Pasteurized buttermilk, the recipe contained 1.5 cups of milk and 1.5 cups of water, but if done with pure milk, it won't curl?
Elena Bo
Take sterilized or ultra-pasteurized milk to be sure that it does not turn sour when heated.
Store-bought milk is not very nutritious anyway, it makes no sense to dilute it with water.

Whoa! Why so many body movements? Is it just that the Plov program doesn't work? I haven't had time to try it yet.
It will work out. With the correct water / rice ratio.

Thanks, I'll try without water. So it turns out that my milk just sour? I just wanted to put yogurt, but now I'm worried that the same thing will turn out as with porridge

Ametistik , I cook porridge with water 50:50. Everything turns out fine. What you have sour is only milk wine. Try changing your brand. I make on Prostokvashin. Good luck.

I already had experience when, out of habit and by communication with Panasonic, I poured 2 volumes of liquid, in the "Krupa" Standard mode I received porridge with meat. As it was later confirmed, Brand does not completely evaporate the liquid, as Panas does.
Have you tried the Plov mode? Reduce the amount of water? Judging by the plate in the instructions, it just evaporates.

So it seems to me too :-) One of these days I'm trying. 1: 1 - yes? If standard with pork / lamb.

I do 3 \ 4m. from. tons of rice - 1m. Art. water. I pre-steam the rice with boiling water. Only for lamb 1 hour may not be enough IMHO.
Gasha
And I cook 1 cubic meter of rice for 1.5 cubic meters of water on the express cereal mode. Then I let it stand for 10-15 minutes under the lid

THX! In Panas, on the Plov mode, it was normal with lamb. Maybe it still depends on meat? I take the pulp on a famous street :-)

Yul, of course, depends. Here it will turn out no worse than in Panasonic.

I don't even doubt it. So far, everything is working out great! Yesterday we made pumpkin casserole, different yoghurts, rice porridge, fish soup.

Judging by the plate it evaporates on all "Krupa", but in reality - on "Krupa" Express for 2 cycles I cooked excellent potatoes in cheese and sour cream sauce, so that there was still sauce in the pan. But in Panas on "Grech", would you risk doing it?

In Panas, I did a similar thing on Plov, with cream, only I just didn't need the sauce to remain.
I have not received an answer to my question :-)

I want to report on my mule, for those choosing, I made charlotte, yogutra, soup and milk porridge. Everything turned out fine, the charlotte did not burn, the milk porridge did not run away and also boiled the milk for the function of boiling yogurt. The smell was not very good. strong, kept the mule open for several days, now only on baking a little at all .. The pan is beyond praise, a silicone spatula is only needed and that's it. I set the yogurt for six hours, but opened the multi after seven, for an hour it stood closed (it was too lazy to get up in the morning), very dense consistency, I'm happy, now I'm thinking where to put my yogurt maker. By the way, for milk porridge I took ordinary pasteurized milk in a bag, the whole problem when rolling the resin is in its freshness, that's for sure. When I made porridge in a pressure cooker, the milk curdled when it was not the first freshness, and if fresh it was always normal.

My slow cooker is almost two months old. Immediately alerted by the smell of sealing (I wanted to write silicone, but silicone does not smell) of the parts on the lid. But after reading the forum I believed that it would soon disappear. I kept the lid open, boiled it, soaked it ...
He certainly became weaker, but did not leave at all.
And this is not the smell of food, because it is always the same, no matter what was cooked.
At first I cooked a lot in it, I thought that with frequent use, the smell would disappear faster. True, I did not use the delay function so that the products did not absorb the smell. And the multicooker was bought with great hope for this function.
For the past two weeks, the unit has been pushed into a corner: the family refuses to eat food prepared in it because of this smell.
The firm - the seller offered to bring and hand over the multicooker for examination for three weeks. But it is difficult for me to do this, since the company is located in a remote area, and our working hours are the same. Yes, and I'm not very sure of the positive results, because you can neither see nor touch the smell ...
Here's a sad story of wasted money
For those who are currently puzzled by the choice, I don't even know what to advise ...
Gasha
rimmma, in my Brandick the smell was also very long. I will advise you - do not close it with a lid in between cooking ... Now, after five months there is no smell, but I still do not close it with a lid ... But the second Brand, bought a week earlier, the smell disappeared immediately after boiling with lemon...

In all other respects, it is super! Don't push it into the corner, please ...
rimmma
She can also be ventilated in the corner.
But if they do not want to eat this food, then why transfer the products?
And to wait 5 months is a lot!
I believe that objects that come into contact with food should not have their own odors initially

I have a cartoon for three weeks, I cooked for the first time and the smell was quite strong. And then there was a smell only on baked goods, at the very beginning of the regime, but the food did not smell. And now there is no smell at all! Apparently someone is as lucky! And today my mother bought a cartoon, so there was no smell at once ...

I also had a smell first, but this did not affect the quality and smell of food ...
now subtle ...

Mine two months later, too, now does not smell very much, but the ODOR SHOULD NOT BE! absolutely. For my family, even a small scent was enough to stop using multi.
I bought mine in early January. Probably in the next batch, the material used for sealing was replaced, now they do not smell.
Decent manufacturers in such cases recall the entire batch of low-quality products, but this is not about Russia ...

Good afternoon, Rimma.
The purchased device must be used, and not removed to the far corner, otherwise why did they buy it.
So if the problem exists, let's face it.
First, identify the source of the odor. If you are sure that the problem is in the silicone gasket, then send us the removable cover plate, and we will send you a new one in return. The address can be viewed on the website of our company.
But perhaps the source of the unpleasant smell is a heating element (such cases were in the early batches of this multicooker model). Rather, the presence of industrial lubricant on the heating element. When operating at high temperature modes, the grease burns and a smell appears, which will disappear over time. If this is the problem, we will send another heating element to the nearest service center and have it replaced.
Check everything again, and I look forward to your response for further action.
rimmma
Elene Br.
Thank you for your attention to my problem.
The heating element is okay.
The smell is absolutely accurate from the pads. But replacing the removable cover will not solve the problem as there is also a gasket in the main cover around the valve mounting hole. Therefore, it seems that you cannot do without a service desk.
But, if you need to make sure that the smell from the gaskets, then I can send a removable cover.

Rimma, you don't need to send anything.
We will send spare silicone spare parts to the St. Petersburg service center. parts. You contact them, and the workers will replace these parts for you.
Send me your contact details for the service center in a personal message.

Girls, I’m reading, and frankly I don’t even understand what kind of smell I’m talking about, maybe I was just lucky with the cartoon, but right after the purchase when they opened the box, there was a smell of new technology, but after boiling water, even without lemon, no strangers There are no smells from her, except for the smell of the food that she is currently preparing, so I am insanely happy with the purchase, although it is not very often possible to cook in it now, but everything I did (except the first experience with porridge) turned out perfectly, and from rice from her all my household is delighted, they are ready to eat it constantly and without everything
Leyz
I bought it today after reading the reviews here. Nice thing.
No smell
I smelled for a long time, everywhere - it does not smell.
Before the first cooking, all removable parts are well washed. She did not boil any lemon, immediately began to cook porridge. Everything is fine, nothing but food does not smell. I was, apparently, also lucky.
I did not immediately understand what kind of small gray spare part (it is not written about it anywhere), then I realized that it was for a spoon - to cling to the side.
Well, here I am gladly joined the number of owners and testers of Brand 37502.
Leyz
Good morning!!!
Omela, thanks for the kind words!
I now constantly look at this forum and am guided by the "acquired experience" of the local members of the forum.
I hope that over time I will be able to make my useful contribution.

The first problem appeared.
Set to make baked milk, 1 liter, put on "stewing". After a couple of minutes, something began to click strangely, then strong steam came from the valve, and then milk foam began to crawl out of the valve.
I got scared, turned it off, opened it, wiped everything and put it on "languor".
Something I, apparently, am doing wrong ...

Look at the temperature conditions in the instructions. It says that the Extinguishing is 95-100 degrees. Naturally, the milk ran. If you need to bring to a boil, that is, the Yogurt with boiling mode or Porridge. There milk will not run away.
Leyz

Elena Bo, thank you for your support!
I read the instructions from cover to cover and I very much doubted about "extinguishing". But, after reading the topic about cooking baked milk, I decided to try it. I thought that a small volume of 1 liter would not rise too high and would not "run away".

But how can you make the milk melted? Leave it on languor or is there another way?
mamba
Leyz, I have a sister, 37501, I don't know how the modes coincide, so I'll just tell you how I made baked milk. Once I made baked milk for fermented baked milk, made it on Stew, I don't remember exactly if I turned it on right away (probably I put it on at night, in the morning, but then I could first bring it to a boil in Milk porridge). But several times I cooked porridge so that the milk in it turned out to be melted, so there it was exactly that I first warmed up for 15-20 minutes in the Milk porridge mode, and then switched to Stewing for 3 hours (again, I don’t remember exactly the time), you can then leave it still on heating. It is possible that the preheating prevented the "escape". In both cases, excellent baked milk was obtained.
Yes, I also noticed that the upper foam is actively formed after opening the lid at the end of the programs, there was even an idea to try to make varenets, periodically opening the lid, then melting the resulting foam, but the diet regime crossed out the plans and the experiment remained unrealized.
Leyz
Mamba, Thanks for the detailed answer! I will try in different ways, then choose the best option.
I am also on a diet, and my mother ordered the baked milk. Therefore, I want to succeed.

The problem is that I myself have a very vague idea of the technology for making baked milk. Or rather - what temperature conditions must be maintained to make it "correct". This is what I should start from, and then select the modes in the multicooker.

I understand that the high temperature must be constantly maintained for a long time.

Now while I keep my milk on "languishing", it has already cost 5 hours, but there t = 70 degrees, it may not be enough.
mamba
I tried to stomp milk in manual mode at 80, I can't call the experience successful: it means I need a higher temperature. So far, stewing with preheating on Milk porridge seemed to me the most successful option. The milk turned out to be wonderful, with a rich color and taste.
Leyz
I just looked at him, it looks nice, like even a little yellowed and thickened, but it's still far from melted.
Maybe it will be done at 70 grams, in the end, but for a very long time, and this is no longer interesting. Therefore, I changed the mode, if it does not pop out again.
Elena Bo
Girls make baked milk in slow cookers. Long.

I tried to do it in MV, though in Panasonic .. for a long time .. 6 hours .. nothing happened!
