I cook on Plov. Only cover the water. It also depends on macaros. Some are boiled down to disgrace.
Omela
Luchistaya really depends on the pasta. Here I cooked for Krupa Express https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=155898.0... And now I bought other pasta and are not boiled .. Come to cook on Krupa Standard. And the water should just cover the pasta.

kVipoint
katjabakina, for evitalia, if you make a leaven for the first time, 6 hours is not enough, you need somewhere around 10-12, this will be enough for over-fermentation 6-8 hours, so the problem was not in Brandik.

Can you please tell me in what mode you can boil beans well for cutlets?

It's strange, I got porridge-malasha with cold water, but everything is OK with boiling water. Still, you need to adapt to the macaros empirically.

Olga, welcome to the forum! The difference in the coating of the bowl: 502 with a ceramic coating, 501 with a non-stick coating. In modes in 502 there is a "dough" mode, in 501 "manual" with the ability to set the temperature and time. The choice is yours!
Olga87
Does the non-stick coating do not peel off over time ?? I read a lot of good reviews about Brand, advise a not bad model yet, otherwise I'm completely confused ...
Omela
Olga87 , indicate the city where you are from in your profile. It's easier to advise that way. And we go for a choice HERE.

For those who are still in thought, and who are embarrassed, there may be messages (including mine) about an unpleasant smell when burning tenov grease, I report - the smell has passed, everything turned out to be not so scary
Ceramic coating och. pleasant. Automatic programs do not fail - rice, buckwheat, pilaf turn out as it should. I also tried a vegetable stew on baking + stewing - also normal. I don’t trust the meat yet, I prefer to cook it in the oven or in a pressure cooker (I have a cooker) in order to have a guaranteed result in a reasonable amount of time ... Maybe go to a speedy to take a look ...

Beans should be boiled for "Stew" for 2.5-3 hours, salt 15 minutes before the end of the process. Today I tasted the curd casserole on "Krupa" Plov. After the end of the regime, I looked in: the casserole was dressed up with a small dome, the sides acquired a fried crust. Confused the airiness of the dome, turned on "Quenching", held it for 15 minutes, left "Heating" for 10 minutes. She took out a saucepan and cooled the casserole in it. The dome fell off and was slightly pulled towards the center of the side. Turned over, the bottom turned out, as with "Baking". Next time I will exclude "Quenching", and "Heating" will increase, or I will make it on "Krupa" Standard. I will try baked goods on "Krupa".

I made boiled pork last night - the result is excellent! She stewed for only 1 hour, since the piece was small, half a kilo. Pre-fried in baking.

Girls, did anyone make yogurt in a cartoon immediately in jars?

By the way, I was lucky, there is no smell at all, hmmm.

And I still got yoghurt .... I really did suffer with it ... .... in short, I’m telling you .... I decided to make yoghurt for the second time .... I bought ultra-pasteurized milk ... cream 15% ... well, let me think I'll do it with the leaven ... all the same, it's very very useful ... in short, I poured milk and cream ... let me boil just in case ... boiled it .. wasp tudila ... the cartoon squeaked ... evitalized ... fermented ... mu I closed it and went to sleep ... as expected, after 6 hours, she began to call me. I come to the kitchen .. I open the cartoon and tammmm ..... I don’t even have words ... milk again ... in the same form as I left it .. Well, I think ... I don’t need this yogurt ... I’ll live without it ... but it’s a pity to spit out the milk ... it’s good ... well, I took it and dumped 2 jars of activation there ... put it back for 6 hours ... ... cried ... and sleep went ... and then I woke up ... 3-4 hours later ... opened the cartoon ... eee ... MIRACLE ... the yogurt is ready ...

I made yogurt for evitalia, poured a bottle into 1 liter of milk 10 hours was enough and three hours in the refrigerator matures, then everything is according to the instructions, for a liter of milk 75 grams it is half a glass somewhere and for 8 hours plus 3 hours in the refrigerator, if you can't stand it three hours in the refrigerator, then the liquid will turn out. I've been putting it on almost every other day for a week now, it's very tasty.

And I pour cold broth and cook on heating, after the signal I add oil, stir the fried mushrooms (without them) and close for a couple of minutes more on heating until the liquid is completely absorbed, everything turns out well, nothing is boiled, nothing is fried. The main thing is not to pour the liquid, the pasta should, as it were, protrude above the liquid

Hello everybody!
I choose a multicooker. I was very interested in the Brand 37502 model. Reviews, it seems, are mostly positive about it and there are plenty of recipes. I think to buy it. But here I am interested in one question, I did not find any mention of this in the instructions - is there a non-volatile memory function in this model? After all, it often happens in our country that the electricity goes out at night - and in such a situation, if the multicooker works on a delayed start, after turning on the power, will the program continue to run in the same place where it was interrupted?
Good day.
In this model of the multicooker, the program is not saved during a power outage. The multicooker goes into standby mode.

The Brand 37502 (37500) multicooker bowl has stood the test of time. Over two years of sales, complaints about the coating of our ceramic coated bowls did not have... The coating retains its non-stick property over time and is not scratched.
Our company presents two wonderful models of multicooker - Brand 37501 and Brand 37502. Choose any and you will definitely be satisfied with your choice.

Vadim, thank you! I did it, everything worked out. I doused the jars with boiling water, activia and 6% milk, added vanillin, the Yogurt program without boiling for 6 hours. Delight!

And in the morning we tasted Herculean porridge from Brandik - also super! I must say that I am in a pleasant shock from the new cartoon

Hello dear forum users. I also became the happy owner of the Brand 37502 multicooker. My husband gave it to me, after some persuasion. We went to buy another, and bought Brand 37502. And I like everything about it - both convenient programs, and ease of use, but the smell confuses. Already boiled with lemon, and ventilated on the balcony, but something still does not go away. This is the only thing that darkens the joy of the purchase, since it was bought for cooking for children, mostly porridge. And now I don’t know what to do. I am not telling my husband yet, but honestly I fear for the health of the children. Maybe I put the message in the wrong place, please correct.

Does this happen in all modes? My copy didn’t have a smell on "Steam cooking", but on Baking - be healthy! This is her highest temperature regime - 120C. Therefore, I drove out several idle cycles with water on Baking. It was a pity to wash the food ... It helped.
In general, I like the multicooker, in terms of functions, I would probably be more than 501, but they did not bring it to our Selgros. Now I will keep an eye on the pressure cooker - it seems to me even more interesting

502 also have programs "Boiling Yoghurt" and "Dough"
Although ... all this can be programmed in both cartoons on the updated "Manual" mode.
So there are two fundamental differences: the coating material of the bowls and the design.

Well, then you can take the one that is now, and then another one with changes
Or ... I would now take a small one (3 liters), then it will be possible to use it for cereals, for other meals for 1-2 servings, and wait for the transformations 501/502

Good day!!
Thanks to your wonderful forum and everyone who is here, I have chosen and purchased Brand 37502. And I am very, very happy. About three weeks after the miraculous saucepan appeared in the house, I don't go to the stove - I cook only in it. Thank you very much to everyone here !!!
I have one question ... Is my cartoon working correctly? Steam comes out actively only when steaming, in all other modes it is practically absent. Only if you remove the valve and raise your hand (neatly). And on the lid there is strong condensation, which of course drains into the bowl when you open it. I started to open it very gradually to avoid this drain. Please tell me is this property of all multicooker? Or is there something wrong with me?
vadim
Greetings to all! There is no limit to joy: pilaf has finally turned out. True, as a result of the fasting time, it is not quite pilaf. I cooked it like on the stove. On the "Groats" mode, Express fried onions + carrots, added tomato puree. After 5 minutes, she poured in washed and slightly dried rice, mixed everything, salted and pepper + hops-suneli, mixed again, poured in 1.5 volumes of boiling water in relation to rice. She closed the lid for a few minutes. As soon as the brew boiled, the lid was opened, and further boiling proceeded with the lid open until the liquid level disappeared into the rice layer. I closed the lid, set the "Quenching" mode, after 10-12 minutes switched to the "Milk porridge" mode for 30 minutes. Left the battlefield for the right pilaf. After 45 minutes, there was pilaf in the plate, not porridge.

I have the same thing .... I got used to draining the condensate from the lid ... just during cooking 2 times if I have time I open the lid ... and gently lower the gum with the false one ... and then only the water gets into the drip tray ... but there is no other way ... it hurts too big gum ... everything in them, respectively, and remains ...

TAL , welcome to the forum! As the manufacturers explain, this is a property of all MBs with a removable cover. But on the contrary, you need to open it sharply, then the condensate flows down just where it needs to - onto the plastic next to the drain hole.and you can also put a towel so that water does not get into, for example, baked goods. That is, hold the towel unfolded with both hands, press the button and abruptly transfer the towel to the pan.

I already had experience when, out of habit and by communication with Panasonic, I poured 2 volumes of liquid, on the "Krupa" Standard mode I received porridge with meat. As it was later confirmed, Brand does not completely evaporate the liquid, as Panas does.
Nata_2011
No, girls, it smells in all modes. I've already tried almost everything. Now I keep the bowl separately, I don't close the lid. Otherwise, I really like it. A very convenient menu, everything is clear and the first time you remember everything. They became friends immediately.

Hello girls. I just recently became the owner of this wonderful multicooker. Today I decided to cook rice porridge for a child and there was such a problem (I did it as it was written in the instructions): the rice boiled down normally, but the water remained all at the bottom, and the milk curdled straight into pieces all over the pan. What did i do wrong
Elena Bo
Curdled milk? What were they made of? Why was the water added? Do the baby with milk alone.
