Yes, 5 liters is a convenient universal bowl size. Although, I still want a 3 liter little cartoon ... for one or two servings

Even in a small one, less than 4 servings never work. I always pile food to the eyeballs (I'm incorrigible). And from a five-liter and then at all for weeks the same thing has to be.

Pork tongues.
I washed the frozen pork tongues (did not thaw) and put them in the saucepan of the multicooker. She poured water just to cover her tongues. Added Tasty salt with garlic and herbs. Quenching 2.5 hours. She took it out, cooled it and removed the skin.
I know that the skin is usually removed from hot ones, but after a multicooker, for some reason, it is perfectly removed from cold ones.
Did it 2 times already. It may look ugly, but delicious.

Greetings to all! Came to cry Failed when baking curd casserole. Baking mode 50 min + Warm up 10 min, the lid was opened after 10 min. Fry, slightly lagging towards the center of the barrel. The center is wet and has an unbaked appearance. Flipped onto a plate with a steam insert. The view of the now top of the casserole is on the verge of burnt, besides, the center has still sunk to the depth of a standard shallow plate. Help for the future, plz. Thank you in advance. Where is my mistake? There was no such disgrace in Panaska, but today he was busy.

That's it ... And I say that it is better not to cook such delicate things in the Brand, but to entrust them to Panasonic. My cottage cheese casserole also turned out the same on baked goods. I wanted to try to make it in extinguishing mode, but I forget

I suppose it is better to try on "Krupa" Plov.Regime for a duration of 55 minutes and a temperature at the end of 100-115 for 20 minutes.

Good day.
A scale on the inner wall of the bowl shows the water level when preparing cereals. If you are measuring croup with a measuring cup, then use the CUP scale. If you measure the groats in a liter capacity, then see the scale L. For details, see the instructions on page 9.
The bowl itself has a volume of 5 liters.

Good evening girls!
Immediately I apologize for my stupid question! Help a newbie!
I bought such a slow cooker today, I just opened it, I was going to boil water with lemon, and I read the chapter Preparing for use in the instructions. And there they write: "Before the first use, remove the labels and stickers." Inside the multicooker, on the back wall there is such a sticker: "Attention! After inserting the pan, turn it in a circle ... and so on." Do I need to peel off this sticker? It seems to be designed for a regular reminder, but, on the other hand, the temperature there is high - it will probably melt ...
And at the same time, in what mode is it better to boil water with lemon for the first time?
Thank you

If you are talking about the sticker inside the multicooker, which shows how to insert the bowl, then you DO NOT need to remove it.
But if you took it off, then it's not scary, the main thing is not to forget when inserting the cup, rotate it so that it stands up evenly.

Luysia, thanks for the quick and timely help!
I prepared the pan for work, now I am studying the branch and instructions. Unlike many instructions for Chinese appliances, it seems that this one can be trusted. Well written

You can also believe our recipes. See the list of recipes on the first page of the topic, I think they will help you master the multicooker.
Gibus
Thank you. I believe I have already taken note of several local recipes. But I can't try it yet.
All day today I have been struggling with the smell of chemical burning. Several times I boiled water with lemon, rosemary, mint on the Pastry. It became much better, but it is still felt ... Even the thought flashed "there was no sadness - a woman bought a pig" ... I succumbed to the herd instinct ... although I treat the multicooker in general exactly. I am sure that as long as I have gas, I will cook on it better than any multicooker. But we are going to move soon and, alas, I will not have gas in my new apartment. Therefore, I bought this MV, with a bowl without Teflon (for my husband this was an indispensable condition), in order to gradually get used to and adapt.

I looked through the table of temperature conditions in the instructions, and in this regard, I had a question:
Why are all automatic modes in a multicooker made with an increase in temperature towards the end of cooking? And there is not a single mode with a stepwise lowering of the temperature, but this is so natural: he fried / boiled, then lowered the temperature and put out / put out on low until cooked.
For example, on gas, I usually cook rice in an enameled cast iron pot according to Pokhlebkin (1 cup of rice for 1.5 boiling water, 3 minutes over high heat, 7 over medium heat, 2 over low and stand unopened for 15 minutes), everything turns out quickly and flawlessly crumbly. And nothing is fried to the bottom. He called this scheme "Asian", I would not refuse such a program in a multicooker. Although, if you have the opportunity to program yourself, this will cover all requests.
Omela
Gibus , Your manipulation of the pan will not affect the smell. It goes from the inside, as the manufacturers explain, burns the oil on the heating element. Do not worry, it will pass - a matter of time. The only thing is to keep the saucepan open when not cooking.

I cook rice using the Krupa Express program, first pouring boiling water. Proportion 1: 1.25. You can see it here:

Hello girls! Take a newcomer to your company :-) I'm waiting for my multicooker tomorrow. While I'm sitting studying the forum. Can I have a few questions?
Didn't find the Heater temperature in the instructions? Could you tell? What do you think, if you need heating in the Milk porridge mode, can you use the Simmering mode forcibly? Do I need to stir and wait for the porridge to thicken, as in Panasonic? If there was a comparison of these two MVs somewhere on the forum, it would be easier to understand the nuances.
A question about cereals: on the stove and in Panas, I use a 1: 2 ratio of cereal and liquid for rice and buckwheat. Reading this thread, I understand that there are slightly different proportions - somewhere it is mentioned "to top up the scale". What is it like? How do you cook?
And one more little question: how can I add my technique in personal settings? there only HP can be selected, but no MV.
Elena Bo
ysbor, porridge is prepared in the same way as in Panasonic. If you need heating after the Milk porridge, turn on the Simmering or Heating. The temperature during languor is 70 degrees, on heating it is slightly higher (I don't remember exactly, but it seems 74). When cooking rice and buckwheat, I take cereals and water in a 1: 1 ratio.

Good day.
- The temperature on the "Heating" function is 70-75 degrees.
- To accurately determine the amount of water when preparing cereals, it is very convenient to use the measuring scale on the inner wall of the bowl. If you have poured 2 measuring cups of cereal into the bowl, then add water to the "2 CUP" level. If you filled in 1 liter groups, then add water up to the "1L" mark.
- Reheating (or Simmering) after the "Milk porridge" mode, you can turn on, if you want a thick porridge. I, for example, do not include. I serve it to the table immediately after the signal about the end of the Milk Porridge program.

Hello everybody!
I choose a multicooker. I was very interested in the Brand 37502 model. Reviews, it seems, are mostly positive about it and there are plenty of recipes. I think to buy it. But here I am interested in one question, I did not find any mention of this in the instructions - is there a non-volatile memory function in this model? After all, it often happens in our country that the electricity goes out at night - and in such a situation, if the multicooker works on a delayed start, after turning on the power, will the program continue to run in the same place where it was interrupted?

Hello girls! Take a newcomer to your company :-)
ysbor , welcome to the forum, fellow countrywoman !!!! I can compare Panasonic (I had a small one) and Brand. I like porridge more in the latter. : -X But this is all individual, so to speak, a matter of taste. I warm it up on "Heating", because on "Heating up" it starts to squirt very quickly and strongly. I wrote about rice above, as I do. The ratio is 1: 1.25. Successful meeting with CF!

abmaria, welcome to the forum! I can answer on my own experience, if not right, the manufacturers will correct it. There is no such function. Honestly, I don't even know if she is, at least in some kind of MV. Your problem can be solved with an ordinary mechanical turn-on timer.

From pasteurized milk it is necessary to make Yoghurt with boiling. If without boiling, then we do it on UHT. Pay attention, what kind of cream? No additives are not good. Yogurt up to what date and where it was stored. there is also bad milk that does not ferment. There were such punctures with milk in the yogurt maker.

Thank you very much for your answer, Omela! I asked the same question on the website, they answered that Brand 37502 really does not have this function, but 37501 does. True, I still did not find a mention of this in the instructions for Brand 37501 ...
