Here I found about baked milk in a slow cooker https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=3319.0

I read here before I started doing it.

I will not lose hope for now, suddenly something will work out.
Previously, they even made it in a thermos and it was delicious.

I tried to do in MV, though in Panasonic .. for a long time .. 6 hours .. nothing happened!
Omela!
I have a Panasonic TMN18, before purchasing a slow cooker, I made baked milk on it for 6-7 hours on stewing, it turned out good baked milk. Try it again, it cannot be that small and large Panasonic have different programs.
Although in Slow Cooker, of course, top-class baked milk is much better.
But I spoiled Cuckoo 1054 by heating milk on the Multipovar, it ran away from me, everything poured inside, barely cleaned it, and still now I'm afraid of the program crashing after all the freaks.
And before that, I had been doing baked milk for six months and everything was fine, and then, such a nuisance.

Hello everyone!
I have a bunch of questions about cooking in a cartoon and not only.
1) Heating mode temperature?
2) In the CF recipe book, put fish in the steamer or in the water in the steam mode (page 116)?
3) From the same recipe book (p. 170), about a curd casserole with raisins: does butter enter the dough or is it for greasing the pan?
4) Do you need to remove the film from orange slices for a charlotte with oranges?
5) Is it possible to use 1.5% and 0.5% milk for milk cereals? And is it necessary then to dilute the milk with water?
6) What can replace soy sauce?
And my review of the apple charlotte recipe from the instructions for MB 37502: there is not enough flour in it. Therefore, I make a standard recipe: for 3 eggs, 1 thick-walled glass of flour, etc. the pie is eaten instantly, the next morning it is good if one piece remains ...

Uff !!!

Girls, I have a question about rice! Which company are you buying? For pilaf and for kharcho, just not steamed, ordinary long-grain, so that rice to rice in pilaf. I just can't find the best option.

Hello :-)
1. Approximately 75 degrees.
2. It looks like in a bowl of MV, but I would steam it in a double boiler :-)
3. For lubrication.
4. I don’t know, the most interesting :-)
5. Any option as you like is possible!
6. I don’t know.
Thanks for the advice about charlotte, I haven't had time to try it yet.
kVipoint
And I make the dough for charlotte as for a biscuit: 4 eggs, a little more than half 250 gr. glasses of sugar and a glass (the same flour is full). It turns out great. By the way, I did it in our cartoon, the bottom did not burn, I put it on for 1 hour and 10 minutes on baking. Our saucepan is really a miracle! made charlotte according to the recipe from the book-flour really was not enough, was low and too soft
Leyz
But I still got milk! Yellowy, melted taste and very tasty froth.
The only mistake was that the cold milk was put immediately on "stewing", so it ran away.
Conclusion: you must first put on "milk porridge", and after half an hour or an hour you can put on "stewing".
And, of course, it is best to do at least 2 liters at once, since it is impractical to use a multicooker for such a long time for the sake of a small portion.

Good day.
You have already been answered, so I will only add and correct it a little.
3) Butter must be put in the dough
4) when baking charlotte with oranges, it is better to remove the film from the slices.
5) it all depends on your taste. I cook milk porridge in milk of 2.5% fat and do not add water.

Hello everyone
I recently bought MV Plov, it turned out to be normal, I am not overjoyed with porridges, not that it would be tastier than on the stove, but time is saved !!!
But with baking, apparently the hands are crooked. I tried a biscuit according to the recipe from the book attached, and it turned out to be a sweet pressed cake.
Well, I didn't bake a biscuit before, okay, but I kneaded the dough on the cake as usual, just decided to distance it not on the battery (in the old fashioned way) but in MV, so it’s some kind of liquid I’m going to bake ... scary, mother-in-law is already making fun of my experiments
Tell me what can be wrong with the biscuit (I did one to one of the recipes)
kVipoint
The recipe is not very good, do as I wrote above from 4 eggs, a little more than half or a whole 250 gram glass of sugar and a glass of flour. First, I beat the whites with sugar until the peaks, then gradually add the yolks, and at the end, very gently stirring the flour. It was baked great. I greased the bowl with vegetable oil and sprinkled with a little semolina. The result is wonderful
I am beautifull
ysbor, Elena Br the site is buggy, therefore I can not answer through the quote pad. Thank you for your answers.
On point number 3: the casserole was made without plums. butter and turned out almost ka in kindergarten (if anyone remembers). And in general, the pan, like any other form, I grease with sunflower oil and sprinkle with semolina.

Sugar is too much for our taste. In the usual sugar recipe, you need a glass (200g), but I always put less, and it turns out too sweet. We drink tea without sugar.
Elena Br
gnatochka, on the website of our company there is a video recipe for making rye bread in the Brand 37502 multicooker. The "Dough" mode and the "Baking" mode are used there. It clearly shows how to do it and what happens.
Also in the section "recipes for multicooker" you can see the preparation of baked goods in a multicooker. All recipes are proven, so use them and be sure to write to us about the results.
I think you will succeed. Good luck with your baking!

Girls, hello everyone! I've read it, I've seen enough here, that's it, I can't stand it anymore, I also want such a cartoon. I'll go right now and order.

She set a record for the minimum dose: the children asked for buckwheat (unexpectedly), there was an incomplete multi-glass, 2/3 somewhere, counted the water, put it on, cooked as cute! Super!

I am very pleased with the multicooker, everything is superb, but I have some kind of bad baking! It does not rise for me like the girls. Baked and zebra and curd cake and a quick pie with plums, well, it doesn't work like in the oven !!!, low and that's it. The bread is baked, delicious, but also for some reason not very high, like the girls. Maybe my temperature is not enough? I bake charlotte in the oven with my eyes closed (it always works) in a cartoon, I haven’t tried it yet, I’m afraid. But all the same, we must make up our minds and clarify this issue finally. What's wrong with me?

Ptiza, I have the same trouble with my sister, model 37501. That's all, it seems, is good, but the biscuit did not work out twice, they came out instead of normal cakes, miserable cakes, and did not try any more. I strongly suspect that the water dripping on top of it is killing the baked goods. Please look, when you bake bread, do you see a puddle on the surface of the bread when you open it? I can see that it was formed not when opening, but earlier, during baking. Although my white bread rises well, it goes down only if I overexpose it or the dough with too much water was.
Elena Br offered to diagnose for poor performance of the lid heating, but I still can't get it, although I do not lose hope to take advantage of the offer. So I thought: since we turned out to be comrades in misfortune on different models, then probably the reason should be the same?
PS: I'm not really straining about this, because there is no one to eat pastries. But the steamed cottage cheese casserole rises beautifully, although it sinks as it cools down

Does the 501 have a heated lid? And at 502?

thanks for the answer.
No, I did not observe a puddle ... when opening, water does not bother too much, and if you open it quickly, then water practically does not get inside. My drip tray fills up very well, everything goes right there. Now I'm trying to bake a charlotte, it will be ready soon ...

There is no need to be very hopeful: heating is not for creating a temperature inside the pan, but only for drying excess condensation on the lid itself during baking.

There is no instruction about this :-) I poured 4 measuring cups, 3 lemon rounds and a steaming mode for 20 minutes. Good luck and congratulations!
Elena Bo
Cook with lemon if there is a smell from the gasket on the lid. If not, then you can use one water.
kVipoint
And I had no smell from the pan and from the lid, it only goes on baked goods, but much less after a week of use. I just washed the saucepan and lid with detergent in a lot of water
LyuLyoka
Thanks to all! Without waiting for an answer, I poured 3 measuring cups at random, squeezed out a little lemon and thinned it for 30 minutes. The stench was unpleasant. The bottom of the saucepan was covered with a sticky coating, easily removed with alcohol. I've already fried potatoes. I put it on "baking" (recipe from the instructions) for 40 minutes, climbed up to stir in 20 minutes, and it was already ready. Has fallen apart a little, but this sort may be like that. There was no more bad smell.
This is my first multicooker in my life, I'm a little worried
MargoL
Girls, tell me - what sound signal does this multi have? Not very loud?
I put the porridge with a delay in the morning, it is necessary that the child's signal does not wake up
LyuLyoka
Compared to a bread maker, not very and not so shrill.
MargoL
Encouraging, thank you LyuLyoka ))

Maybe someone else will say, but if you compare the sound with a Panasonic multicooker?
ysbor
The Panasonic has a little quieter sound.
Ptiza
Today they baked a curd cake according to a recipe from a book. Added a little to the recipe
dried apricots in pieces. It turned out delicious, (the children ate it) but, as before, something was wrong.
Recipe: 1p. cottage cheese, 1m st. sugar, 100g plums. butter (or margarine), 3 eggs, 0.5 p. vanillin, 0.5 tsp. soda, 2 tbsp. flour. Melt butter and mix with sugar. Add eggs, cottage cheese, flour, baking soda and vanillin. Pour the mixture into a greased multi bowl and bake for 50 minutes

The cupcake is not baked, but the bottom has already become a bit dark ... and now almost all my baked goods suffer from this, and my children are constantly asking me what to bake. At home, you can still bake in the oven, but in the country it would be just with a cartoon. Maybe my temperature is not enough? Even when I fry something, it seems to me that there is not 120. It may also be that I do not know how to make dough :)

Judging by the photo, it looks well baked on the outside and a little under-baked on the inside. Maybe it still depends on cottage cheese?

Ptiza, replace baking soda with baking powder (2 tsp), put it at the end with flour. Mix quickly and place immediately in a bowl and bake. Check readiness with a stick. I don't recommend flipping the cupcakes. Usually yeast baked goods are turned over.

Thank you! :) I had to turn it over because one side is very dark and the other is completely white, and you can no longer hold it.
Elena Bo
The top will always be white, with few exceptions. Try to bake a cake according to recipes from the forum, but always put the baking powder last, mixed with flour. Do not knead for a long time, just to mix the ingredients and bake immediately.

My first bread in MV. I think the last one.
I didn't need bread, I did it for an experiment, try what happens.

In principle, if you do not find fault with much, then it turned out. The taste is edible, but without delight. Only the bottom crust turned out very thick, even harsh. If you keep less, then the dough would not be baked.

I liked the mode for the dough - it fits very well, but it is better to bake in the oven or in a bread maker.
Made according to the recipe from the instructions for the CF.

The multicooker, if it is on the Delayed cooking, does not "beep" about the start of the mode.
This is how the Brand 6050 multicooker pressure cooker does.

Please tell me, does the 37502 really have a steaming delay? I regularly use the delay in the 37500new - very convenient! I wanted to buy 37502 for my daughter-in-law so that everything would be prepared while she was walking with the child.
