatable mode doesn't work. Potatoes and beans are floating in a slurry, vegetables are stewed ...
At first I thought "it can't be a marriage" and got together to the service center, then I decided to study the forum and realized that evaporation here was replaced by a program similar to milk porridge, but with heating at the end, like pilaf in Panasika. But this heating does nothing if the liquid is not evaporated and the products float.
In general, there is no limit to disappointment. I will change the model.
Help with the answer. Brand is terribly to my heart. Does 37501 have evaporation programs? Then definitely he. And Panasik can go to his sister.

I did pilaf in both Panasonic and Brand (Rice mode). With the same execution, the result is the same. Can you pour a lot of water?

Thank you, Elena.
You are right, with the same more correct proportions, everything will turn out equally well. But pour water 1: 5 (this is of course not relevant for pilaf and rice, but for pearl barley just right) or 1:10 (this is already simple, in theory) and Brandik will turn off after an hour with cereals floating in the water, and Panasik will plow two-three-five until the water evaporates and, without frying, turns off.
And stewed zucchini (I love without broth), so it will evaporate the released water and stop.
The same with beans. You do not need to experimentally calculate the proportions, time - everything will come true by itself, the water will evaporate, the beans will not burn, whether you guessed it or not.
Yes, a monument should be erected to the person who came up with this program.
And Brandik's instructions say the pilaf program - 60 minutes. That is, it worked, at the end the temperature increased (there is water there or has not been there for a long time - it does not matter) and turned off.
This is exactly how everything happens with me (both on the express and on the standard and on the pilaf), so I cannot present any claims to the manufacturer:
- Where does it say about evaporation ???? Nowhere. There's no such thing. What makes you think that it should be. - They will answer and they will be right.
Otherwise, I repeat, the device is flawless.

And I naively believed that in Brands sensory programs are the same as in Panasonic ........ I have always considered this to be the main advantage of multicooker and told everyone about it. Many have already bought 502 on my advice and many are waiting for 501. I hope they will not beat me to understand what and how it really is ...

No no. This is not true. You are probably using one proportion of cereal: water. Standard. For example, 1: 1 or 1: 1.5.
Mr. Pokhlebkin (I respect this genius immensely) recommends to cook barley porridge according to Peter's recipe. And there the ratio is 1:10. (although this is a milk version) and cook it for 5-6 hours.
Pour this (or 1: 5) proportion into Panasik and Brand and Brand will turn off in an hour, having an undercooked cereal soup in a saucepan, and Panasik will work not for a fixed time, but for as many hours (about 4 in this version) as it takes to there was absolutely no water left in the saucepan, but only crumbly boiled porridge.
The options for using this mode are countless. It suits the club-handed, lazy (no need to think), beginners ...

Here vernisag understood me. This program is touch sensitive.
And all my words are just to ask if anyone knows from their own experience that 37501 has a pilaf program for evaporation or for a while.
There, judging by the instructions, just for evaporation, since the program time is not given (as in 37502), but it is said that it depends on the amount of water.

Girls, I was also very surprised yesterday that your PLOV (according to the idea of a rice program) only works for an hour. Usually, in multicooker rice cookers, the rice modes are all (and there are usually more than one) just until the liquid has completely evaporated. I have it in all multicooker. They have no time on the display (because the pan decides when to turn off)

For this, sobsno, Japan and China are so confused on these pans - while she cooks and decides when to turn off, they work.

Can you still have such a regime? and you just don't know

I have 3 rice modes in Liberton - standard, brown and fast. And it's all about him

Dear girls. Let's ask Elena Br.

Elena, please reply to us on the previous discussion topic (started last night). Does the 37502 have to run on steamed cereals?
Maybe I'm really misunderstanding something?
Personal request. Tell me if the pilaf mode for evaporation still works in 37501, or only for a while, otherwise I don't know what to change my not-too-dacha-successful purchase for.
Today I cooked borsch, gingerbread, cabbage rolls, mango syrup. All the same, what a smart girl. Maybe I should make friends with Panasik?
Yes, it seems, two are not needed. I wish I had one ....... perfect.

I absolutely agree with you. Pearl barley, if in Pokhlebkin (milk) I cook in a steam bath or in an airfryer. She gave an example only to explain to the girls what I mean by evaporation (it was just that pearl barley seemed to be the most moisture-intensive), yes, you see, it was tongue-tied, everyone understood that I was cooking like that.
And I want, for example, my 12-year-old loafing over the overflow of an extra glass of water in a cartoon through thoughtlessness, getting not rice soup, but rice, albeit slightly overcooked.
This is also just an example. Not that I want to cook pilaf: a glass for a bucket.

It is also convenient to cook potatoes on the sensor. Yesterday I cooked on pilaf, boom water (glass), salt, sl. butter and went about her business. All the water has boiled away, and the potatoes are slightly fried from the bottom - delicious. I didn’t look in the bathroom for a while. But this is Panasonic, I hope it will be so in 501.

If in Panas, as well as on the stove, pilaf can be cooked in a 1: 2 ratio, then in Brand it is no-no. You can cook no more than 1: 1.5. The brand DOES NOT VAPORATE the water, I wrote about this at the beginning of the year, when, by inertia, I cooked the first "pilaf" with my proportions. A few days ago on the program "Krupa" Express vegetables (zucchini + eggplant) were in the form of soup. Due to the fact that all attention was paid to baking bread, I did not follow the condition of the vegetables.

About maruchi - I don't know, the viscount - yes, there is no smell, but I would not recommend this cartoon to anyone.
Brand - at first it "smells" (sometimes this first time is delayed), but then the smell will disappear anyway. The food does not smell, but in terms of functionality, it is very even.

Good day.
I would like to say a few more words about the very smell, about which much has been written. The technology for applying the outer coating of the bowl has been changed. And this completely eliminates contamination on the heating element, and as a result - the absence of odor during burning. There have already been two batches of Brand 37502 multicooker with the indicated changes.
